本发明提供一种管道内窥镜用万向球节,包括内球体和外球壳,所述内球体中心设置有水平固定杆,所述外球壳内设置有上支撑杆,上支撑杆上端设置有摇杆,外球壳两侧对称的设置有使外球壳可沿水平固定杆转动的滑道。本发明提供的管道内窥镜用万向球节,通过摇杆可以调节蛇骨探头的移动,探头可实现360°任意旋转,操作简单,控制力度小,手感佳,精度高,提高了对特定位置检查的稳定性。

本发明属于管道内窥镜领域,具体涉及一种管道内窥镜用万向球节。
背景技术
管道内窥镜是一种多领域通用的工具,其功能主要是对弯曲管道深处探查,能观察到不能直视到的部位,能在密封空腔内观察内部空间结构与状态,实现远距离观察与操作。管道内窥镜在各行业中都有广泛的应用,可用于汽车、航空发动机、管道、机械零件等,可在不需拆卸或破坏组装及设备停止运行的情况下实现无损检测,广泛应用于航空、汽车、船舶、电气、化学、电力、煤气、原子能、土木建筑等现代核心工业的各个部门。
管道内窥镜的种类有很多,现有的手动式万向内窥镜是通过手动摇杆控制内部万向球节的方向来改变摄像头的方位的,万向球节一端连接摇杆,另一端直接连接到摄像探头,这样当摇杆移动很小的范围就会使摄像探头移动较大的范围,移动过于灵活,不便于进行微调。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述现有技术存在的问题,提供一种方便对摄像探头进行微调的管道内窥镜用万向球节。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种管道内窥镜用万向球节,包括内球体和外球壳,所述内球体中心设置有水平固定杆,所述外球壳内设置有上支撑杆,所述上支撑杆上端设置有摇杆,外球壳两侧对称的设置有使外球壳可沿水平固定杆转动的滑道。
所述外球壳包括上半球和下半球,上半球和下半球通过螺钉固定连接。
所述外球壳底部设置有水平底座,水平底座上均匀设置有四个支座,所述四个支座中心处均设置有使钢丝通过的通孔。
所述水平固定杆的长度大于外球壳的外直径。
所述外球壳内还设置有下支撑杆。
所述外球壳采用塑性材料。
所述钢丝穿过蛇骨与内窥镜镜头相连。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供一种管道内窥镜用万向球节,通过摇杆可以调节蛇骨探头的移动,探头可实现360°任意旋转,操作简单,控制力度小,手感佳,精度高,提高了对特定位置检查的稳定性。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,本发明提供一种管道内窥镜用万向球节,包括内球体1和外球壳2,内球体1中心设置有水平固定杆3,外球壳内设置有上支撑杆4和下支撑杆5,上支撑杆4上端设置有摇杆6,外球壳2包括上半球21和下半球22,上半球21和下半球22通过螺钉固定连接,水平固定杆3的长度大于外球壳2的外直径,水平固定杆的两端固定在控制器壳体内部,外球壳2两侧对称的设置有使外球壳2可沿水平固定杆3转动的滑道7;外球壳2底部设置有水平底座,水平底座上均匀设置有四个支座8,四个支座7中心处均设置有使钢丝通过的通孔9,钢丝穿过蛇骨与内窥镜镜头相连。
外球壳2采用塑性材料。
本发明在使用时,将水平固定杆固定在内球体的水平轴内,将摇杆固定在外球壳的上支撑杆上,然后将外球壳的上半球和下半球通过螺钉固定在内球体外部,钢丝穿过外球壳底部支座上的通孔,然后穿过蛇骨套管与内窥镜检测探头相连,最后将水平固定杆两端固定在内窥镜控制器的壳体内部,万向球节的安装完成,通过移动摇杆带动外球壳体运动,从而带动钢丝的运动实现检测探头的全方位检测。

1.一种管道内窥镜用万向球节,其特征在于:包括内球体和外球壳,所述内球体中心设置有水平固定杆,所述外球壳内设置有上支撑杆,上支撑杆上端设置有摇杆,外球壳两侧对称的设置有使外球壳可沿水平固定杆转动的滑道。
2.如权利要求1所述的管道内窥镜用万向球节,其特征在于:所述外球壳包括上半球和下半球,上半球和下半球通过螺钉固定连接。
3.如权利要求1所述的管道内窥镜用万向球节,其特征在于:所述外球壳底部设置有水平底座,水平底座上均匀设置有四个支座,所述四个支座中心处均设置有使钢丝通过的通孔。
4.如权利要求1所述的管道内窥镜用万向球节,其特征在于:所述水平固定杆的长度大于外球壳的外直径。
5.如权利要求1所述的管道内窥镜用万向球节,其特征在于:所述外球壳内还设置有下支撑杆。
6.如权利要求1所述的管道内窥镜用万向球节,其特征在于:所述外球壳采用塑性材料。
7.如权利要求3所述的管道内窥镜用万向球节,其特征在于:所述钢丝穿过蛇骨与内窥镜镜头相连。
