Abstract
本发明充分利用自然物理原理,弥补了目前室内空气净化中的弊端,运用严重污染后的空气,在一场大雨冲刷后,空气质量基本得到净化的原理;在空气净化器中,将滤网过滤后的空气,再进行水雾喷淋冲刷,彻底解决滤网过滤后的残留物PM2.5、异味、甲醛的问题;并同时给空气补湿,解决空气净化导致空气干燥问题;在设计中,采用风机组设计,风机组同时工作,确保净化风量充足,解决因抽风量、噪音、风机转速成正比,风机无法满足风量足、噪音低的问题;从而达到室内空气净化设备彻底满足并超越GB/T 18801‑2015标准。

技术领域:室内空气净化领域
背景技术:目前全球空气污染日益严重,空气净化已被大家所认同,已成生活所必须,势在必行。然而目前室内空气净化领域,主要集中在滤网、光触媒融合负离子模式上,而滤网的使用过程中,使用一段时间后,活性炭的吸附力、PM2.5的过滤性能都会减弱,从而无法达到空气净化的目的;而目前的光触媒净化应用会产生二氧化钛,二氧化钛对人体为有害物质。故目前空气净化技术还急需开拓新的途径,从实质上解决问题。
众所周知,空气严重污染的时候,大家都盼望着能够下一场大雨,一场大雨过后,空气合格指数会大大提高,空气会变得清新;由此证明,雨水的冲刷,能够有效抑制空气污染,净化空气;
发明内容:本发明采用雨水冲刷能够有效快速净化空气的原理,采用水雾喷淋方式,能够有效过滤空气中的PM2.5、异味、甲醛,达到室内空气净化的目的,结合目前空气净化器的滤网和负离子发生器技术,在此基础上,增加净化风罐,在风罐内安装雾化喷淋器;经过滤网(包含椰壳活性炭、HEPA滤网)过滤后的空气,进入风罐(风罐为椭圆形螺旋设计),过滤后的空气在风罐内循环流动时,将水雾化后向已经过滤过的空气再进行喷淋冲刷,彻底净化从滤网过滤时的空气中残留的PM2.5、异味。在风罐口安装增压风机,将被水雾喷淋净化后的合格空气,排向室内,达到快速有效净化室内空气的目的。
本发明解决了目前空气净化器领域的如下问题:
1、解决目前空气净化器使用过程中,滤网过滤后残留物质问题;
2、解决了因为噪音限制,净化风量不达标的问题;
3、解决了空气净化过程中空气干燥问题;
4、解决了空气净化器使用过程中,频繁更换滤网,造成消费者使用成本高的问题,使用中只需勤换水即可,降低使用成本。
具体实施方式:
1、采用左右两侧进风,增大进风过滤接触面,加快空间空气净化速度,解决快速净化空气问题;
2、采用进风风机组设计,在降低噪音、降低风机转速的同时,风机组设计能够有效的保障抽风量达标(根据净化面积的增大,增加设备风机组),解决因降低噪音而导致抽风量下降、空气净化能效降低的问题;
3、在风罐进风口,采用防水回流挡设计,防止水雾喷淋净化过程中,水回流到风机的问题;
4、风罐椭圆形螺旋设计,降低水雾喷淋净化过程中的风阻问题;
5、风罐顶部采用水雾喷淋设计,将水增压至雾状成伞形喷淋而出,全覆盖反复喷淋净化空气,有效去除残留的PM2.5、异味(如甲醛严重超标环境,可在水中加入食用醋,应用醋和甲醛反应分解的原理,净化残留甲醛);
6、风罐低位处采用孔状设计,便于雾化喷淋后的水回流到水箱,循环利用;
7、采用隔膜泵设计,将水箱中的水,升压供向水雾喷淋器;
8、风罐上口,采用加压风机设计,保障净化后的空气流量足够;
9、水雾喷淋净化设计,能够在净化空气的同时,给空气补湿,还不至于造成深度过重问题(因为喷淋后的空气,能够增加湿度,但却不会湿度超标),同时解决空气净化过程中,空气干燥的问题;
10、负离子发生器设计在最后出风口,,能够让产生的负离子在净化风量的吹动下,快速弥散,将负离子净化空气的能效最大化发挥。
Claims (2)
1.一种权利要求:水雾喷淋室内净化空气技术,应用水雾喷淋冲刷空气,解决空气净化过程中滤网残留物问题。
2.一种权利要求:风机组设计,多个风机同时工作,解决因抽风量、噪音、风机转速成正比,单风机设计难以解决既要达到抽风量,又要降低噪音的矛盾冲突,确保净化风量充足。
