The invention relates to a concrete crusher for buildings, which is characterized in that when in work, before the actions are completed, the concrete crusher is firstly moved to a position required by a user, the concrete is firstly guided into a primary crushing box through a feed hopper of the primary crushing box, then the primary crushing is carried out on the concrete through the rotation of a pendulum bob, the crushed concrete enters a secondary crushing box for secondary crushing, then the concrete falls into a box body and is crushed through a crushing roller, the crushed concrete is output through a screw conveyor and is conveyed to a cleaning box through a conveyor belt for cleaning, the cleaned concrete is left on a filter screen, and the generated sludge is discharged along with a liquid outlet pipe.

A concrete crusher for buildings comprises a box body (1), a crushing compression roller motor (2) and a first belt (3), wherein a working cavity is arranged inside the box body (1), a plurality of groups of crushing compression rollers are transversely arranged at the bottom of the working cavity, crushing nails are arranged on the crushing compression rollers, the crushing compression roller motor (2) is arranged on the outer wall of the left side of a crushing box, the crushing compression roller motor (2) is connected with the plurality of groups of crushing rollers through the first belt (3), the top end and the bottom end of the box body (1) are respectively provided with a feeding hole and a discharging hole, and the feeding hole and the discharging hole are communicated with the working cavity; the crushing device is characterized by comprising a primary crushing box (4), a pendulum bob (5), an impact plate (6), a secondary crushing box (7), a static jaw plate (8), a movable jaw plate (9), a belt pulley (10), an eccentric shaft (11), a thrust plate (12), an adjusting block (13), a second belt (14) and a crushing motor (15), wherein the primary crushing box (4) and the secondary crushing box (7) are both positioned above a box body (1), the primary crushing box (4) is positioned above the secondary crushing box (7), the primary crushing box (4), the secondary crushing box (7) and the box body (1) are communicated, a primary crushing cavity is arranged inside the primary crushing box (4), a roller is arranged on the pendulum bob (5), the impact plate (6) is arranged above the pendulum bob (5), and the roller and the impact plate (6) are both positioned in the primary crushing cavity, a feed hopper is arranged at the top end of the left side of the primary crushing box (4), the output end of the bottom of the feed hopper is communicated with the primary crushing cavity, the input end of the feed hopper is communicated with the outside, a secondary crushing cavity is arranged inside the secondary crushing box (7), the static jaw plate (8), the movable jaw plate (9), the eccentric shaft (11), the thrust plate (12) and the adjusting block (13) are all arranged inside the secondary crushing cavity, a protective frame is arranged on the movable jaw plate (9), the right upper end of the protective frame is connected with the eccentric shaft (11), the adjusting block (13) is fixedly arranged on the right side wall of the secondary crushing cavity, the right end of the thrust plate (12) is connected with an internal piston of the adjusting block (13), the left end of the thrust plate (12) inclines downwards and is hinged with the left lower end of the protective frame, the movable jaw plate is fixedly arranged at the left end of the protective frame, the static jaw plate is fixedly arranged on the left side wall of the secondary crushing, the movable jaw plate and the static jaw plate are oppositely arranged, a crushing channel is formed between the static jaw plate and the movable jaw plate, the crushing channel is communicated with the primary crushing cavity, the crushing motor (15) is installed at the right end of the secondary crushing box (7), and the crushing motor (15) is respectively in rolling connection with the belt pulley (10) and the pulley through the second belt (14); the grinding machine further comprises a grinding motor (16), a grinding belt (17) and a grinding roller (18), wherein the grinding motor (16) is installed on the outer wall of the left side of the box body (1), the grinding roller (18) is installed in the working cavity, the grinding roller (18) is located above the grinding press roller, and the grinding motor (16) is in rolling connection with the grinding roller (18) through the grinding belt (17); still include screw conveyer (19), the top and the box (1) bottom of screw conveyer (19) are connected to screw conveyer's (19) top is provided with the delivery port, the delivery port with the bin outlet intercommunication of box (1), screw conveyer's (19) right side bottom still is provided with the pay-off mouth, pay-off mouth and external intercommunication.

The concrete crusher for the building as recited in claim 1, further comprising a cleaning box (20), an eccentric motor, an eccentric roller (22), an eccentric belt (23), a filter sieve (24) and a liquid outlet pipe (25), wherein a cleaning cavity is arranged inside the cleaning box (20), the filter sieve (24) is located in the cleaning cavity, sliding chutes are arranged in the middle of the front side wall and the middle of the rear side wall in the cleaning cavity, the filter sieve (24) is installed on the sliding chutes, the filter sieve (24) is in sliding fit with the sliding chutes, the eccentric electrode (21) is installed below the left outer wall of the cleaning box (20), a driving transmission shaft is arranged on the eccentric electrode (21), the eccentric belt (23) is respectively sleeved on the driving transmission shaft and the eccentric roller (22), a bracket is arranged on the eccentric roller (22), the liquid outlet pipe (25) is installed on the right outer wall of the bottom end of the cleaning box (20), and the input end of the liquid outlet pipe (25) penetrates through the outer wall of the cleaning box (20) and extends into the cleaning cavity to be communicated with the cleaning cavity, the output end of the liquid outlet pipe (25) is communicated with the outside, and a liquid outlet valve is arranged on the liquid outlet pipe (25).

The concrete crusher for building as recited in claim 2, characterized in that, it further comprises a conveyor belt (26), the input end of the conveyor belt (26) is located below the feeding port of the screw conveyor (19), the output end of the conveyor belt (26) is located above the top end of the cleaning box (20), and the conveyor belt (26) is uniformly provided with stoppers.

A concrete crusher for construction as set forth in claim 3, further comprising a bottom plate (27), a support rod (28), and wheels (29), wherein said bottom plate (27) is located below the screw conveyor (19), the conveyor belt (26), and the washing tank (20), and the top end of the bottom plate (27) is connected to the bottom end of the washing tank (20), the bottom end of the support rod (28) is connected to the top end of the bottom plate (27), the top end of the support rod (28) is connected to the bottom end of the screw conveyor (19), said wheels (29) are located at the lower end of the bottom plate (27), and the top ends of the wheels (29) are connected to the left front side, the left rear side, the right front side, and the right rear side of the bottom end of the bottom plate (27), respectively.

A concrete crusher for construction use according to claim 4, further comprising a ball bearing (30), wherein the inside of the screw conveyor (19) further comprises a screw conveying shaft, a placing groove is provided on the right side of the screw conveyor (19), the ball bearing (30) is installed inside the placing groove, and the right end of the screw conveying shaft is inserted into the ball bearing (30).

A concrete crusher for building according to claim 5, characterized in that it further comprises an adjusting bolt (31), said adjusting bolt (31) is installed on the top end of the primary crushing box (4), and the bottom end of the adjusting bolt (31) extends through the outer wall of the primary crushing box (4) to the inside of the primary crushing cavity to be connected with the impact plate (6).

A concrete crusher for construction according to claim 6, further comprising a motor protecting cover (32), wherein the motor protecting cover (32) is installed at the outer side of the crushing roller motor (2), the crushing motor (15), the mincing motor (16) and the eccentric motor, respectively.

A concrete crusher for construction according to claim 7, characterized by further comprising a pull rod (33) and a pressure spring (34), wherein the left end of the pull rod (33) is hinged with the right side of the left lower end of the guard frame, the right end of the pull rod (33) passes through the outer wall of the right side of the secondary crushing box (7) to extend to the outside, and the pressure spring (34) is installed on the pull rod (33).
