本发明公开了一种外敷中药及其使用方法，外敷中药含有的药物及各药物的质量份如下：丁香：3‑8份，肉桂：2‑10份，茴香：2‑10份，生姜：2‑10份，干姜：1‑10份，木瓜：2‑10份，黄芥子：2‑10份，黄精：2‑10份，乌梅：2‑10份，火麻仁：3‑8份，郁李仁：1‑3份，花椒：3‑8份，益智仁：3‑8份，桃仁：1‑2份，白芷：2‑10份，橘皮：2‑8份，覆盆子：2‑10份。本发明能够提高身体免疫力，达到养生保健的功能，强筋骨，暖腰膝，对腰疼，腰椎间盘突出，骨刺，肚腹胀气，月经不调，痛经，宫寒，盆腔炎，附件炎，骨质增生，膝盖酸软，膝盖冷痛，有响声，积水积液，疼痛，酸胀，麻木，滑膜炎，半月板损伤，膝关节炎，膝盖慢性损伤，坐骨神经痛等等预防保健作用。

本发明涉及一种外敷中药及其使用方法。
背景技术
目前，在现有技术中，医疗保健通常采用按摩、刮痧、拔罐和烤电等方式对慢性疾病进行理疗，但这些方式见效慢，治愈率低，虽然能够缓解患者的一些病痛，暂时解决一些燃眉之急，但很多藏于体内的病灶仍无法彻底根除而使病情经常反复，通常都是治标不治本，给患者带来很大的经济负担和精神压力。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的缺陷，提供一种外敷中药，它能够提高身体免疫力，达到养生保健的功能，强筋骨，暖腰膝，对腰疼，腰椎间盘突出，骨刺，肚腹胀气，月经不调，痛经，宫寒，盆腔炎，附件炎，骨质增生，膝盖酸软，膝盖冷痛，有响声，积水积液，疼痛，酸胀，麻木，滑膜炎，半月板损伤，膝关节炎，膝盖慢性损伤，坐骨神经痛等等预防保健作用。
为了解决以上技术问题，本发明的技术方案是：一种外敷中药，它含有的药物及各药物的质量份如下：

采用了上述技术方案后，本发明的外敷中药打成微细粉末，用布套包裹，贴敷在某些特定穴位，通过体温，外热源等有效加热，使有效成分散发出来，通过皮肤和肺部呼吸进入体内循环，或者开水调和、水煮后湿敷或者泡手，泡脚，从而提高身体免疫力，达到养生保健的功能，强筋骨，暖腰膝，对腰疼，腰椎间盘突出，骨刺，肚腹胀气，月经不调，痛经，宫寒，盆腔炎，附件炎，骨质增生，膝盖酸软，膝盖冷痛，有响声，积水积液，疼痛，酸胀，麻木，滑膜炎，半月板损伤，膝关节炎，膝盖慢性损伤，坐骨神经痛等等预防保健作用。
