Description

Bracelet formula acupuncture arrhythmia therapeutic instrument
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of arrhythmia treatment instruments, in particular to a bracelet-type acupuncture arrhythmia treatment instrument.
Background
Neiguan pertains to the pericardium meridian of hand jueyin, one of the collaterals and eight-meridian crossing points. The point is one of important points on the pericardium channel of the hand jueyin of a human body, can be used for adjusting autonomic nerves and improving chest pain, palpitation and chest distress and short breath symptoms, is also an important gate for protecting the heart, and has the effects of calming the heart and soothing the nerves, freeing paralysis and dispelling melancholy, relieving chest stuffiness and regulating vital energy and blood, relieving spasm and pain, regulating and nourishing yin and yang and qi and blood, dredging channels and collaterals and the like.
The meridian flow injection needle method is a therapeutic method based on the coordination of the acupoints of well, spring, meridian and combined five transport with the five elements of yin and yang, and uses the coordination of the stem and branch with the viscera, the period of the stem and branch, month and day, to calculate the flow of meridian qi to inject, delay, open and close, and to select the acupoints on time. The basic components of this acupuncture therapy include the heavenly stem, the branch of Chinese era, yin and yang, five elements, zang-fu organs, meridians and collaterals, and the five transport points, which can be summarized as the coordination of five transport points with yin and yang and five elements, and the coordination of the branch of heavenly stem and Chinese era with the viscera and the two major parts of the hour. The clinical application of the midnight-noon ebb-flow acupuncture is divided into the "nano-dry method" and "nano-branch method". The 'Nasicao method' is a meridian flow injection needle method for opening acupoints on time by using the Tiangan to match with viscera; the "Na-Zhi-fen" is the timely opening of points by coordinating with the zang-fu organs (the branch of the Chinese thorns is the zang-fu organs) within twelve hours of the day. Because qi and blood flow through the meridians according to the regular flow of yin and yang in twelve hours a day and various functions of the body change periodically with the change of the hours, acupuncture treatment should be performed along the meridians according to the periodic change of the abundance or insufficiency of qi and blood.
The eight methods of Feiteng, which was first seen in Xufeng in Ming Dynasty, the "big universe of acupuncture" is a method of treating diseases by opening the acupoints on the heaven, heaven and heaven based on eight extra meridians and eight acupoints, ancient eight diagrams and philosophy, acting on the meridians and regulating the functions of the viscera to achieve the effects of strengthening the body resistance to eliminate pathogenic factors, relaxing the meridians and collaterals and regulating qi and blood. "Feiteng" refers to the simple calculation and quick curative effect, while "eight methods" refers to eight points, i.e. eight Mai Tong and eight points with eight diagrams.
Arrhythmia refers to ectopic excitation origin, frequency change, variable conduction path, abnormal cardiac electrical activity caused by conduction disorder or pacemaker, and is manifested as sinus arrhythmia, premature contraction, atrial flutter, conduction block, etc.
The anti-arrhythmia western medicines clinically used at present have different degrees of inhibition effects on excitability, self-discipline, conductivity and myocardial contractility of myocardial cells, so that arrhythmia is treated, but arrhythmia can be often induced, side effects such as drug resistance and the like are easy to generate, and even serious adverse reactions are caused.
Chinese and foreign literatures show that the stimulation of points such as Neiguan, Shenmen and the like can improve the cardiac electrical function activity of rats, regulate the nerve discharge activity of plants, reduce the release of catecholamine by inhibiting the activity of a sympathetic-adrenal medulla system, adjust the heart rate, increase the content of nitric oxide and nitric oxide synthase in myocardial cells, reduce calcium ion overload, cause the change of the content of Cs protein and the like. Therefore, the stimulation of points such as Neiguan and Shenmen can regulate the arrhythmia symptoms.
At present, the existing arrhythmia therapeutic apparatus is placed in a medical place, is not portable, and needs a patient to take out the time specially for medical treatment. Some simple household small acupuncture therapeutic apparatuses need to be automatically adjusted by patients, professional scientificity is discounted, and the curative effect is poor.
