本发明涉及墙体装饰技术领域,尤其涉及一种墙纸。
背景技术
墙纸、墙布,又有称为壁纸、壁布,顾名思义,它是裱贴在墙面用于装饰的一种特殊的“纸”和“布”,是一种常用的建筑内墙墙面装饰材料。
随着人们对高档装饰材料的需求和工艺技术水平的提高,又在墙纸的基础上设计生产出特殊布基的墙布产品,投入市场以来,得到顾客的广泛应用。墙布产品的面世使墙面装饰材料又增加新的产品。
有人戏称墙纸、墙布是墙面的“时装”,因为它往往和时装一样代表时代的潮流,反映人的个性,表达人们对美丽和舒适的追求。在设计师和工艺师们的共同创新下,应用新的技术和设备,现有的墙纸、墙布产品已具有款式丰富、色彩缤纷、肌理鲜明、质感柔和、吸音透气、不易爆裂、裱贴简单、更换容易和可用水清洗等等优点,并根据需要做成阻燃、抗菌等环保特殊功能产品。它的色彩、图案、质感都可以通过精心设计,更加适应各种环境的需要和满足各层次的现代人群的审美观,从而为人们营造出豪华、温馨、舒适、健康的环境,这是其它墙面装饰材料无法比拟的。
现有的墙纸功能较为单一,现有的墙纸其功能单一往往只具有美观装饰功能,或者只是单一的具有防辐射、防潮、防虫、阻水、阻燃等功能,不能满足消费者对墙纸功能多样化的需求;比如中国专利《一种防辐射环保墙纸》,申请公布号CN 101979799 A,提出的墙纸功能单一,只是防辐射效果比较好,但在降噪吸音、防蛀防虫以及吸收甲醛等有害物质方面并未满足消费者的需求。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种易清洁的防潮墙纸,具有抗水防潮、防霉和易清洁的优点,还兼具防蛀、降噪和防辐射的性能,同时能与甲醛、二甲苯等有害气体反应,形成不挥发的无害的高分子链物质,清除异味和其它有害气体,健康环保;并能散发淡淡的檀香味,能镇定安神、行气温中,消除大脑疲劳,促进睡眠。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的一种技术方案是:提供一种易清洁的防潮墙纸,包括基材层、吸收层、防辐射层、塑料装饰层和防水层;贴于墙体后,所述基材层与墙体接触,所述吸收层位于所述基材层的外侧,所述防辐射层位于所述吸收层的外侧,所述塑料装饰层位于所述防辐射层的外侧,所述防水层位于所述塑料装饰层的外侧;

所述防辐射层的厚度为0.4-0.8mm,所述防水层为防水薄膜,所述防水薄膜的厚度为25-100μm;
所述基材层与所述吸收层之间、所述吸收层与所述防辐射层之间、所述防辐射层与所述塑料装饰层之间、所述塑料装饰层与所述防水层之间均通过胶粘剂连接。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的进一步技术方案时:
所述防水薄膜为PET氟塑薄膜、PET含硅油薄膜、PET亚光薄膜或PE薄膜。
进一步地说,还包括离型层,所述离型层与所述基材层连接,所述离型层的厚度为30-80μm。
进一步地说,所述离型层是一由格拉辛纸构成的离型纸层;所述离型纸层的表面设有一硅油层,所述硅油层位于所述离型纸层与所述基材层之间。
进一步地说,所述经纱的纺织密度为40-50根/cm,所述纬纱的纺织密度45-55根/cm;
所述竹炭纤维和所述碳纤维的加捻比例为0.3-0.4:1;
所述聚丙烯纤维和所述檀香木纤维的加捻比例为0.7-0.8:1。
进一步地说,所述防辐射层包括无纺布和吸附在所述无纺布上的金属粒子,所述金属粒子为铜粒子、银粒子和金粒子中的至少一种。
进一步地说,所述防辐射层的制备方法如下:
S1、配备含所述金属粒子的浸泡液,所述浸泡液中铜粒子的重量百分含量为20-25%,所述银粒子的重量百分含量为10-20%,所述金粒子的重量百分含量为5-8%;
S2、将无纺布放到所述浸泡液中在40-50℃的环境下浸泡20-30个小时,然后在90-100℃的条件下烘干。
进一步地说,所述塑料装饰层为可以绘制或压制图案的聚氯乙烯层,所述聚氯乙烯层的厚度为0.1-0.15mm。
进一步地说,所述浸泡液中还包括水,所述铜粒子为铜粉溶于水,所述银粒子为银粉溶于水,所述金粒子为金粉溶于水。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明包括由内到外的基材层、吸收层、防辐射层、塑料装饰层和防水层;基材层为无纺布层,吸收层是由干条经纱和若干条纬纱相互交织而成的,防水层为防水薄膜,各层之间通过胶粘剂连接;本发明的防潮墙纸具有抗水防潮、防霉和易清洁的优点,还兼具防蛀、降噪和防辐射的性能,同时能与甲醛、二甲苯等有害气体反应,形成不挥发的无害的高分子链物质,清除异味和其它有害气体,健康环保;并能散发淡淡的檀香味,能镇定安神、行气温中,消除大脑疲劳,促进睡眠;
本发明中,吸收层是由干条经纱和若干条纬纱相互交织而成的,经纱是由竹炭纤维和碳纤维加捻而成的,纬纱是由聚丙烯纤维和檀香木纤维加捻而成的,吸收层的厚度为1-3mm,吸收层采用含竹炭纤维的经纱和含檀香木纤维的纬纱编织而成,且厚度合适,一是能够吸音降噪,二是由于含有竹炭纤维,具有吸附、消毒、抑菌、干燥等性能,有效去除墙纸中甲醛等有害物质,净化空气,也起到进一步的防潮功效;三是由于采用檀香木纤维,使墙纸自身具有檀香的杀菌、防霉、防虫、防蛀、安抚神经、提神静心等积极功效,提高墙纸的防霉防蛀性能;
更佳的是,防辐射层包括无纺布和吸附在无纺布上的金属粒子,通过浸泡使得金属离子均匀吸附到无纺布形成电磁屏蔽层,一是具有电磁屏蔽效果,其作用主要在于防止电磁辐射对人带来的危害,该墙纸具有防辐射和防静电功能,可保护精密仪器的元器件,延长仪器设备的使用寿命,并且防辐射可针对不同电磁辐射源的电磁辐射进行防护,满足专业用户、家庭及个人用户的需求,用防辐射墙纸覆盖建筑物,以衰减室内磁场;二是采用浸泡法制作防辐射层,且浸泡液中铜粒子的重量百分含量为20-25%,银粒子的重量百分含量为10-20%,金粒子的重量百分含量为5-8%,金属粒子占比合理,由此制备的防辐射层不仅防辐射效果均匀且佳,而且制备方法简单,成本低;
另外,本发明具有防水层,且为防水薄膜,位于墙纸的最外侧,能使墙纸不易褪色,耐候、耐玷污,延长墙纸的使用寿命;即使玷污后,通过湿布即可清除,清洁过程简单方便;
而且,本发明还包括塑料装饰层,可以绘制或压制图案,增强墙纸的美观度,满足消费者的多种需求。

下面结合实施例,对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细描述。以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。
实施例:一种易清洁的防潮墙纸,如图1所示,包括基材层1、吸收层2、防辐射层3、塑料装饰层4和防水层5;贴于墙体6后,所述基材层与墙体接触,所述吸收层位于所述基材层的外侧,所述防辐射层位于所述吸收层的外侧,所述塑料装饰层位于所述防辐射层的外侧,所述防水层位于所述塑料装饰层的外侧;
所述基材层为无纺布层,所述无纺布层的厚度为0.1-0.15mm;
所述吸收层是由干条经纱和若干条纬纱相互交织而成的,所述经纱是由竹炭纤维和碳纤维加捻而成的,所述纬纱是由聚丙烯纤维和檀香木纤维加捻而成的,所述竹炭纤维的细度为0.8-8D,且长度为10-100mm;所述的檀香木纤维的细度为0.5-10D,且长度为10-50mm;所述吸收层的厚度为1-3mm;
所述防辐射层的厚度为0.4-0.8mm,所述防水层为防水薄膜,所述防水薄膜的厚度为25-100μm;
所述基材层与所述吸收层之间、所述吸收层与所述防辐射层之间、所述防辐射层与所述塑料装饰层之间、所述塑料装饰层与所述防水层之间均通过胶粘剂连接。
本发明的一实施例中,所述竹炭纤维的细度为8D,且长度为50mm;所述的檀香木纤维的细度为0.5D,且长度为10mm;所述吸收层的厚度为1mm;
所述防辐射层的厚度为0.8mm,所述防水层为防水薄膜,所述防水薄膜层的厚度为50μm。
本发明的另一实施例中,所述竹炭纤维的细度为0.8D,且长度为100mm;所述的檀香木纤维的细度为10D,且长度为50mm;所述吸收层的厚度为2mm;
所述防辐射层的厚度为0.4mm,所述防水层为防水薄膜,所述防水薄膜层的厚度为25μm。
本发明的另一实施例中,所述竹炭纤维的细度为2D,且长度为10mm;所述的檀香木纤维的细度为0.8D,且长度为30mm;所述吸收层的厚度为3mm;
所述防辐射层的厚度为0.6mm,所述防水层为防水薄膜,所述防水薄膜层的厚度为100μm。
所述防水薄膜为PET氟塑薄膜、PET含硅油薄膜、PET亚光薄膜或PE薄膜。
还包括离型层,所述离型层与所述基材层连接,所述离型层的厚度为30-80μm。
本实施例中,所述离型层是一由格拉辛纸构成的离型纸层;所述离型纸层的表面设有一硅油层,所述硅油层位于所述离型纸层与所述基材层之间。
所述经纱的纺织密度为40-50根/cm,所述纬纱的纺织密度45-55根/cm;
所述竹炭纤维和所述碳纤维的加捻比例为0.3-0.4:1;
所述聚丙烯纤维和所述檀香木纤维的加捻比例为0.7-0.8:1。
所述防辐射层包括无纺布和吸附在所述无纺布上的金属粒子,所述金属粒子为铜粒子、银粒子和金粒子中的至少一种,但不限于此。
其中,所述防辐射层的制备方法如下:
S1、配备含所述金属粒子的浸泡液,所述浸泡液中铜粒子的重量百分含量为20-25%,所述银粒子的重量百分含量为10-20%,所述金粒子的重量百分含量为5-8%;
S2、将无纺布放到所述浸泡液中在40-50℃的环境下浸泡20-30个小时,然后在90-100℃的条件下烘干。
所述塑料装饰层为可以绘制或压制图案的聚氯乙烯层,所述聚氯乙烯层的厚度为0.1-0.15mm。
本发明的一实施例的浸泡液中,铜粒子的重量百分含量为25%,所述银粒子的重量百分含量为10%,所述金粒子的重量百分含量为7%。
本发明的另一实施例的浸泡液中,铜粒子的重量百分含量为20%,所述银粒子的重量百分含量为15%,所述金粒子的重量百分含量为5%。
本发明的又一实施例的浸泡液中,铜粒子的重量百分含量为23%,所述银粒子的重量百分含量为20%,所述金粒子的重量百分含量为8%。
所述浸泡液中还包括水,所述铜粒子为铜粉溶于水,所述银粒子为银粉溶于水,所述金粒子为金粉溶于水。
上述实施例中的防潮墙纸包括由内到外的基材层、吸收层、防辐射层、塑料装饰层和防水层;基材层为无纺布层,吸收层是由干条经纱和若干条纬纱相互交织而成的,防水层为防水薄膜,各层之间通过胶粘剂连接;本发明的防潮墙纸具有抗水防潮、防霉和易清洁的优点,还兼具防蛀、降噪和防辐射的性能,同时能与甲醛、二甲苯等有害气体反应,形成不挥发的无害的高分子链物质,清除异味和其它有害气体,健康环保;并能散发淡淡的檀香味,能镇定安神、行气温中,消除大脑疲劳,促进睡眠。

Claims (9)
1.一种易清洁的防潮墙纸,其特征在于:包括基材层(1)、吸收层(2)、防辐射层(3)、塑料装饰层(4)和防水层(5);贴于墙体(6)后,所述基材层与墙体接触,所述吸收层位于所述基材层的外侧,所述防辐射层位于所述吸收层的外侧,所述塑料装饰层位于所述防辐射层的外侧,所述防水层位于所述塑料装饰层的外侧;
所述基材层为无纺布层,所述无纺布层的厚度为0.1-0.15mm;
所述吸收层是由干条经纱和若干条纬纱相互交织而成的,所述经纱是由竹炭纤维和碳纤维加捻而成的,所述纬纱是由聚丙烯纤维和檀香木纤维加捻而成的,所述竹炭纤维的细度为0.8-8D,且长度为10-100mm;所述的檀香木纤维的细度为0.5-10D,且长度为10-50mm;所述吸收层的厚度为1-3mm;
所述防辐射层的厚度为0.4-0.8mm,所述防水层为防水薄膜,所述防水薄膜的厚度为25-100μm;
所述基材层与所述吸收层之间、所述吸收层与所述防辐射层之间、所述防辐射层与所述塑料装饰层之间、所述塑料装饰层与所述防水层之间均通过胶粘剂连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述易清洁的防潮墙纸,其特征在于:所述防水薄膜为PET氟塑薄膜、PET含硅油薄膜、PET亚光薄膜或PE薄膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述易清洁的防潮墙纸,其特征在于:还包括离型层,所述离型层与所述基材层连接,所述离型层的厚度为30-80μm。
4.根据权利要求3所述易清洁的防潮墙纸,其特征在于:所述离型层是一由格拉辛纸构成的离型纸层;所述离型纸层的表面设有一硅油层,所述硅油层位于所述离型纸层与所述基材层之间。
5.根据权利要求1所述易清洁的防潮墙纸,其特征在于:所述经纱的纺织密度为40-50根/cm,所述纬纱的纺织密度45-55根/cm;
所述竹炭纤维和所述碳纤维的加捻比例为0.3-0.4:1;
所述聚丙烯纤维和所述檀香木纤维的加捻比例为0.7-0.8:1。
6.根据权利要求1所述易清洁的防潮墙纸,其特征在于:所述防辐射层包括无纺布和吸附在所述无纺布上的金属粒子,所述金属粒子为铜粒子、银粒子和金粒子中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求6所述易清洁的防潮墙纸,其特征在于:所述防辐射层的制备方法如下:
S1、配备含所述金属粒子的浸泡液,所述浸泡液中铜粒子的重量百分含量为20-25%,所述银粒子的重量百分含量为10-20%,所述金粒子的重量百分含量为5-8%;

8.根据权利要求1所述易清洁的防潮墙纸,其特征在于:所述塑料装饰层为可以绘制或压制图案的聚氯乙烯层,所述聚氯乙烯层的厚度为0.1-0.15mm。
9.根据权利要求7所述易清洁的防潮墙纸,其特征在于:所述浸泡液中还包括水,所述铜粒子为铜粉溶于水,所述银粒子为银粉溶于水,所述金粒子为金粉溶于水。
