Abstract

本发明公开了一种方便安装的房车专用天窗,包括螺钉固定在车顶的连接环,且连接环的内侧固定有窗体,窗体固定套接在车顶的预留安装孔内,所述窗体设有通风口,且通风口的内侧设有一端与窗体转动连接的透明安装板,透明安装板的顶部设有发电结构,所述窗体设有第一安装腔室和第二安装腔室。本发明通过旋钮、螺纹套、螺纹块和矩形杆等结构的配合使用,只需转动旋钮即可使透明安装板转动自立,并使发电机主体和扇叶片主体外漏,此时不仅能够通过通风口观看风景,且扇叶片主体在风力的吹动下会转动,进而能够通过发电机主体将风能转化为电能储存在蓄电池中,方便车内用电部件使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及房车配件技术领域,尤其涉及一种方便安装的房车专用天窗。
背景技术
房车,又称“车轮上的家”,兼具“房”与“车”两大功能,但其属性还是车,是一种可移动、具有居家必备的基本设施的车种。房车是由国外引进的时尚设施车种,其车上的居家设施有:卧具、炉具、冰箱、橱柜、沙发、餐桌椅、盥洗设施、空调、电视、音响等家具和电器,可分为驾驶区域、起居区域、卧室区域、卫生区域、厨房区域等,房车是集“衣、食、住、行”于一身,实现“生活中旅行,旅行中生活”的时尚产品。
目前房车使用的天窗一般只是用于采光通风或者观看风景,结构简单,没有其他功能,而在利用房车旅游的过程中,难免会出现用电紧张的情况,而如果发生在郊外,则会对使用者造成很大的不便,为此需要解决以上问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种方便安装的房车专用天窗。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种方便安装的房车专用天窗,包括螺钉固定在车顶的连接环,且连接环的内侧固定有窗体,窗体固定套接在车顶的预留安装孔内,所述窗体设有通风口,且通风口的内侧设有一端与窗体转动连接的透明安装板,透明安装板的顶部设有发电结构,所述窗体设有第一安装腔室和第二安装腔室,且第一安装腔室和第二安装腔室分别位于透明安装板的两侧,所述窗体的顶部转动连接有螺纹杆,且螺纹杆的外侧螺纹套接有内螺纹环,所述内螺纹环的顶部固定有顶盖,且顶盖位于窗体的上方,所述螺纹杆的一端固定有带轮,且带轮通过同步带连接有位于第一安装腔室内的带轮环,所述带轮环的内侧固定套接有转动安装在第一安装腔室内的转动杆,且转动杆的中部固定套接有旋钮环,所述窗体的第二安装腔室内设有调节结构和蓄电池。
优选的,所述调节结构包括位于窗体下方的旋钮,且旋钮与窗体转动连接,所述旋钮的顶端固定有转动套接在第二安装腔室内的螺纹套,且螺纹套的内侧螺纹套接有螺纹块,所述螺纹块的顶部固定有矩形杆。
优选的,所述窗体的顶部设有与第二安装腔室内部连通的矩形孔,且矩形杆滑动套接在矩形孔内,且窗体的顶部固定有一组位于第二安装腔室上方的固定块,且透明安装板靠近固定块的一端转动连接在两个固定块之间。
优选的,所述透明安装板顶部的发电结构包括固定在透明安装板顶部的发电机主体,且发电机主体的输入端固定有扇叶片主体,且透明安装板的底部设有位于车内的拉环。
优选的,所述螺纹杆的外侧转动套接有支撑环,且支撑环固定在窗体的顶部。
优选的,所述窗体的底部设有与第一安装腔室内部连通的放置槽,且旋钮环套接在放置槽内。
本发明中,有益效果如下:
1,通过旋钮环、螺纹杆、带轮、带轮环、转动杆和内螺纹环等结构的配合使用,只需转动旋钮环,即可使顶盖滑移,并漏出通风口,实现通风,且透明安装板是透明的,不影响光照,且采用螺钉固定安装,十分简单,方便。
2,通过旋钮、螺纹套、螺纹块和矩形杆等结构的配合使用,只需转动旋钮即可使透明安装板转动自立,并使发电机主体和扇叶片主体外漏,此时不仅能够通过通风口观看风景,且扇叶片主体在风力的吹动下会转动,进而能够通过发电机主体将风能转化为电能储存在蓄电池中,方便车内用电部件使用,且在车体行驶的过程中,使用效果更好,进而更加适合房车旅游时使用,能够在一定程度上缓解车内的用电紧张,从而实现节能环保的目的。

参照图1-2,一种方便安装的房车专用天窗,包括螺钉固定在车顶的连接环1,且连接环1的内侧固定有窗体2,窗体2固定套接在车顶的预留安装孔内,窗体2设有通风口,且通风口的内侧设有一端与窗体2转动连接的透明安装板9,透明安装板9的顶部设有发电结构,窗体2设有第一安装腔室和第二安装腔室,且第一安装腔室和第二安装腔室分别位于透明安装板9的两侧,窗体2的顶部转动连接有螺纹杆3,且螺纹杆3的外侧螺纹套接有内螺纹环4,内螺纹环4的顶部固定有顶盖15,且顶盖15位于窗体2的上方,螺纹杆3的一端固定有带轮5,且带轮5通过同步带连接有位于第一安装腔室内的带轮环6,带轮环6的内侧固定套接有转动安装在第一安装腔室内的转动杆7,且转动杆7的中部固定套接有旋钮环8,窗体2的第二安装腔室内设有调节结构和蓄电池,调节结构包括位于窗体2下方的旋钮11,且旋钮11与窗体2转动连接,旋钮11的顶端固定有转动套接在第二安装腔室内的螺纹套12,且螺纹套12的内侧螺纹套接有螺纹块13,螺纹块13的顶部固定有矩形杆14,窗体2的顶部设有与第二安装腔室内部连通的矩形孔,且矩形杆14滑动套接在矩形孔内,且窗体2的顶部固定有一组位于第二安装腔室上方的固定块,且透明安装板9靠近固定块的一端转动连接在两个固定块之间,透明安装板9顶部的发电结构包括固定在透明安装板9顶部的发电机主体10,且发电机主体10的输入端固定有扇叶片主体,且透明安装板9的底部设有位于车内的拉环,螺纹杆3的外侧转动套接有支撑环16,且支撑环16固定在窗体2的顶部,窗体2的底部设有与第一安装腔室内部连通的放置槽,且旋钮环8套接在放置槽内。
工作原理:本发明在使用时,首先转动旋钮环8,即可驱使螺纹杆3、带轮5、带轮环6和转动杆7转动,此时在螺纹的作用下,内螺纹环4沿着螺纹杆3的长度方向运动,进而使其上方的顶盖15滑动,并使通风口外漏,之后,转动旋钮11驱使螺纹套12转动,即可使螺纹块13和矩形杆14升降,进而驱使透明安装板9转动,并将发电机主体10外漏,此时不仅可以通过通风口观看风景,且此时在车体移动的过程中,会使扇叶片主体转动,进而可以通过发电机主体10将风能转化为电能储存在蓄电池中,方便车内用电部件使用,从而实现节能环保的效果,使用灵活,且采用螺钉固定安装,十分方便。

1.一种方便安装的房车专用天窗,包括螺钉固定在车顶的连接环(1),且连接环(1)的内侧固定有窗体(2),窗体(2)固定套接在车顶的预留安装孔内,其特征在于,所述窗体(2)设有通风口,且通风口的内侧设有一端与窗体(2)转动连接的透明安装板(9),透明安装板(9)的顶部设有发电结构,所述窗体(2)设有第一安装腔室和第二安装腔室,且第一安装腔室和第二安装腔室分别位于透明安装板(9)的两侧,所述窗体(2)的顶部转动连接有螺纹杆(3),且螺纹杆(3)的外侧螺纹套接有内螺纹环(4),所述内螺纹环(4)的顶部固定有顶盖(15),且顶盖(15)位于窗体(2)的上方,所述螺纹杆(3)的一端固定有带轮(5),且带轮(5)通过同步带连接有位于第一安装腔室内的带轮环(6),所述带轮环(6)的内侧固定套接有转动安装在第一安装腔室内的转动杆(7),且转动杆(7)的中部固定套接有旋钮环(8),所述窗体(2)的第二安装腔室内设有调节结构和蓄电池;
所述调节结构包括位于窗体(2)下方的旋钮(11),且旋钮(11)与窗体(2)转动连接,所述旋钮(11)的顶端固定有转动套接在第二安装腔室内的螺纹套(12),且螺纹套(12)的内侧螺纹套接有螺纹块(13),所述螺纹块(13)的顶部固定有矩形杆(14),所述窗体(2)的顶部设有与第二安装腔室内部连通的矩形孔,且矩形杆(14)滑动套接在矩形孔内,且窗体(2)的顶部固定有一组位于第二安装腔室上方的固定块,且透明安装板(9)靠近固定块的一端转动连接在两个固定块之间,透明安装板(9)顶部的发电结构包括固定在透明安装板(9)顶部的发电机主体(10),且发电机主体(10)的输入端固定有扇叶片主体。
