A system for rejecting cigarette packets with folds in wrapping paper is characterized by comprising a fold detection device (1), a counting and marking device (2), a control device (3) and a rejecting device (4); the wrinkle detection device (1) is used for detecting whether the surface of the cigarette packet has wrinkles; when the wrinkle detection device (1) detects that the surface of the cigarette packet has wrinkles, the wrinkle detection device (1) sends a detection signal to the control device (3); the counting and marking device (2) is used for marking the serial number of the cigarette packet and sending a serial number signal to the control device (3); the control device (3) receives the detection signal and the serial number signal and obtains a rejection instruction; the rejecting device (4) rejects the tobacco bale with folds according to the rejecting instruction sent by the control device (3); the fold detection device (1) comprises a first sensor (5) and a first rotating shaft (6), wherein the first rotating shaft (6) is parallel to the upper surface of the cigarette packet and vertical to the conveying direction of the cigarette packet; a detection arm (7) and a synchronous arm (8) are arranged on the first rotating shaft (6), the first rotating shaft (6) is perpendicular to the detection arm (7) and the synchronous arm (8), and the detection arm (7) is provided with a detection part (9) used for contacting the upper surface of the cigarette packet; the synchronous arm (8) is connected with an induction sheet (10); and a plurality of detection arms (7) are arranged on the first rotating shaft (6), when the wrinkles on the upper surface of the cigarette packet press the detection part (9) and push the detection arms (7) to rotate together with the first rotating shaft (6), the first rotating shaft (6) drives the synchronous arm (8) to rotate, and the induction sheet (10) connected to the synchronous arm (8) triggers the first inductor (5) to generate an induction signal.

A system for rejecting cigarette packets with folds in wrapping paper according to claim 1, characterized in that: the first sensor (5) is a proximity sensor, and when the wrinkles on the upper surface of the cigarette packet press the detection part (9), the synchronous arm (8) drives the sensing piece (10) to rotate to be close to the first sensor (5) so as to trigger the first sensor (5) to output a high-level signal.

A system for rejecting cigarette packets with folds in wrapping paper according to claim 1, characterized in that: the wrinkle detection device (1) further comprises a signal indicator lamp (11), and when the first sensor (5) generates a sensing signal, the signal indicator lamp (11) is lightened.

A system for rejecting cigarette packets with folds in wrapping paper according to claim 1, characterized in that: when the wrinkles on the upper surface of the cigarette packet press against the detection part (9), the synchronous arm (8) drives the induction sheet (10) to rotate to be close to the first inductor (5) upwards; the first inductor (5) is connected to an adjusting bolt (12) which can move up and down.

A system for rejecting cigarette packets with folds in wrapping paper according to claim 1, characterized in that: the counting and marking device (2) comprises a second sensor (13), a second rotating shaft (14) and a cam (15) connected to the second rotating shaft (14), the second sensor (13) is aligned to the rim of the cam (15), a groove (16) is formed in the rim of the cam (15), and when the counting and marking device finishes packaging paper on one cigarette packet, the cam (15) rotates for one circle.

A system for rejecting cigarette packets with folds in wrapping paper according to claim 1, characterized in that: the counting and marking device, the wrinkle detection device (1) and the rejecting device (4) are sequentially arranged from the upstream to the downstream of the cigarette packet conveying direction.
7. A method for operating a system for removing folded cigarette packets from wrapping paper, characterized in that the system for removing folded cigarette packets from wrapping paper as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 6 is used for operating, and comprises the following operating steps:
1) the counting and marking device (2) marks the serial number of the cigarette packet and sends a serial number signal to the control device (3);
2) the fold detection device (1) detects whether a cigarette packet has folds, and if the cigarette packet has folds, the fold detection device (1) sends a detection signal to the control device (3);
3) the control device (3) obtains a rejection instruction according to the received detection signal and the serial number signal;
4) the rejecting device (4) rejects the tobacco packet with the wrinkle according to the rejecting instruction sent by the control device (3).
8. Method of operation of a system for rejecting cigarette packets with folds in wrappers according to claim 7, characterized in that:
in the step that the control device (3) obtains a removing instruction according to the received detection signal and the sequence number signal, the control device (3) determines the sequence number of the cigarette packet with the wrinkles according to the received detection signal and the sequence number signal so as to obtain a removing instruction for removing the cigarette packet with the wrinkles;
in the step of rejecting the cigarette packet with the wrinkle by the rejecting device (4) according to the rejecting instruction sent by the control device (3), when the cigarette packet with the wrinkle is transmitted to the rejecting device (4), the rejecting device (4) rejects the cigarette packet with the wrinkle.
