Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂层钢板,包括基板,所述基板包括低碳钢板、热镀锌层和合金耐磨层,且低碳钢板的下表面压合有合金耐磨层,所述合金耐磨层的下表面压合有热镀锌层,所述低碳钢板的上表面压合有抗刮耐磨层,且抗刮耐磨层的顶端涂有面漆层,所述面漆层的外表面设有保护层,所述热镀锌层的下表面设有化学反应层,且化学反应层的低端涂有底漆层。本发明耐磨性能好,抗刮力度强,抗刮耐磨层为聚偏氟乙烯,添加石英粉作为增强剂,提高聚偏乙烯的耐磨性,增加强度。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及装饰材料加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂层钢板。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高,彩色图层钢板的应用领域不断扩大,目前高档彩色涂层钢板已越来越被建材行业如高洁净厂房、冷库、立体车库等采用,也被用于部分电器如机顶盒,部分家电用板如冰箱冷柜背侧板、太阳能热水器等,以及船舶装饰,室内装饰和家具行业等,在这些应用场合,不但要求彩色涂层钢板具有良好的弯曲加工性能,同时要求具有优良的抗刮耐磨性能,优良的长期使用性能以及美丽的外管。
经过二十多年的发展历史,彩色涂层钢板行业在我国得到极大发展,其产量以每年平均百分之四十的速度增长,但是现有的彩色涂层钢板,抗刮耐磨性能差,钢板在制成成品时,经常会被挂坏,严重影响产品的质量,实用性能差。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少在一定程度上解决相关技术中的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂层钢板,耐磨性能好,抗刮力度强,抗刮耐磨层为聚偏氟乙烯,添加石英粉作为增强剂,提高聚偏乙烯的耐磨性,增加强度。
根据本发明实施例的一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂层钢板,
包括基板,所述基板包括低碳钢板、热镀锌层和合金耐磨层,且低碳钢板的下表面压合有合金耐磨层,所述合金耐磨层的下表面压合有热镀锌层,所述低碳钢板的上表面压合有抗刮耐磨层,且抗刮耐磨层的顶端涂有面漆层,所述面漆层的外表面设有保护层,所述热镀锌层的下表面设有化学反应层,且化学反应层的低端涂有底漆层。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述合金耐磨层的厚度为基板厚度的三分之一。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述抗刮耐磨层为聚偏氟乙烯,且抗刮耐磨层中添加有增强剂,所述增强剂为石英粉。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述面漆层成分的质量百分含量为,聚酯50-70%,颜料3-5%,黏合剂10-20%,润滑剂2-5%,聚酯为硅改性聚酯,颜料为无极陶瓷和碳酸钙,黏合剂为胶状石墨,润滑剂为酚醛树脂。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述底漆层为聚酯底漆,聚酯底漆是高性能聚酯。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述面漆层的厚度为20-25um。
在本发明的一些实施例中,所述底漆层的厚度为10-15um。
本发明中的有意效果:该发明板基板包括低碳钢板、热镀锌基板和合金耐磨层,低碳钢板和合金耐磨层能够抵抗磨损介质的磨损,提高基板承受介质的载荷,耐磨性能好,抗刮力度强,抗刮耐磨层为聚偏氟乙烯,添加石英粉作为增强剂,提高聚偏乙烯的耐磨性,增加强度,面漆层为硅改性聚酯,添加无极陶瓷和碳酸钙为原料,不仅提高钢板的色泽亮度,同时提升钢板的抗刮强度和硬度黏合剂促进原料的混合均匀和粘合性能,聚偏氟乙烯具有优良的耐磨性、柔韧性、很高的抗涨强度和耐冲击性强度。

聚酯70%,颜料5%,黏合剂20%,润滑剂5%。

一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂层钢板,包括基板1,所述基板1包括低碳钢板11、热镀锌层12和合金耐磨层13,且低碳钢板11的下表面压合有合金耐磨层13,所述合金耐磨层13的下表面压合有热镀锌层12,所述低碳钢板11的上表面压合有抗刮耐磨层2,且抗刮耐磨层2的顶端涂有面漆层3,所述面漆层3的外表面设有保护层4,所述热镀锌层12的下表面设有化学反应层5,且化学反应层5的低端涂有底漆层6。
方法步骤同实施例1,不同的工艺参数如下:
聚酯60%,颜料4%,黏合剂15%,润滑剂3%。
面漆层3的厚度为22um。
底漆层6的厚度为13um。

包括基板,所述基板包括低碳钢板、热镀锌层和合金耐磨层,且低碳钢板的下表面压合有合金耐磨层,所述合金耐磨层的下表面压合有热镀锌层,所述低碳钢板的上表面压合有抗刮耐磨层,且抗刮耐磨层的顶端涂有面漆层,所述面漆层的外表面设有保护层,所述热镀锌层的下表面设有化学反应层,且化学反应层的低端涂有底漆层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂层钢板,其特征在于:所述合金耐磨层的厚度为基板厚度的三分之一。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂层钢板,其特征在于:所述抗刮耐磨层为聚偏氟乙烯,且抗刮耐磨层中添加有增强剂,所述增强剂为石英粉。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗刮耐磨彩色涂层钢板,其特征在于:所述面漆层成分的质量百分含量为,聚酯50-70%,颜料3-5%,黏合剂10-20%,润滑剂2-5%,聚酯为硅改性聚酯,颜料为无极陶瓷和碳酸钙,黏合剂为胶状石墨,润滑剂为酚醛树脂。
