Background
The conventional parallel yarn needs to be produced on a specific parallel spinning device, and the spinning principle is as follows: the roving is drafted by a three-roller drafting mechanism to form short fiber strands which are arranged in parallel and have no twist, the yarn tube outside the hollow spindle is wound with the parallel spinning yarn and wrapped with the filament or yarn, the short fiber strands and the wrapped filament or yarn pass through the hollow spindle together, and are twisted by a twister and then output from an output roller. The two ends of the short fiber strand output from the drafting mechanism are respectively held by the front roller and the output roller, the middle of the short fiber strand is twisted by the twister, the two ends are held, and the middle of the short fiber strand is twisted, so the short fiber strand output from the output roller is false twisted, but the true twist is arranged above the twister, because the twist has a transmission effect, the short fiber strand arranged in parallel from the twister to the front roller part is a yarn with twist and certain strength, and the strength of the yarn can smoothly pass through the hollow spindle. Between the lower part of the twister and the output roller, the twist of the short fiber yarn with twist is faded to be 0, and when the short fiber yarn is output from the output roller, the short fiber yarn is changed into a short fiber strand which is arranged in parallel and has no twist or weak twist. The filament or yarn on the hollow spindle outer bobbin is held only at one end of the output roller, so the twist added at the twister is true twist, the twist is the ratio of the rotating speed of the hollow spindle to the linear speed of the output roller, and finally the filament or yarn on the hollow spindle outer bobbin is wrapped outside the short fiber strips arranged in parallel in a true twist mode to form parallel spun yarn. Parallel fancy yarns cannot be produced on wool spinning equipment without retrofitting the equipment.
The parallel-spinning untwisted yarn spinning method can not spin high count yarn, but only can spin medium coarse count yarn. And because the wrapping yarn wraps the untwisted staple fiber strand, the yarn is not wear-resistant and is not suitable for being used as warp of woven fabrics and can only be used as weft or knitted fabrics. And for a wool spinning workshop, the cost is high because new equipment needs to be bought or the existing machine type needs to be modified to produce the yarn.
The spinning principle of the parallel spinning is different from that of the conventional spinning workshop equipment, so that the used equipment is different. Therefore, the equipment in the spinning workshop cannot realize parallel spinning.
The yarn obtained by the parallel spinning mode mainly depends on the covered filament to fix the fiber strand, and the friction force borne by the warp yarn in the weaving process is large, so that the yarn is easily damaged, and therefore, the yarn is not suitable for being used as the warp yarn for weaving.

The invention realizes the production of parallel fancy yarns for weaving on the premise of not modifying wool spinning equipment, and solves the problems that high count yarns cannot be spun by a parallel spinning untwisted yarn spinning method, and the yarns are not suitable for being used as woven fabric warps due to non-wear resistance.

Example 1
The spinning method comprises eight steps of spinning, winding in the first step, doubling in the third step, double twisting in the fourth step, yarn steaming in the fifth step, doubling in the sixth step, double twisting in the seventh step and yarn steaming in the eighth step.
Example 2
The spinning method for the worsted parallel fancy yarns in the embodiment 1 can select the yarn count and the twist of a single yarn of a required wool yarn according to the style of a fabric in actual production, and has the advantages that existing worsted compact spinning equipment is utilized to produce the wool yarn, and the quality of yarn evenness, hairiness and the like is guaranteed; for example: producing black and white wool yarns (the actual wool color is determined according to the requirement), and the yarn count: 90Nm/1, twist: 800T/m, twist direction: z; secondly, yarn defects of wool yarns are treated by winding equipment, so that the quality of the wool yarns reaches the standard, and the selected parameters are the same as the defect clearing parameters of conventional worsted wool yarns;
thirdly, the yarns are plied by a doubling machine table, and primary doubling and secondary doubling are respectively carried out; the primary doubling is the plying of two wool yarns, and the secondary doubling is the plying of the yarns after the primary two-for-one twisting off the machine and a 20D/1 silkworm filament;

In the spinning method of the worsted parallel fancy yarn of the embodiment 2, the primary doubling is a combination of a black wool yarn and a white wool yarn, and a black and white doubling ball is obtained by a doubling machine; the doubling roll is twisted with a small twist at a two-for-one twisting machine, wherein the twist is 300T/m, and the twisting direction is as follows: s; after the primary two-for-one twisting is off, steaming and twist setting are carried out, and meanwhile, the twist of the yarn is uniform; carrying out secondary doubling and plying on the double-twisted yarn and 20D x 1 silkworm filaments on a doubling machine, and carrying out secondary double-twist production after the two-twist yarn and the 20D x 1 silkworm filaments are off the machine, wherein the twist degree is the same as that of the primary double-twist yarn, but the twist direction is opposite; namely: twist degree: 300T/m, twist direction: z; and (4) after the secondary two-for-one twisting production is finished, steaming and twisting again to obtain the parallel fancy yarn.
Care should be taken in the selection of filaments during production, and to prevent the occurrence of plait yarns, filaments are selected to have an elongation as close as possible to that of the core yarn.
The prior wool spinning equipment is used for producing the parallel fancy yarns, so that the equipment does not need to be refitted or new equipment does not need to be purchased, and the production cost of the fancy yarns is reduced.
The core yarn is produced by wool spinning, so that the yarn count of the yarn can be improved on the premise of ensuring yarn evenness and strength, and the production of high-count parallel fancy yarns is realized. The covering filament with the elongation rate close to that of the core yarn is selected, so that the production of the parallel fancy yarn for weaving warp yarn is realized.
