The provincial-level emergency broadcast platform controls terminal equipment included in the provincial-level emergency broadcast subsystem 1 through the adapter, the city-level emergency broadcast platform controls terminal equipment included in the city-level emergency broadcast subsystem 2 through the adapter, the county-level emergency broadcast platform controls terminal equipment included in the county-level emergency broadcast subsystem 3 through the adapter, and the village-level emergency broadcast platform controls terminal equipment included in the village-level emergency broadcast subsystem 4 through the adapter. The village emergency broadcast platform adopts a village sound loud speaker system at present, and the village emergency broadcast subsystem 4 comprises terminal equipment which is loudspeakers.
It should be noted that, in the case where the emergency broadcast level includes a provincial level, a city level, a county level, and a village level, the provincial level is higher than the city level, the county level, and the village level, the city level is higher than the county level and the village level, and the county level is higher than the village level.
In the embodiment of the invention, a plurality of emergency broadcast levels are set according to the current administrative region level, and corresponding emergency broadcast subsystems are set, so that the emergency broadcast information is rapidly spread in a diffusible way on the premise of complying with the national conditions.
It should be noted that, in the following description, the first emergency broadcast subsystem and the second emergency broadcast subsystem are defined as described above, that is, the emergency broadcast level corresponding to the first emergency broadcast subsystem is higher than the emergency broadcast level corresponding to the second emergency broadcast subsystem. For the case where the emergency broadcast system includes a plurality of emergency broadcast subsystems, various optional structures for implementing linkage between the plurality of emergency broadcast subsystems are described in detail below:
the emergency broadcasting system comprises a first communication link, and the specific connection structure and functions are as follows:
the first communication link is arranged between a first emergency broadcast platform and a second emergency broadcast platform, wherein the first emergency broadcast platform is an emergency broadcast platform included in a first emergency broadcast subsystem, and the second emergency broadcast platform is an emergency broadcast platform included in a second emergency broadcast subsystem;
the first communication link is used for enabling the first emergency broadcast platform to send emergency broadcast instructions to the second emergency broadcast platform.
Fig. 2 illustrates an emergency broadcasting system in which emergency broadcasting levels include a provincial level, a city level, a county level, and a village level. Referring to fig. 2, the first communication link includes: a first platform link, a second platform link, a third platform link, and a fourth platform link communication link, wherein,
the first platform linkage link is arranged between the provincial-level emergency broadcasting platform and the municipal-level emergency broadcasting platform;
the second platform linkage link is arranged between the city-level emergency broadcasting platform and the county-level emergency broadcasting platform;
the third platform linkage link is arranged between the provincial-level emergency broadcasting platform and the county-level emergency broadcasting platform;
the fourth platform linkage link is arranged between the county-level emergency broadcast platform and the village-level emergency broadcast platform.
In view of the fact that the number of village-level emergency broadcast platforms is large, a first communication link is arranged between a provincial-level emergency broadcast platform or a city-level emergency broadcast platform and the village-level emergency broadcast platform, and the structures and functions of the provincial-level emergency broadcast platform and the city-level emergency broadcast platform are more complicated, and therefore in the emergency broadcast system shown in fig. 2, the first communication link is arranged between the village-level emergency broadcast platform and the county-level emergency broadcast platform.
In the embodiment of the invention, the emergency broadcasting system comprises a first communication link, and the linkage effect among emergency broadcasting platforms is realized through the direct communication among the emergency broadcasting platforms.
(II) the emergency broadcasting system comprises a target satellite, and the specific connection structure and functions are as follows:
the target satellite is respectively connected with an emergency broadcasting platform group and an adapter group, wherein the emergency broadcasting platform group comprises emergency broadcasting platforms in a plurality of emergency broadcasting subsystems, and the adapter group comprises adapters in the plurality of emergency broadcasting subsystems;
the target satellite is used for acquiring the emergency broadcast command sent by the first emergency broadcast platform and sending the emergency broadcast command to the second adapter so that the first emergency broadcast platform controls the second adapter through the emergency broadcast command, wherein,
the first emergency broadcast platform is an emergency broadcast platform included in the first emergency broadcast subsystem, and the second adapter is an adapter included in the second emergency broadcast subsystem.
In the embodiment of the invention, the emergency broadcasting system comprises the target satellite and the communication line for connecting the target satellite with the emergency broadcasting platform group and the adapter group respectively, namely, a new communication link is additionally arranged in different emergency broadcasting subsystems. Specifically, the emergency broadcast instruction sent by the first emergency broadcast platform is obtained through the target satellite, and the emergency broadcast instruction is sent to the second adapter, so that the purpose that the first emergency broadcast platform controls the second adapter through the emergency broadcast instruction is achieved. The first emergency broadcast platform is an emergency broadcast platform included in the first emergency broadcast subsystem, and the second adapter is an adapter included in the second emergency broadcast subsystem.
(III) the emergency broadcasting system comprises a second communication link, and the specific connection structure and functions are as follows:
the second communication link is arranged between the first terminal equipment and the second adapter, wherein the first terminal equipment is terminal equipment included in the first emergency broadcast subsystem, and the second adapter is an adapter included in the second emergency broadcast subsystem;
the second communication link is used for enabling the first terminal device to send emergency broadcast instructions to the second adapter.
In the embodiment of the invention, the second communication link is arranged between the first terminal device and the second adapter, so that the purpose of sending the emergency broadcast instruction to the second adapter through the first terminal device is realized. Since the emergency broadcast command is generated by the emergency broadcast platform included in the first emergency broadcast system, the first terminal device is a terminal device included in the first emergency broadcast subsystem, and the second adapter is an adapter included in the second emergency broadcast subsystem, the embodiment of the present invention provides a new communication link for the first emergency broadcast platform (i.e., the emergency broadcast platform included in the first emergency broadcast subsystem) to operate the function of the second adapter. Under some conditions, the emergency broadcast platform at a higher emergency broadcast level cannot be directly connected with the adapter at a lower emergency broadcast level, so that the second communication link can play a role in replacement in order to realize linkage between corresponding emergency broadcast subsystems at different emergency broadcast levels, and the arrangement of the second communication link in the emergency broadcast system has important significance.
Fig. 3 illustrates an emergency broadcasting system in which emergency broadcasting levels include a provincial level, a city level, and a county level. Referring to fig. 3, the target satellite is respectively connected to the emergency broadcasting platform group and the adapter group, and the second communication link includes a first processing control link and a second processing control link, wherein the first processing control link is disposed between a terminal device directly belonging to the provincial-level emergency broadcasting platform and an adapter directly connected to the city-level emergency broadcasting platform, and the second processing control link is disposed between a terminal device directly belonging to the city-level emergency broadcasting platform and an adapter directly connected to the county-level emergency broadcasting platform.
In the emergency broadcast system shown in fig. 3, the adapter is not only communicated with the current-level emergency broadcast platform, but also communicated with a superior emergency broadcast platform or a superior terminal device, and a set of device link is added for linkage between superior and subordinate emergency broadcast subsystems, so that the emergency broadcast system has an important significance for linkage between the superior and subordinate emergency broadcast subsystems.
Example two
The adaptation method for emergency broadcast information provided in the embodiment of the present invention is implemented by applying the emergency broadcast system in the first embodiment, and as shown in fig. 4, the adaptation method for emergency broadcast information includes:
step S401, receiving emergency broadcast information;
step S403, sending the emergency broadcast information to the adapter, enabling the adapter to receive the emergency broadcast information, and generating a control instruction;
step S405, the control instruction and the emergency broadcast information are sent to the terminal equipment of the emergency broadcast system, so that the terminal equipment plays the emergency broadcast information under the control of the control instruction.
In the embodiment of the present invention, after receiving the emergency broadcast information in step S401, in step S403, the emergency broadcast information is sent to the adapter, so that the adapter receives the emergency broadcast information and generates a control command; and, in step S405, the control command and the emergency broadcast information are transmitted to the terminal device of the emergency broadcast system, so that the terminal device plays the emergency broadcast information under the control of the control command. The adapter bears the function of controlling the terminal device, so that the emergency broadcast platform does not need the function of necessarily controlling the terminal device, the pureness of the function of the emergency broadcast platform is kept, and the technical problems that the emergency broadcast platform is complicated in structure and untimely in function realization in the traditional emergency broadcast system are solved.
In an optional implementation manner of the embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, before sending the control instruction and the emergency broadcast information to the terminal device of the emergency broadcast system in step S405, the method for adapting the emergency broadcast information further includes:
step S404, obtaining the first communication protocol through the adapter, judging whether the communication protocol is a general protocol to obtain a judgment result, and performing protocol adaptation according to the first communication protocol to obtain a second communication protocol under the condition that the judgment result is that the communication protocol is not a general protocol, wherein,
the first communication protocol is a communication protocol of the terminal equipment;
the second communication protocol is used by the adapter to send the control command and the emergency broadcast information to the terminal equipment, so that the adapter and the terminal equipment can communicate with each other.
In view of the fact that the communication protocols of the terminal devices are not always general protocols, and particularly some terminal device multi-purpose private protocols which are produced earlier exist in the market, in the embodiment of the present invention, step S404 obtains the first communication protocol through the adapter, determines whether the communication protocol is a general protocol to obtain a determination result, and performs protocol adaptation according to the first communication protocol to obtain the second communication protocol under the condition that the determination result is that the communication protocol is not a general protocol, that is, the function of protocol adaptation is realized through the adapter, so that under the condition that the emergency broadcast system includes terminal devices using multiple communication protocols, the purpose of maintaining the pure functions of the emergency broadcast platform is achieved, and the technical problems that the emergency broadcast platform in the conventional emergency broadcast system is complicated in structure and the functions of the emergency broadcast platform are not realized in time are solved.
The emergency broadcast system and the computer program product of the adaptation method for emergency broadcast information provided in the embodiments of the present invention include a computer-readable storage medium storing a program code, where instructions included in the program code may be used to execute the method described in the foregoing method embodiments, and specific implementations may refer to the method embodiments and are not described herein again.
It is clear to those skilled in the art that, for convenience and brevity of description, the specific working processes of the system and the apparatus described above may refer to the corresponding processes in the foregoing method embodiments, and are not described herein again.
In addition, in the description of the embodiments of the present invention, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning either a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; can be mechanically or electrically connected; they may be connected directly or indirectly through intervening media, or they may be interconnected between two elements. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
The functions, if implemented in the form of software functional units and sold or used as a stand-alone product, may be stored in a computer readable storage medium. Based on such understanding, the technical solution of the present invention may be embodied in the form of a software product, which is stored in a storage medium and includes instructions for causing a computer device (which may be a personal computer, a server, or a network device) to execute all or part of the steps of the method according to the embodiments of the present invention. And the aforementioned storage medium includes: a U-disk, a removable hard disk, a Read-Only Memory (ROM), a Random Access Memory (RAM), a magnetic disk or an optical disk, and other various media capable of storing program codes.

Claims (8)

1. An emergency broadcast system, comprising: an emergency broadcast platform, an adapter and a terminal device, wherein the emergency broadcast platform, the adapter and the terminal device are connected in sequence,
the emergency broadcast platform is used for receiving emergency broadcast information and sending the emergency broadcast information to the adapter;
the adapter is used for receiving the emergency broadcast information, generating a control instruction and sending the control instruction and the emergency broadcast information to the terminal equipment, wherein the control instruction is an instruction for controlling the emergency broadcast information to be played in the terminal equipment;
the terminal equipment is used for receiving the control instruction and the emergency broadcast information so as to play the emergency broadcast information under the control of the control instruction;
the emergency broadcasting system comprises an emergency broadcasting subsystem, and the emergency broadcasting subsystem comprises the emergency broadcasting platform, the adapter and the terminal equipment;
the number of the emergency broadcasting subsystems is multiple, and one emergency broadcasting subsystem corresponds to one emergency broadcasting level;
the first emergency broadcast subsystem is qualified for sending emergency broadcast instructions to the second emergency broadcast subsystem, wherein the emergency broadcast instructions are generated by an emergency broadcast platform included in the first emergency broadcast subsystem, and the emergency broadcast instructions at least comprise one of the following: emergency broadcast information and a linkage control instruction, wherein the emergency broadcast level corresponding to the first emergency broadcast subsystem is higher than the emergency broadcast level corresponding to the second emergency broadcast subsystem;
the emergency broadcasting system further comprises a target satellite, wherein the target satellite is respectively connected with an emergency broadcasting platform group and an adapter group, the emergency broadcasting platform group comprises the emergency broadcasting platforms in the emergency broadcasting subsystems, and the adapter group comprises the adapters in the emergency broadcasting subsystems;
the target satellite is used for acquiring the emergency broadcast instruction sent by the first emergency broadcast platform and sending the emergency broadcast instruction to the second adapter so that the first emergency broadcast platform controls the second adapter through the emergency broadcast instruction, wherein the first emergency broadcast platform is included in the first emergency broadcast subsystem, and the second adapter is included in the second emergency broadcast subsystem.
2. The system of claim 1, wherein the adapter is further configured to:
acquiring a first communication protocol, wherein the first communication protocol is a communication protocol of the terminal equipment;
judging whether the communication protocol is a general protocol or not to obtain a judgment result;
and when the judgment result shows that the communication protocol is not a general protocol, carrying out protocol adaptation according to the first communication protocol to obtain a second communication protocol, and sending the control instruction and the emergency broadcast information to the terminal equipment through the second communication protocol to realize the communication between the adapter and the terminal equipment.
3. The system of claim 1, further comprising a first communication link, wherein,
the first communication link is arranged between a first emergency broadcast platform and a second emergency broadcast platform, wherein the first emergency broadcast platform is the emergency broadcast platform included in the first emergency broadcast subsystem, and the second emergency broadcast platform is the emergency broadcast platform included in the second emergency broadcast subsystem;
the first communication link is configured to enable the first emergency broadcast platform to send the emergency broadcast instruction to the second emergency broadcast platform.
4. The system of claim 1, further comprising a second communication link, wherein,
the second communication link is arranged between a first terminal device and a second adapter, wherein the first terminal device is the terminal device included in the first emergency broadcast subsystem, and the second adapter is the adapter included in the second emergency broadcast subsystem;
the second communication link is used for enabling the first terminal device to send the emergency broadcast instruction to the second adapter.

The system of claim 1, wherein the emergency broadcast levels comprise a provincial level, a municipal level, a county level, and a village level, and wherein the emergency broadcast platforms comprise a provincial emergency broadcast platform, a municipal emergency broadcast platform, a county emergency broadcast platform, and a village emergency broadcast platform, wherein,
the provincial-level emergency broadcast platform is the emergency broadcast platform included by the provincial-level emergency broadcast subsystem, and is used for receiving broadcast emergency information sent by a national emergency department or a provincial-level emergency department;
the city-level emergency broadcast platform is the emergency broadcast platform included in the city-level emergency broadcast subsystem, and is used for receiving broadcast emergency information sent by a city-level emergency department or the provincial emergency broadcast platform;
the county-level emergency broadcast platform is the emergency broadcast platform included by the county-level emergency broadcast subsystem, and is used for receiving broadcast emergency information sent by a county-level emergency department or the city-level emergency broadcast platform;
the village-level emergency broadcast platform is a village-level emergency broadcast platform included in the emergency broadcast subsystem, and the village-level emergency broadcast platform is used for receiving broadcast emergency information sent by the county-level emergency broadcast platform.
6. The system of claim 1, wherein the terminal device comprises at least one of: the server of the broadcast station, the wireless transceiver, the information playing device.
7. A method for adapting emergency broadcast information, the method being implemented by using the emergency broadcast system of any one of claims 1 to 6, the method comprising:
receiving emergency broadcast information;
sending the emergency broadcast information to an adapter, enabling the adapter to receive the emergency broadcast information and generate a control instruction;
sending the control instruction and the emergency broadcast information to terminal equipment of the emergency broadcast system so that the terminal equipment plays the emergency broadcast information under the control of the control instruction;
the emergency broadcasting system comprises an emergency broadcasting subsystem, and the emergency broadcasting subsystem comprises the emergency broadcasting platform, the adapter and the terminal equipment;
the number of the emergency broadcasting subsystems is multiple, and one emergency broadcasting subsystem corresponds to one emergency broadcasting level;
the first emergency broadcast subsystem is qualified for sending emergency broadcast instructions to the second emergency broadcast subsystem, wherein the emergency broadcast instructions are generated by an emergency broadcast platform included in the first emergency broadcast subsystem, and the emergency broadcast instructions at least comprise one of the following: emergency broadcast information and a linkage control instruction, wherein the emergency broadcast level corresponding to the first emergency broadcast subsystem is higher than the emergency broadcast level corresponding to the second emergency broadcast subsystem;
the emergency broadcasting system further comprises a target satellite, wherein the target satellite is respectively connected with an emergency broadcasting platform group and an adapter group, the emergency broadcasting platform group comprises the emergency broadcasting platforms in the emergency broadcasting subsystems, and the adapter group comprises the adapters in the emergency broadcasting subsystems;
the target satellite is used for acquiring the emergency broadcast instruction sent by the first emergency broadcast platform and sending the emergency broadcast instruction to the second adapter so that the first emergency broadcast platform controls the second adapter through the emergency broadcast instruction, wherein the first emergency broadcast platform is included in the first emergency broadcast subsystem, and the second adapter is included in the second emergency broadcast subsystem.
8. The method of claim 7, wherein before transmitting the control command and the emergency broadcast information to a terminal device of the emergency broadcast system, the method further comprises:
obtaining a first communication protocol through the adapter, judging whether the communication protocol is a general protocol to obtain a judgment result, and performing protocol adaptation according to the first communication protocol to obtain a second communication protocol under the condition that the judgment result is that the communication protocol is not the general protocol,
the first communication protocol is a communication protocol of the terminal equipment;
the second communication protocol is a communication protocol used by the adapter for sending the control command and the emergency broadcast information to the terminal equipment, so that the adapter and the terminal equipment can communicate with each other.
