本发明公开一种节能窗,包括钢化玻璃板、防爆膜、PET膜和保温膜,所述防爆膜设在钢化玻璃板内侧,所述PET膜设在钢化玻璃板外侧,所述保温膜设在PET膜外侧,所述防爆膜、钢化玻璃板、PET膜和保温膜依次密封连接,所述钢化玻璃板上下两端设置有安装板,所述安装板与钢化玻璃板胶合连接,所述安装板外侧设置有橡胶板,所述安装板一侧固定有第一反光板和第二反光板,所述第一反光板呈水平设置,所述第二反光板呈30°夹角设置,所述钢化玻璃板宽度大于2.5m,所述钢化玻璃板高度大于2m,该节能窗透光效果好,具有良好的保温功能,能够达到节能的功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种节能窗。
背景技术
窗户在建筑学上是指墙或屋顶上建造的洞口,用以使光线或空气进入室内。事实上窗和户的本意分别指窗和门,在现代汉语中窗户则单指窗。“窗”本作“囱”(“囱”为俗字),即在墙上留个洞,框内的是窗棂,可以透光,也可以出烟,后加“穴”字头构成形声字。《说文》说:“在墙曰牅,在屋曰囱。窗,或从穴。”窗框负责支撑窗体的主结构,可以是木材、金属、陶瓷或塑料材料,透明部分依附在窗框上,可以是纸、布、丝绸或玻璃材料。
现代的窗户的窗由窗框、玻璃和活动构件(铰链、执手、滑轮等)三部分组成。窗框负责支撑窗体的主结构,可以是木材、金属、陶瓷或塑料材料,透明部分依附在窗框上,可以是纸、布、丝绸或玻璃材料。活动构件主要以金属材料为主,在人手触及的地方也可能包裹以塑料等绝热材料。
随着建筑技术的发展以及人类生活水平的提高,窗的构造也日趋复杂以满足更高的热工要求。高级的建筑会采用双层甚至三层真空玻璃,双道橡胶密封条,以保证其最佳的保温隔热性能。水平天窗可以做成无框的单元,也被称为采光罩。玻璃幕墙可以被认为是一种特殊的窗,即整个建筑外墙都变成了可透光的窗。
铝合金门窗因为是金属材质,所以不会存在老化问题,而且坚固,耐撞击,强度大。但铝合金窗最容易被攻击的一个弱点就是隔热性能,因为金属是热的良导体,外界与室内的温度会随着窗的框架传递。但值得疑问的是,在一扇窗户上框架所占的比例并不很大,窗户并不是一块金属板,而是镶着框的玻璃,通过框架边条传递的热量究竟会对有着暖器、空调的室内温度产生多大的影响。但还是有备无患的好,为了防止这个问题,在有的铝合金窗户上采用了“断桥”技术,即在铝合金窗框中加一层树脂材料,彻底断绝了导热的途径。
目前现有的节能窗透光效果不好,具不有良好的保温功能,不能够达到较高的节能功能。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种透光效果好,具有良好的保温功能,能够达到节能的功能的节能窗。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种节能窗,包括钢化玻璃板、防爆膜、PET膜和保温膜,所述防爆膜设在钢化玻璃板内侧,所述PET膜设在钢化玻璃板外侧,所述保温膜设在PET膜外侧,所述防爆膜、钢化玻璃板、PET膜和保温膜依次密封连接,所述钢化玻璃板上下两端设置有安装板,所述安装板与钢化玻璃板胶合连接,所述安装板外侧设置有橡胶板,所述安装板一侧固定有第一反光板和第二反光板,所述第一反光板呈水平设置,所述第二反光板呈30°夹角设置,所述钢化玻璃板宽度大于2.5m,所述钢化玻璃板高度大于2m。
进一步的,所述保温膜由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:聚氨酯350-450份、酚醛树脂600-650份和1-2份厚度为5mm的气凝胶板。
本发明的有益效果为:设置的钢化玻璃板采用的尺寸可以直接安装在室内作为墙体,保持透光范围广,采用的第一反光板和第二反光板能够进一步提升透光效果,采用的保温膜具有良好的保温效果,达到节能的功能;设置的防爆膜保持使用安全;设置的安装板和橡胶板保持安装方便,密封效果好。

实施例1
如图1所示,一种节能窗,包括钢化玻璃板1、防爆膜2、PET膜3和保温膜4,所述防爆膜2设在钢化玻璃板1内侧,所述PET膜3设在钢化玻璃板1外侧,所述保温膜4设在PET膜3外侧,所述防爆膜2、钢化玻璃板1、PET膜3和保温膜4依次密封连接,所述钢化玻璃板1上下两端设置有安装板5,所述安装板5与钢化玻璃板1胶合连接,所述安装板5外侧设置有橡胶板6,所述安装板5一侧固定有第一反光板7和第二反光板8,所述第一反光板7呈水平设置,所述第二反光板8呈30°夹角设置,所述钢化玻璃板1宽度大于2.5m,所述钢化玻璃板1高度大于2m。
所述保温膜4由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:聚氨酯350份、酚醛树脂600份和1份厚度为5mm的气凝胶板。
一种节能窗的保温膜4的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将聚氨酯350份加热至融化,均匀地铺满在1份厚度为5mm的气凝胶板的上表面,冷却至常温,备用;
2)将酚醛树脂600份加热至融化,均匀地铺满在步骤1)中的厚度为5mm的气凝胶板的下表面,冷却至常温,得到保温膜原坯,备用;
3)将步骤2)所得的保温膜原坯切割成钢化玻璃板的尺寸,进行打磨抛光即可。
实施例2

所述保温膜4由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:聚氨酯400份、酚醛树脂625份和1.5份厚度为5mm的气凝胶板。
一种节能窗的保温膜4的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将聚氨酯400份加热至融化,均匀地铺满在1.5份厚度为5mm的气凝胶板的上表面,冷却至常温,备用;
2)将酚醛树脂625份加热至融化,均匀地铺满在步骤1)中的厚度为5mm的气凝胶板的下表面,冷却至常温,得到保温膜原坯,备用;
3)将步骤2)所得的保温膜原坯切割成钢化玻璃板的尺寸,进行打磨抛光即可。

一种节能窗的保温膜4的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将聚氨酯450份加热至融化,均匀地铺满在2份厚度为5mm的气凝胶板的上表面,冷却至常温,备用;
2)将酚醛树脂650份加热至融化,均匀地铺满在步骤1)中的厚度为5mm的气凝胶板的下表面,冷却至常温,得到保温膜原坯,备用;
3)将步骤2)所得的保温膜原坯切割成钢化玻璃板的尺寸,进行打磨抛光即可。

1.一种节能窗,其特征在于:包括钢化玻璃板、防爆膜、PET膜和保温膜,所述防爆膜设在钢化玻璃板内侧,所述PET膜设在钢化玻璃板外侧,所述保温膜设在PET膜外侧,所述防爆膜、钢化玻璃板、PET膜和保温膜依次密封连接,所述钢化玻璃板上下两端设置有安装板,所述安装板与钢化玻璃板胶合连接,所述安装板外侧设置有橡胶板,所述安装板一侧固定有第一反光板和第二反光板,所述第一反光板呈水平设置,所述第二反光板呈30°夹角设置,所述钢化玻璃板宽度大于2.5m,所述钢化玻璃板高度大于2m;
所述保温膜由以下重量份数配比的原料制成:聚氨酯350-450份、酚醛树脂600-650份和1-2份厚度为5mm的气凝胶板。
