Abstract

本发明公开了一种能够产生非均匀电场的静电净化设备,包括桶形的壳体以及沿其轴向设置在该壳体内的至少一个电极棒,该电极棒与所述壳体之间留有间隙;在所述壳体的下部设有进口,上部设有出口;所述电极棒包括电极棒主体以及多个均匀分布在该电极棒主体外表面的凸起,该凸起均沿所述电极棒主体的径向向外延伸,所述壳体和电极棒之间具有电场,该电场的强度沿电极棒主体的径向向外逐渐减小,并沿电极棒主体的轴向向上逐渐增大。采用本发明提供的静电净化装置,结构新颖,易于实现,能够在电极棒本体的径向和轴向上形成双梯度电场,大大提高了对油液中微小的颗粒杂质的净化能力,净化效果好,并且净化效率高,节能环保,具有极高的实用性。

技术领域
本发明属于净化设备技术领域,具体涉及一种能够产生非均匀电场的静电净化设备。
背景技术
石油是重要的战略资源、现代工业的“黑色血液”,石油中含有硫、氮、氧化合物以及微量金属等有害杂质,杂质存在会加速使用过程中设备的腐蚀、影响设备的正常运作。
目前,石油净化技术主要有化学方法、热处理方法和物理方法。化学方法能除去部分金属杂质,但是容易引入新的杂质而造成二次污染。热处理方法虽可降低油液的粘度,提高流速,去除油液中的气体,但是耗能高,导致净化成本比较高。现有物理方法包括机械过滤法和静电净化法两大类,其中,采用机械过滤法可有效去除油液中的有害杂质,且不引入其它杂质,但是机械过滤法仅能过滤掉粒径大于5μm的颗粒杂质,导致油液的净化度不高。而静电净化法甚至能够去除油液中0.01μm以下的颗粒杂质,提高了油液的净化能力,并且净化效率高,能耗较低。
传统的静电净化法是利用在外加电场作用下产生的静电场,将油液中的杂质吸附在电介质材料表面,实现油与杂质的分离。但是,传统的静电净化设备采用平板式结构,在两块相对的极板上施加电压,产生均匀的电场,将带电的杂质吸附到极板上(带正电的杂质吸附到负极板上,带负电的杂质吸附到正极板上)。但是,油液中含有大量的中性杂质,其不带电,因而不能被极板吸附,导致不能滤除油液中的杂质。非均匀的电场能够使中性杂质在电场作用下被极化,使其被吸附在电场较强的极板上,但是,传统的能够产生非均匀电场的装置产生的电场强度随距离的增加急剧衰减,如果为保证电场强度而对电极施加非常高的电压,这样会导致油液被击穿,造成安全问题,因此,净化效果不佳成为静电净化法的瓶颈。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种能够产生非均匀电场的静电净化设备,其能够形成梯度电场,大大提高了对油液中微小的颗粒杂质的净化能力。
为实现上述目的,本发明技术方案如下:
一种能够产生非均匀电场的静电净化设备,其要点在于:包括桶形的壳体以及沿其轴向设置在该壳体内的至少一个电极棒,该电极棒与所述壳体之间留有间隙;在所述壳体的下部设有进口,上部设有出口;所述电极棒包括电极棒主体以及多个均匀分布在该电极棒主体外表面的凸起,该凸起均沿所述电极棒主体的径向向外延伸,所述壳体和电极棒之间具有电场,该电场的强度沿电极棒主体的径向向外逐渐减小,并沿电极棒主体的轴向向上逐渐增大。
采用以上结构,装置通电后,壳体与电极棒的极性相反,在壳体与电极棒之间形成了“双梯度电场”(非均匀电场),即沿电极棒主体的径向向外延伸的方向电场强度逐渐减小,沿电极棒主体的轴向从下到上逐渐增大,具有以下三个优点:
1、在径向上的梯度电场的作用下,油液中的带电杂质和中性杂质由于受到电场力的作用,会吸附到壳体或者电极棒上,净化效率高;
2、在轴向上的梯度电场的作用下,油液中的杂质沿着电极棒主体的轴向方向运动的过程中,由于电场强度和梯度大小连续发生变化,就会使得不同大小、不同极性、不同电荷数、不同介电强度的杂质均能够被吸附到壳体或者电极棒上,大大提高了静电净化效果;
3、油液在从下到上流动的过程中,逐级被净化,越来越干净,以致电导率越来越小,因此,油液刚进去的时候,电导率大,只能施加较小的电场,否则容易被击穿,而本装置的电场强度下小上大,在装置的上部,由于油液被逐级净化,其杂质少、电导率小,较强大的电场正好使得粒径大、电量小微粒能被吸附,这种设计大大提高了静电净化效果。
作为优选:所述电极棒主体为上大下小的圆台形,每个所述凸起的长度均相同。采用以上结构,电极棒呈近似上大下小的形状,以电极棒和壳体之间的电场强度沿电极棒主体的径向向外逐渐减小,并沿电极棒主体的轴向向上逐渐增大。
作为优选:所述电极棒主体为圆柱体形,所述凸起的长度从上到下逐渐减小。采用以上结构,电极棒呈近似上大下小的形状,以电极棒和壳体之间的电场强度沿电极棒主体的径向向外逐渐减小,并沿电极棒主体的轴向向上逐渐增大。
作为优选:所述凸起或均为圆柱体形结构,或均为棱柱形结构。采用以上结构,凸起能够有效减小电极棒与壳体之间的距离,配合电极棒主体呈近似上大下小的形状,增大电极棒和壳体之间电场的强度,吸附杂质,提高净化效果。
作为优选:所述凸起或均为锥形结构,或均为圆台形结构,或均为棱台形结构;该凸起的大小沿所述电极棒主体的径向向外逐渐减小。采用以上结构,凸起能够有效减小电极棒与壳体之间的距离,配合电极棒主体呈近似上大下小的形状,增大电极棒和壳体之间电场的强度,吸附杂质,提高净化效果。
作为优选:所述凸起均为球型结构。采用以上结构,球型的凸起能够有效减小电极棒与壳体之间的距离,配合电极棒主体呈近似上大下小的形状,增大电极棒和壳体之间电场的强度,吸附杂质,提高净化效果。
作为优选:所述电极棒呈环形阵列分布在所述壳体内。采用以上结构,使电极棒和壳体之间电场分布更加均匀,变换更有规律性,提高净化效果。
作为优选:所述电极棒至少一端穿出所述壳体。采用以上结构,便于电极棒连接电源。
作为优选:所述壳体和电极棒至少表面采用导电材料。采用以上结构,壳体和电极棒的内层结构可以不导电,不但能够节约制造成本,而且能够提高本身的刚性强度和耐用性。
作为优选:在所述进口和出口处均设有止回阀。采用以上结构,起到防止油液回流的效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
采用本发明提供的能够产生非均匀电场的静电净化设备,结构新颖,易于实现,能够在电极棒本体的径向和轴向上形成双梯度电场,油液中带负电的杂质被吸附到带正极板上,带正电的杂质被吸附到负极板上,而油液中的中性杂质在电场作用下被极化,使其被吸附在电场较强的极板上,大大提高了对油液中微小的颗粒杂质的净化能力,净化效果好,并且净化效率高,节能环保,具有极高的实用性。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例和附图对本发明作进一步说明。
一种实施方式:
如图1和图2所示,一种能够产生非均匀电场的静电净化设备,包括圆柱形的壳体1,在该壳体1内设置有一个电极棒2,该电极棒2沿壳体1的轴向设置,并且该电极棒2的上端穿出所述壳体。电极棒2可以是空心的,也可以是实心的。该电极棒2与所述壳体1之间留有间隙,在电极棒2的上端与壳体1之间的间隙塞有绝缘垫片(图中未示出)。在所述壳体1的下部设有进口11,上部设有出口12,在进口11和出口12处均设有止回阀。石油、煤油、汽油、食用油、自来水、污水等物质从进口11进入壳体1内,净化后从出口12流出。
所述壳体1和电极棒2均采用铜、铝等导电材料,或者主体部分采用廉价且支撑强度高的不导电材料,再在表面包裹或电镀或蒸馏有一层导电材料,采用包裹形式的话,可优选为铝箔或者铜片等。
其中,电极棒2的实施例1:请参见图5和图6,所述电极棒2包括电极棒主体21,该电极棒主体21为上大下小的圆台形,电极棒主体21的外表面具有多个均匀分布的凸起22,该凸起22呈圆柱体形且长度均相同,这些凸起22均沿所述电极棒主体21的径向向外延伸,使电极棒2的整体形状近似呈上大下小的圆台形,所述凸起22的直径小于3mm,越细越好。所述壳体1和电极棒2之间形成电场,该电场的强度沿电极棒主体21的径向向外逐渐减小,并沿电极棒主体21的轴向向上逐渐增大。
电极棒2的实施例2:请参见图7,本实施例与电极棒2的实施例1相比结构基本相同,其区别在于仅将凸起22的形状改为了锥形结构,并且该凸起22的大小沿所述电极棒主体21的径向向外逐渐减小。
电极棒2的实施例3:请参见图8,本实施例与电极棒2的实施例1相比结构基本相同,其区别在于仅将凸起22的形状改为了球型结构。
电极棒2的实施例4:请参见图9和图10,所述电极棒2包括电极棒主体21,该电极棒主体21为圆柱体形,电极棒主体21的外表面具有多个均匀分布的凸起22,该凸起22呈圆柱体形,并且,凸起22的长度从上到下逐渐减小,这些凸起22均沿所述电极棒主体21的径向向外延伸,使电极棒2的整体形状近似呈上大下小的圆台形,所述壳体1和电极棒2之间形成电场,该电场的强度沿电极棒主体21的径向向外逐渐减小,并沿电极棒主体21的轴向向上逐渐增大。
电极棒2的实施例5:请参见图11,本实施例与电极棒2的实施例4相比结构基本相同,其区别在于仅将凸起22的形状改为了锥形结构,并且该凸起22的大小沿所述电极棒主体21的径向向外逐渐减小。
另外,凸起22的形状还有其它实施形式,可以是圆台形,也可以是棱柱形或棱台形,还可以是其它类似的形式。
另一种实施方式:
请参见图3和图4,本实施方式与前一种实施方式相比结构基本相同,其区别在于仅将电极棒2的数量增加,多个电极棒2呈环形阵列分布在所述壳体1内,电极棒2的形状和结构与前一种实施方式完全相同。
其它实施方式(图中未示出):
壳体1的形状为上小下大的圆锥形或者圆台形,而电极棒2也具有电极棒主体21以及多个均匀分布在电极棒主体21外表面的凸起22,电极棒2整体近似呈圆柱体结构。
本发明的工作过程如下:
本装置可净化石油、煤油、汽油、食用油、自来水、污水等液体或者气体中的杂质,下面以石油为例,石油中含有硫、氮、氧化合物以及微量金属等有害的带正电、负电或者中性的杂质,装置通电后,待净化的石油从进口11进入壳体1内,粒径小或者电量大的杂质在装置的下部被吸附在壳体1和电极棒2上,粒径大或者电量小的杂质在装置的上部被吸附在壳体1和电极棒2上,最终净化完成后的石油从出口12排出。
具体地说,带正电的杂质会被吸附在负极上,带负电的杂质会被吸附在正极上,中性杂质的两端在电场作用下会受到电场力的作用,由于是非均匀电场(梯度电场),因此,中性杂质所带电的两端受到的力的大小不同,杂质就向着电场强的方向运动,从而被吸附到电场强度更强的一方极板上,最终起到除杂的作用。
最后需要说明的是,上述描述仅仅为本发明的优选实施例,本领域的普通技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不违背本发明宗旨及权利要求的前提下,可以做出多种类似的表示,这样的变换均落入本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种能够产生非均匀电场的静电净化设备,其特征在于:包括桶形的壳体(1)以及沿其轴向设置在该壳体(1)内的至少一个电极棒(2),该电极棒(2)与所述壳体(1)之间留有间隙;
在所述壳体(1)的下部设有进口(11),上部设有出口(12);
所述电极棒(2)包括电极棒主体(21)以及多个均匀分布在该电极棒主体(21)外表面的凸起(22),该凸起(22)均沿所述电极棒主体(21)的径向向外延伸,所述壳体(1)和电极棒(2)之间形成电场,该电场的强度沿电极棒主体(21)的径向向外逐渐减小,并沿电极棒主体(21)的轴向向上逐渐增大;
所述电极棒主体(21)为圆柱体形,所述凸起(22)的长度从上到下逐渐减小。
2.根据权利要求1所述的能够产生非均匀电场的静电净化设备,其特征在于:所述凸起(22)或均为圆柱体形结构,或均为棱柱形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的能够产生非均匀电场的静电净化设备,其特征在于:所述凸起(22)或均为锥形结构,或均为圆台形结构,或均为棱台形结构;该凸起(22)的大小沿所述电极棒主体(21)的径向向外逐渐减小。
4.根据权利要求1所述的能够产生非均匀电场的静电净化设备,其特征在于:所述电极棒(2)呈环形阵列分布在所述壳体(1)内。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的能够产生非均匀电场的静电净化设备,其特征在于:所述电极棒(2)至少一端穿出所述壳体(1)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的能够产生非均匀电场的静电净化设备,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)和电极棒(2)至少表面采用导电材料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的能够产生非均匀电场的静电净化设备,其特征在于:在所述进口(11)和出口(12)处均设有止回阀。
