Abstract
生物柴油替代石化柴油的制备方法,本发明涉及一种用生物柴油替代石化柴油的制备方法,该制备方法是将生物柴油65,石化柴油20,甲醇6‑8,乙醇4‑5,正丁醇2‑3,石油醚1‑2,乙醇胺0.5‑1混合搅拌10分钟即可制成生物柴油替代石化柴油的成品,本发明克服了其它同类油品在制作工艺存在的制作流程复杂,保质期短,功率不足和高制作成本等缺陷。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用生物柴油替代石化柴油的制备方法。
背景技术
进入新世纪以来,世界对能源的需求量日益增大,能源供给的可持续性以及环境问题成为当今全球最关注的问题,人们为此相应采取各种开源与节能的措施方法,以保证能源的安全运行。
生物柴油由低值的植物或废油脂作原料经过加工而制成,由于其本质与石化柴油存在很多标准参数上的差异,在前人们曾进行二次加工,但一直未能在工艺上完全达到可替代石化柴油的技术要求,因此,至今很少用大比例的生物柴油来调制替代石化柴油,并可用于车船的发动机中的制备方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的;克服现有技术的缺陷和存在问题,通过有效易行的工艺技术对生物柴油进行调制处理,使其完全达到标准石化柴油的要求,并能低于石化柴油的成本,从而充分利用了丰富的生物质资源,另方面充分发挥生物质能源具有的难能可贵的环保效果,因此,本发明的实施有着深远的社会意义和经济意义。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:生物柴油替代石化柴油的制备方法是由65%的生物柴油,20%的石化柴油,15%的溶剂混合搅拌10分钟制成成品,所述溶剂由甲醇40%,乙醇30%,正丁醇15%,石油醚10%,乙醇胺5%组成。
本发明的技术方案配比合理,溶剂的组成材料对生物柴油有很好的理化性能和稳定性,可长期存放不会油醇分层,调整了生物柴油的闪点和密度,对比现有的生物醇油降低了制作成本和增长了保质期,经调制后的成品经检验,各项参数都符合或优于石化柴油的标准。本技术方案的制备方法工艺简单安全,高效环保,实施容易,克服了其它同类油品的制作工艺存在着须经均质机和超声波处理等复杂流程,而由此造成高制作成本等缺陷,下表是本技术方案制作后的成品经广东出入境检验检疫局的检验结果,说明了本技术方案制作后的成品完全符合并优于国标要求。

下面实施例是对本发明进一步证明,本发明不限于此。
实施例1:
生物柴油65,石化柴油20,甲醇6-8,乙醇4-5,正丁醇2-3,石油醚1-2,乙醇胺0.5-1,上列材料混合搅拌10分钟即可制成生物柴油替代石化柴油的成品。
实施例2:
生物柴油65-75,石化柴油10-20,甲醇6-10,乙醇4-8,正丁醇2-5,石油醚1-3,乙醇胺0.5-1,上列材料混合搅拌15分钟即可制成生物柴油替代石化柴油的成品。

1.生物柴油替代石化柴油的制备方法,其特征在于:将生物柴油65,石化柴油20,甲醇6-8,乙醇4-5,正丁醇2-3,石油醚1-2,乙醇胺0.5-1混合搅拌10分钟制成生物柴油替代石化柴油的成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物柴油替代石化柴油的制备方法,其特征在于:将生物柴油65-75,石化柴油10-20,甲醇6-10,乙醇4-8,正丁醇2-5,石油醚1-3,乙醇胺0.5-1混合搅拌15分钟制成生物柴油替代石化柴油的成品。
