本发明是一种防锈耐寒涂料,所述涂料包括如下重量份的原料:聚偏二氯乙烯树脂12‑18份,聚氯乙烯树脂1‑6份,ABS树脂12‑19份,酚醛树脂1‑3份,轻质碳酸钙13‑15份,硅藻土6‑8份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1‑4份,膨润土1‑7份,氧化铁2‑4份,钛白粉1‑5份,云母粉2‑9份,三氧化二锑3‑6份,硅酸锂9‑12份。本发明组分简单、配比合理,具有良好的耐腐蚀防锈能力,价格低廉,在低温的环境下能保持良好的性能,低温不容易开裂。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种涂料,具体的说是涉及一种防锈耐寒涂料。
背景技术
随着经济的发展和社会的进步,人们对涂料的性能要求也越来越高,尤其是在潮湿、多风、以及寒冷的极端环境下,涂料不仅容易开裂、耐碱腐蚀性能也会变差,耐寒性能差,并且裸露在外面的部件容易生锈,会减少部件的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种具有耐寒、耐碱腐蚀以及具有防锈功能的涂料。

本发明是一种防锈耐寒涂料,所述涂料包括如下重量份的原料:聚偏二氯乙烯树脂12-18份,聚氯乙烯树脂1-6份,ABS树脂12-19份,酚醛树脂1-3份,轻质碳酸钙13-15份,硅藻土6-8份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯1-4份,膨润土1-7份,氧化铁2-4份,钛白粉1-5份,云母粉2-9份,三氧化二锑3-6份,硅酸锂9-12份。
优选的:涂料包括如下重量份的原料:聚偏二氯乙烯树脂12份,聚氯乙烯树脂6份,ABS树脂19份,酚醛树脂3份,轻质碳酸钙15份,硅藻土8份,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯4份,膨润土7份,氧化铁4份,钛白粉5份,云母粉9份,三氧化二锑6份,硅酸锂12份。

本发明的有益效果是:ABS树脂具有质轻、耐寒、抗冲击性能较好等优点,使得本涂料具有良好的耐寒、耐冲击性能,酚醛树脂具有良好的抗化学腐蚀能力,耐候性好,使得涂料具有良好的防腐蚀能力,轻质碳酸钙使得涂料不沉降,易分散,光泽好,硅藻土有优良的延伸性、较高的冲击强度、拉伸强度、撕裂强度、质轻软内磨性好、搞压强度好等方面优质作用,邻苯二甲酸二辛酯有良好的综合性能,混合性能好,增塑效率高,挥发性较低,低温柔软性较好,耐水抽出,电气性能高,耐热性和耐候性良好,膨润土可优化涂料的性能如附着力、遮盖力、耐水性、耐洗刷性等,氧化铁防锈性能优异,云母粉是一种绿色环保填料,独特的二维片状阻隔、屏蔽紫外光、化学结构的稳定性等功能有效地提高涂膜的抗渗透性、耐候性、耐磨性及耐腐蚀性,另外,不含任何放射性元素。
本发明组分简单、配比合理,具有良好的耐腐蚀防锈能力,价格低廉,在低温的环境下能保持良好的性能,低温不容易开裂。
