Abstract

本发明涉及一种油菜手动切割用的分割装置，包括圆环架，所述圆环架下部设有两个固定套，每个固定套上均安装有垫轮。所述圆环架上部焊接有螺柱套，所述螺柱套内通过螺纹连接方式安装有螺杆，所述螺杆下端通过轴承连接有分架，所述分架下端固装有切割刀。本发明自动化程度高，通过螺纹传动下压切割刀，能够有效地方便辅助人工对油菜的切割，达到便于去除料的效果，对菜籽油的高质量提炼加工具有积极的促进作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种运输工具，具体的说是一种油菜手动切割用的分割装置。
背景技术
通常来说，在需要将油菜制作成优质的菜籽油时，首先要做的便是要提取每根油菜上的上部，即使得在加工时，将油菜上不必要的部分通过切割的方式进行去除，这就需要相应的设备来辅助人工进行切割。
发明内容
现为了满足上述辅助切割油菜的需求，本发明提出了一种油菜手动切割用的分割装置。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种油菜手动切割用的分割装置，包括圆环架，所述圆环架下部设有两个固定套，每个固定套上均安装有垫轮。
所述圆环架上部焊接有螺柱套，所述螺柱套内通过螺纹连接方式安装有螺杆，所述螺杆下端通过轴承连接有分架，所述分架下端固装有切割刀。
所述螺杆顶部固装有旋转手柄。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明自动化程度高，通过螺纹传动下压切割刀，能够有效地方便辅助人工对油菜的切割，达到便于去除料的效果，对菜籽油的高质量提炼加工具有积极的促进作用。

如图1至图2所示，一种油菜手动切割用的分割装置，包括圆环架1，所述圆环架1下部设有两个固定套8，每个固定套8上均安装有垫轮2。
所述圆环架1上部焊接有螺柱套5，所述螺柱套5内通过螺纹连接方式安装有螺杆6，所述螺杆6下端通过轴承连接有分架4，所述分架4下端固装有切割刀3。
所述螺杆6顶部固装有旋转手柄7。
其中，两个垫轮2相切，切割刀3位于两个垫轮2相切点的正上方。
本发明在使用时，只需手动将每根油菜插入至切割刀3的与两个垫轮2相切点之间，然后即可通过手动握住旋转手柄7来旋转螺杆6，在螺纹驱动作用下，分架4以及切割刀3均向下侧滑动，实现对油菜的自动切割。

1.一种油菜手动切割用的分割装置，包括圆环架(1)，其特征在于：所述圆环架(1)下部设有两个固定套(8)，每个固定套(8)上均安装有垫轮(2)；
所述圆环架(1)上部焊接有螺柱套(5)，所述螺柱套(5)内通过螺纹连接方式安装有螺杆(6)，所述螺杆(6)下端通过轴承连接有分架(4)，所述分架(4)下端固装有切割刀(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种油菜手动切割用的分割装置，其特征在于：所述螺杆(6)顶部固装有旋转手柄(7)。
