本发明涉及一种六氟化硫充气装置,它包括六氟化硫的储气瓶,所述的储气瓶上设置有降压阀,所述的降压阀连接有充气管,充气管的自由端连接有充气插头,其特征是:所述的充气管之间连接有分配阀,分配阀上带有精密压力表和安全阀;所述储气瓶设置在加热套筒内,加热套筒的筒壁内设置有夹层,所述的夹层内设置有电加热丝,电加热丝通过电磁继电器连接到供电电源,所述的电磁继电器连接到微控制器,微控制器的输入端还连接有温度传感器,所述的温度传感器设置在加热套筒的内壁上。

技术领域
本发明属于充气设备技术领域,具体涉及一种六氟化硫充气装置。
背景技术
在现实工作当中对于六氟化硫高压设备进行充电时,遇到了气温低瓶中的气体不能气化,难以加入到设备当中,特别是冬天的施工现场,目前解决的办法就是用喷灯或是煤气罐人工进行火烤,存在着很大的人身安全隐患,且费工费时;平时加气时如果不能保证一定的恒定温度,加入的气体的含水量超标的概率也会很大。此为现有技术的不足之处。
因此,针对现有技术中的上述缺陷,提供设计一种六氟化硫充气装置;以解决现有技术中的问题,是非常有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,针对上述现有技术存在的缺陷,提供设计一种六氟化硫充气装置,以解决上述技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明给出以下技术方案:
一种六氟化硫充气装置,它包括六氟化硫的储气瓶,所述的储气瓶上设置有降压阀,所述的降压阀连接有充气管,充气管的自由端连接有充气插头,其特征是:所述的充气管之间连接有分配阀,分配阀上带有精密压力表和安全阀;
所述储气瓶设置在加热套筒内,加热套筒的筒壁内设置有夹层,所述的夹层内设置有电加热丝,电加热丝通过电磁继电器连接到供电电源,所述的电磁继电器连接到微控制器,微控制器的输入端还连接有温度传感器,所述的温度传感器设置在加热套筒的内壁上。
作为优选,所述的充气插头与充气管之间通过连接阀进行连接。
作为优选,所述的连接阀包括主接头和分接头,所述的主接头与充气管连接固定,所述的分接头与充气插头连接固定。
作为优选,所述的微控制器为单片机控制器。
本发明的有益效果在于,通过设置加热套筒,实现对储气瓶对外充气时的温度控制,确保在充气过程中储气瓶处于稳定的温度范围;提高充气质量和效果。此外,本发明设计原理可靠,结构简单,具有非常广泛的应用前景。
由此可见,本发明与现有技术相比,具有突出的实质性特点和显著地进步,其实施的有益效果也是显而易见的。

如图1至3所示,本发明提供的一种六氟化硫充气装置,它包括六氟化硫的储气瓶1,所述的储气瓶1上设置有降压阀2,所述的降压阀2连接有充气管3,充气管3的自由端连接有充气插头4,其特征是:所述的充气管3之间连接有分配阀5,分配阀5上带有精密压力表6和安全阀7;
所述储气瓶1设置在加热套筒8内,加热套筒8的筒壁内设置有夹层9,所述的夹层9内设置有电加热丝10,电加热丝10通过电磁继电器11连接到供电电源15,所述的电磁继电器11连接到微控制器12,微控制器12的输入端还连接有温度传感器13,所述的温度传感器13设置在加热套筒8的内壁上。
本实施例中,所述的充气插头4与充气管3之间通过连接阀14进行连接。
本实施例中,所述的连接阀14包括主接头141和分接头142,所述的主接头141与充气管3连接固定,所述的分接头142与充气插头4连接固定。
本实施例中,所述的微控制器12为单片机控制器。

1.一种六氟化硫充气装置,它包括六氟化硫的储气瓶(1),所述的储气瓶(1)上设置有降压阀(2),所述的降压阀(2)连接有充气管(3),充气管(3)的自由端连接有充气插头(4),其特征是:所述的充气管(3)之间连接有分配阀(5),分配阀(5)上带有精密压力表(6)和安全阀(7);
所述储气瓶(1)设置在加热套筒(8)内,加热套筒(8)的筒壁内设置有夹层(9),所述的夹层(9)内设置有电加热丝(10),电加热丝(10)通过电磁继电器(11)连接到供电电源(15),所述的电磁继电器(11)连接到微控制器(12),微控制器(12)的输入端还连接有温度传感器(13),所述的温度传感器(13)设置在加热套筒(8)的内壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种六氟化硫充气装置,其特征是:所述的充气插头(4)与充气管(3)之间通过连接阀(14)进行连接。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种六氟化硫充气装置,其特征是:所述的连接阀(14)包括主接头(141)和分接头(142),所述的主接头(141)与充气管(3)连接固定,所述的分接头(142)与充气插头(4)连接固定。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种六氟化硫充气装置,其特征是:所述的微控制器(12)为单片机控制器。
