The invention relates to a kitchen waste cake forming and drying integrated machine which comprises a falling module, a crushing and extruding module, a cake forming module, a guiding and dumping module, a drying module and a connecting driving module, wherein the falling module is connected with the crushing and extruding module; the crushing and extruding module comprises a base, a sleeve, a variable pitch screw, a first driving motor and an extruding net; one end of the sleeve extends into the drying module, and the other end of the sleeve is fixed with the base; the extrusion net is arranged at the end of the sleeve extending into the drying module; the variable pitch screw rod is sleeved in the sleeve and connected with a first driving motor fixed on the base; the falling module is communicated with the sleeve; the cake-shaped forming module is arranged in the drying module and is connected with one end of the sleeve extending into the drying module through the connecting driving module; the guide dumping module is formed by integrally forming the guide dumping module and the connecting driving module. The invention can prevent secondary pollution of kitchen waste, conveniently realize recycling, storing and utilizing the kitchen waste, is suitable for urban families, and has good popularization value.

Technical Field

Background
In recent years, with the improvement of living standard of people, kitchen waste is increasingly generated. Further, the falling module is a funnel, so that kitchen waste can smoothly enter the crushing and extruding module.
Further, the connection driving module comprises a connecting piece and a second driving motor; one end of the connecting piece is connected with the end of the sleeve extending into the drying module, and the second driving motor is arranged in the other end of the connecting piece and connected with the cake-shaped forming module to drive the cake-shaped forming module to rotate.
Further, the cake-shaped forming module comprises a rotating wheel and a plurality of cake-shaped moulds; the center of the rotating wheel is connected with the second driving motor; the cake-shaped molds are respectively fixed at the edge of the rotating wheel through two cylinders and rotate around the center of the rotating wheel; simultaneously, each cake-shaped die can be supported by two cylinders to swing.

Compared with the prior art, the scheme can prevent secondary pollution of kitchen waste, conveniently realizes recycling, storing and utilizing of the kitchen waste, is suitable for urban families, and has good popularization value.

Detailed Description
The invention is further illustrated by the following examples:
referring to fig. 1-5, the integrated machine for shaping and drying the pressed cakes of the kitchen waste according to the embodiment comprises a falling module 1, a crushing and extruding module 2, a cake-shaped forming module 3, a guiding and dumping module 4, a drying module 5 and a connecting driving module 6.
The crushing and extruding module 2 comprises a base 21, a sleeve 22, a variable pitch screw 23, a first driving motor 24 and an extruding net 25.
One end of the sleeve 22 extends into the drying module 5, and the other end is fixed with the base 21; the extrusion net 25 is arranged in the end of the sleeve 22 extending into the drying module 5; the variable pitch screw 23 is sleeved in the sleeve 22 and connected with a first driving motor 24 fixed on the base 21, and is driven by the first driving motor 24; the falling module 1 is communicated with the sleeve 22, and kitchen waste enters the sleeve 22 through the falling module 1 and is crushed, pushed and extruded under the action of the variable-pitch screw 23.
The connection drive module 6 comprises a connection piece 61 and a second drive motor 62.
The cake-shaped forming module 3 comprises a rotary wheel 31 and a plurality of cake-shaped moulds 32; wherein the center of the rotating wheel 31 is connected with a second driving motor 62; the plurality of pie-shaped molds 32 are each fixed to the edge of the rotating wheel 31 by two columns and rotate around the center of the rotating wheel 31, and each pie-shaped mold 32 can swing while being supported by the respective two columns.
One end of the connecting member 61 is connected with the end of the sleeve 22 extending into the drying module 5, and the second driving motor 62 is fixedly installed in the other end of the connecting member 61 and connected with the center of the rotating wheel 31 to drive the rotating wheel 31 and the four cake molds 32 to rotate.
The guiding and dumping module 4 is formed by integrally forming the connecting driving module 6 and the cake-shaped forming module 3 in a semi-surrounding manner.
In this embodiment:
the drop module 1 is a funnel.
The drying module 5 is a microwave generator.

the kitchen waste enters a crushing and extruding module 2 through a funnel at first, and is crushed and extruded continuously; in the process, the first driving motor 24 drives the variable pitch screw 23 to rotate so as to crush and extrude the kitchen waste; the kitchen waste after being crushed completely enters a cake-shaped die 32 after passing through an extrusion net 25, and is molded in the cake-shaped die 32; after forming into cake shape, drying rapidly under the action of a microwave generator; after the kitchen waste is molded and dried, the second driving motor 62 drives the rotating wheel 31 and the four cake-shaped molds 32 to rotate, one cake-shaped mold 32 for molding and drying the kitchen waste is loaded, and slowly topples under the guidance of the hook-shaped tail part of the toppling slide rail guided by the upper layer, so that noise generated in the process is reduced, the toppled kitchen waste is recycled, and the next empty cake-shaped mold 32 is aligned and rotated to a position communicated with the crushing extrusion module 2 under the action of the upper and lower layers of guiding toppling slide rails, so that preparation is made for cake-shaped molding of the next kitchen waste; the continuous circulation is carried out, and the purpose of automatically replacing the forming die is achieved.
The embodiment can prevent secondary pollution of kitchen waste, conveniently realizes recycling, storing and utilizing of the kitchen waste, is suitable for urban families, and has good popularization value.
