Abstract

本发明提供一种自动水果切丁机,属于厨房用具技术领域。在工作过程中,为励磁线圈通入脉冲型电流,励磁线圈会持续产生脉冲型的磁场,即通电时,励磁线圈产生磁场吸引永磁铁带动可更换切刀和震动套下行,断电时,在复位弹簧的弹力作用下,永磁铁带动可更换切刀和震动套上行,如此高频反复,此时手持水果或者蔬菜将其置于可更换切刀的上部并将其下压,水果会被高频振动的可更换切刀被切成柱状或者块状,当柱状或者块状果肉下落到壳体的位置后,直流电机带动线切刀旋转将果肉切成丁,成型的果丁下落到容器瓶中,提高了实用性和切丁效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及厨房用具技术领域,具体地说是一种自动水果切丁机。
背景技术
切丁机是用来将蔬菜、水果等软质食材加工成正方体、片体或者长方体形状的机器,在现有的技术中,通用的切丁机无法满足对切丁规整度、切丁速度的要求;产品丁块的外观、大小与规整度需要满足灌装水果的标准,作业效率低下、需要大量人工作业才能满足生产加工需求;而通用切丁机的刀具较为单一,使用通用切丁机对水果切丁处理的操作繁琐,切丁效率低。
发明内容
本发明的技术任务是解决现有技术的不足,提供一种自动水果切丁机。
本发明的核心思想是,利用电磁振动原理实现对水果蔬菜的轴向切削,首先将水果切成条状,然后再通过线切刀对条状的进行切断,在工作的过程中通过更换切刀即可加工出不同形状和尺寸的果丁。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种自动水果切丁机,包括可更换切刀,可更换切刀为圆筒形,圆筒的一端加工有切削刃,圆筒另一端加工有外螺纹,可更换切刀通过螺纹安装在震动套上,震动套一端加工有内螺纹,另一端安装永磁铁,震动套安装在套筒内,套筒为法兰型圆筒,在法兰的根部开有限位槽,永磁铁能够在限位槽内沿着套筒的轴线做往复运动,套筒法兰的外圆面上缠绕励磁线圈,励磁线圈通过电源线与外部直流电源连接;永磁铁的端面与励磁线圈的端面相对应。
套筒安装在壳体上,壳体的安装面上加工圆孔,圆孔的直径等于套筒的内径,壳体的内壁上加工有轴承座,轴承座内安装深沟球轴承,深沟球轴承内安装转轴,转轴上安装线切刀,线切刀由外环保持架和内环组成,外环保持架和内环之间通过连杆连接,外环保持架和内环之间安装切割线,切割线为高韧性的金属丝线。
转轴上安装第二齿轮,第二齿轮与第一齿轮啮合,第一齿轮与直流电机连接,第二齿轮通过端盖实现在转轴轴线方向的固定,壳体底部安装电源线。
壳体底部安装容器瓶,容器瓶的开口处有凸台,凸台加工外螺纹。
本发明所提供的自动水果切丁机与现有技术相比所产生的有益效果是:
(1)通过不同尺寸的切刀可以改变切丁的大小和长度,而可更换切刀与振动底座通过螺纹连接,简化了更换步骤,提高了工作效率;
(2)使用线性型切刀,相比于传统的刀具而言在保证切割效果的基础上,能够有效的缩小设备的结构尺寸,方便后续的清洁工作;
(3)在工作的过程中,震动刀体的切割频率和线切刀的切断频率会严格按照设定的的频率运行,这样就保证了果丁尺寸的一致性。

具体实施方式
结合附图对本发明的实施例进行说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示的一种自动水果切丁机,包括可更换切刀1,可更换切刀1为圆筒形,圆筒的一端加工有切削刃,圆筒另一端加工有外螺纹,可更换切刀1通过螺纹安装在震动套17上,震动套17一端加工有内螺纹,另一端安装永磁铁3,震动套17安装在套筒2内,套筒 2为法兰型圆筒,在法兰的根部开有限位槽15,永磁铁3能够在限位槽 15内沿着套筒2的轴线方向上做往复运动,套筒2法兰的外圆面上缠绕励磁线圈4,励磁线圈4通过电源线16与外部直流电源连接,永磁铁3 的端面与励磁线圈4的端面相对应,套筒2和震动套17之间安装复位弹簧14。
作为本发明的第一实施例,套筒2和震动套17之间安装复位弹簧14,复位弹簧14为压缩型弹簧。
作为本发明的第二实施例,套筒2和震动套17之间安装板簧。
作为本发明的第一实施例,安装时,永磁铁3安装在底座上,底座通过螺纹与震动套17连接。
作为本发明的第二实施例,永磁铁3为“Γ”型,安装时,将“Γ”型的竖向部分插入到限位槽15内,通过胶体与震动套17连接。
套筒2安装在壳体10上,壳体10的安装面上加工圆孔,圆孔的直径等于套筒2的内径,壳体10的内壁上加工有轴承座,轴承座内安装深沟球轴承13,深沟球轴承13内安装转轴18,转轴上安装线切刀5,线切刀5由外环保持架502和内环503组成,外环保持架502 和内环503之间通过连杆501连接,外环保持架502和内环503之间安装切割线6,切割线6为高韧性的金属丝线,如图2所示。
作为本发明的第一实施例,横向切刀采用线切刀5,线切刀 5由外环保持架502和内环503组成。
作为本发明的第二实施例,横向切刀采用桨叶型的刀片,刀片安装在内环503上。
转轴18上安装第二齿轮12,第二齿轮12与第一齿轮11啮合,第一齿轮11与直流电机9连接,第二齿轮12通过端盖实现在转轴 18轴线方向的固定,壳体10底部安装电源线16。
作为本发明的第一实施例,直流电机9在运行的过程中采用步进的方式,每个步距角为45度。
壳体10底部安装容器瓶8,容器瓶8的开口处有凸台7,凸台7加工外螺纹。
在工作过程中,为励磁线圈4通入脉冲型的电流,励磁线圈4会持续产生脉冲型的磁场,即通电时,励磁线圈4产生磁场吸引永磁铁3 带动可更换切刀1和震动套17下行,断电时,在复位弹簧14的弹力作用下,永磁铁3带动可更换切刀1和震动套17下行上行,如此高频反复动作,此时手持水果或者蔬菜将其置于可更换切刀1的上部并将其下压,水果会在高频振动的可更换切刀1被切成柱状或者块状,当柱状或者块状果肉下落到壳体10的位置后,直流电机9带动线切刀5旋转将果肉切成丁,成型的果丁下落到容器瓶8中。

1.一种自动水果切丁机,其特征在于:包括可更换切刀(1),所述可更换切刀(1)为圆筒形,圆筒的一端加工有切削刃,圆筒另一端加工有外螺纹,所述可更换切刀(1)通过螺纹安装在震动套(17)上,所述震动套(17)一端加工有内螺纹,另一端安装永磁铁(3),所述震动套(17)安装在套筒(2)内,所述套筒(2)为法兰型圆筒,在法兰的根部开有限位槽(15),所述永磁铁(3)能够在所述限位槽(15)内沿着所述套筒(2)的轴线做往复运动,所述套筒(2)法兰的外圆面上缠绕励磁线圈(4),所述励磁线圈(4)通过电源线(16)与外部直流电源连接;所述永磁铁(3)的端面与所述励磁线圈(4)的端面相对应,所述套筒(2)和所述震动套(17)之间安装复位弹簧(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动水果切丁机,其特征在于:所述套筒(2)安装在壳体(10)上,所述壳体(10)的安装面上加工圆孔,所述圆孔的直径等于所述套筒(2)的内径,所述壳体(10)的内壁上加工有轴承座,轴承座内安装深沟球轴承(13),所述深沟球轴承(13)内安装转轴(18),所述转轴上安装线切刀(5),所述线切刀(5)由外环保持架(502)和内环(503)组成,所述外环保持架(502)和内环(503)之间通过连杆(501)连接,所述外环保持架(502)和内环(503)之间安装切割线(6),所述切割线(6)为高韧性的金属丝线。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种自动水果切丁机,其特征在于:所述转轴(18)上安装第二齿轮(12),所述第二齿轮(12)与第一齿轮(11)啮合,所述第一齿轮(11)与直流电机(9)连接,所述第二齿轮(12)通过端盖实现在转轴(18)轴线方向的固定,所述壳体(10)底部安装电源线(16)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种自动水果切丁机,其特征在于:所述壳体(10)底部安装容器瓶(8),所述容器瓶(8)的开口处有凸台(7),所述凸台(7)加工外螺纹。
