本发明涉及轮胎橡胶技术领域,具体地说是一种用于轮胎带束层的抗返原的橡胶组合物。以100重量份的天然橡胶为基准,还包含,50~70重量份炭黑,10~20重量份无机增强填料,6~9重量份ZnO,1~2重量份防老剂4020,1.0~1.5重量份防老剂RD,5~7重量份不溶性硫磺,0.5~1.0重量份硫化促进剂DZ,0.5~1.5重量份硫化促进剂NS,0.5~1.5重量份钴盐粘合剂,0.1重量份防焦剂CTP,1.0~3.0重量份六亚甲基‑1,6双硫代硫酸二钠盐.二份结晶水。本发明提高轮胎带束层,特别是位于轮胎肩部的端点位置,在使用过程中的抗高温返原能力,保证轮胎对带束层胶料模量、硬度以及其他物理性能要求的同时,提高胶料的长效稳定性,延长轮胎使用寿命。

Description

用于轮胎带束层的抗返原的橡胶组合物
技术领域
本发明涉及轮胎橡胶技术领域,具体地说是一种用于轮胎带束层的抗返原的橡胶组合物。
背景技术
众所周知,对于全钢子午轮胎带束层橡胶配方,要求其与钢丝有长效而且稳定的粘合力,以保证整个橡胶和钢丝组合而成的带束层组合件与轮胎其他部位组件有好的粘合力。因带束层钢丝模量较一般橡胶模量高,为使从钢丝到橡胶组分模量的逐渐过渡,避免出现应力集中,从而导致钢丝与橡胶的剥离,故要提高带束层钢丝包裹胶的模量和硬度。提高带束层橡胶配方的模量和硬度的方法一般为增加补强填料重量份数和提高硫化胶的交联密度。提高硫化胶的交联密度要求硫化体系采用高硫磺含量、低促进剂含量的传统硫化体系,该硫化体系在橡胶大分子链间主要生成多硫键,多硫键耐热性能较差。
在轮胎使用过程中,由于橡胶分子链的内摩擦导致生热,对于厚度较厚的轮胎肩部位置,热量不能及时向外部传递,导致肩部温度最高。带束层端点位于轮胎肩部,长期的高温环境下,容易使带束层端点位置以多硫键为主交联的橡胶组分发生返原,物理机械性能下降,粘合力下降,导致带束层端点位置与其他轮胎组件之间产生剥离,继续发展最终导致轮胎出现肩空或脱冠失效。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了克服现有的技术不足,提供一种用于轮胎带束层的抗返原的橡胶组合物,提高在轮胎使用过程中带束层橡胶组合物抗返原能力。保证带束层胶料特定硬度和模量要求下,提高胶料在使用过程中抗返原性能,减少或者杜绝肩空失效,最终提高轮胎使用寿命。
本发明解决上述技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种用于轮胎带束层的抗返原的橡胶组合物,其特征在于:以100重量份的天然橡胶为基准,还包含,50~70重量份炭黑,10~20重量份无机增强填料,6~9重量份ZnO,1~2重量份防老剂4020,1.0~1.5重量份防老剂RD,5~7重量份不溶性硫磺,0.5~1.0重量份硫化促进剂DZ,0.5~1.5重量份硫化促进剂NS,0.5~1.5重量份钴盐粘合剂,0.1重量份防焦剂CTP,1.0~3.0重量份六亚甲基-1,6双硫代硫酸二钠盐.二份结晶水。
所述的炭黑是N326和N375组合,N375重量份为20~40,N326重量份为20~40。
所述的无机增强填料为沉淀法生成的白炭黑。
本发明的有益效果是,提高轮胎带束层,特别是位于轮胎肩部的端点位置,在使用过程中的抗高温返原能力,保证轮胎对带束层胶料模量、硬度以及其他物理性能要求的同时,提高胶料的长效稳定性,延长轮胎使用寿命。
具体实施方式
采用本发明所述的原材料组分及含量按现有常规技术即可制备,具体步骤是:
一段混炼:设计填充系数在0.65~0.70之间,将天然胶加入到密炼机GK400中,同时加入炭黑,无机增强剂(白炭黑),氧化锌,防老剂4020,防老剂RD,钴盐粘合剂,六亚甲基-1,6双硫代硫酸二钠盐. 二份结晶水。压栓40秒后提栓,在压栓至135℃后提栓,最后压栓至155℃排胶。
二段混炼:加入一段母胶,压栓保持40秒,提栓后在压栓30秒,再次提栓后压栓至155℃后排胶。
三段混炼:加入二段混炼胶,促进剂DZ和NS,不溶性硫磺,防焦剂CTP,压栓40秒后提栓,再压栓至温度到达105℃后排胶。控制转速20~30Rpm。
为了验证本发明效果的可靠性,将本发明与现有技术的轮胎带束层橡胶配方及各项性能指标进行对照,结果见表1、2。
从表1、2可以看出,本发明通过对补强填料品种和用量,以及硫化体系的调整,同时添加抗返原剂六亚甲基-1,6双硫代硫酸二钠盐. 二份结晶水三方面的调整,制备的用于轮胎带束层的橡胶配方在热氧老化后的撕力和H抽出数据较对比例一、二有明显的提高。同时保证了拉伸强度、定伸应力、硬度等力学性能与对比例一、二相近。保持拉伸强度大于23.0MPa,100%定伸应力在4.9 MPa左右,邵氏硬度在72左右。通过对比可见本发明能明显提高橡胶配方的高温抗返原能力。

1.一种用于轮胎带束层的抗返原的橡胶组合物,其特征在于:以100重量份的天然橡胶为基准,还包含,50~70重量份炭黑,10~20重量份无机增强填料,6~9重量份ZnO,1~2重量份防老剂4020,1.0~1.5重量份防老剂RD,5~7重量份不溶性硫磺,0.5~1.0重量份硫化促进剂DZ,0.5~1.5重量份硫化促进剂NS,0.5~1.5重量份钴盐粘合剂,0.1重量份防焦剂CTP,1.0~3.0重量份六亚甲基-1,6双硫代硫酸二钠盐.二份结晶水。
2.根据权利要求1所述用于轮胎带束层的抗返原的橡胶组合物,其特征在于所述的炭黑是N326和N375组合,N375重量份为20~40,N326重量份为20~40。
3.根据权利要求1所述用于轮胎带束层的抗返原的橡胶组合物,其特征在于所述的无机增强填料为沉淀法生成的白炭黑。
