Abstract
The present invention can include a mobile phone serving as a transmitting device for broadcasting, a server serving as a repeater, a terminal device for receiving a voice and sending it to a speaker, and a gender for utilizing existing equipment.
Description
The present invention relates to an emergency broadcast management system and method using LTE
In recent years, information transmission in many emergency situations has become an important issue, such as an increase in the frequency of natural disasters, the threat of terrorism, and emergencies in military units. In addition, the speed of the modern society has become important, and LTE is widely applied in real life in Korea as it proves.
We want to create a broadcasting system that can effectively broadcast the above situation using the high-speed LTE technology
The present invention can include a mobile phone serving as a transmitting device for broadcasting, a server serving as a repeater, a terminal device for receiving a voice and sending it to a speaker, and a gender for utilizing existing equipment.
In the event of an emergency, the APP in the mobile phone can quickly and accurately broadcast to the disaster area, and the damage to the disaster area can be minimized.

The first is to use the LTE network. Existing third-party products use a telephone network to communicate with equipment, or to obtain a certain frequency band and communicate with equipment through the frequency. However, these products are also vulnerable because of confusion and limited number of users, and because frequency bands can be used by artificially changing them. In order to compensate for these problems, we have changed the communication methods and our own advantages to the advantages of other products.
Secondly, UDP communication method is used. UDP is selected because TCP / IP method can guarantee reliability but it is not suitable for real-time streaming because voice may be disconnected. UDP is a one-way communication concept, so you can not verify that the other party has received the message. In other words, if it is easy to send, it will not be resent even if an error occurs in the middle. To compensate for these shortcomings, we built a server to send the ACK (the message that the server sent the voice) and the size of the voice that was sent in real time. I supplemented it. If you purchase only gender that can connect with existing broadcasting equipment, you can use the convenient system of EBMS without the inconvenience of discarding existing broadcasting equipment and purchasing new broadcasting equipment.
Finally, for the convenience of users, APP was developed and linked with the DB to give it an ID as soon as the user added it. In APP, not only the whole broadcast but also the whole broadcasting button If you create a sub-button and click that button, you can broadcast it to a specific region.
