Detailed Description
Referring first to fig. 1, the present invention provides a dish basket assembly comprising a dishwasher basket 1 and a cup holder 2, wherein the cup holder 2 is mounted on the dishwasher basket 1. The invention relates to a bowl and basket assembly for carrying tableware, cups and the like in a dishwasher.
According to a first aspect of the invention, as shown in figures 2-3, the cup holder 2 of the present invention comprises a cup holder 25 and a stemmed cup notch 23. The cup holder 25 is, for example, a main structure of the cup holder 2, and functions to support and fix a cup, and can be used for placing, for example, cup mouths of various cups, that is, the corresponding cups can be placed on the cup holder 25 in an inverted manner. The goblet mount 23 is arranged on a first side of the cup holder 25 for receiving a stem of a goblet to provide a supporting, spacing and securing function for the stem and the cup base of the goblet. The second side of the cup holder 25 is provided with a mounting portion 21 for mounting the cup holder 2 to a corresponding dishwasher basket 1. Wherein the first side and the second side are opposite sides of the cup holder 25 in the width direction.
When the cup stand 2 is arranged on the corresponding dish washer basket 1, various types of cups can be placed at the same time, such as a cup, a mug and the like are placed on the cup stand 25, and the goblet bayonet 23 is used for placing the goblet, so that the space of the dish washer basket 1 can be fully utilized, and the convenience and the flexibility of the corresponding dish washer product are improved.
The stemmed glass mount 23 is preferably integrally provided on the first side of the cup holder 25, or alternatively is fixedly attached to the first side of the cup holder 25, so that the two are formed as one piece.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 to 3, the cup holder 25 comprises cross beams 251 and longitudinal beams 252, wherein at least one of the cross beams 251 and/or the longitudinal beams 252 is provided with a first corrugated structure 26 for limiting the cup rim of the cup, for example, forming at least two limiting points for the cup rim, which effectively prevents the cup from sliding off the cup holder 25. As shown in fig. 3, in a preferred embodiment, the first corrugated structure 26 is disposed on two non-adjacent beams 251, so that when the corresponding cup is placed on the cup holder 25 in an inverted manner, four limit points can be formed on the rim of the cup, and the anti-slip effect is better. It will be readily appreciated that the first corrugations 26 on the cross member 251 are particularly significant in their retention of the cup in the direction of extension of the cross member (i.e. the length of the cup holder 25), and likewise the first corrugations (not shown) on the longitudinal member 252 are more prominent in their retention of the cup in the direction of extension of the longitudinal member (i.e. the width of the cup holder 25).
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2, the stemmed glass mount 23 comprises a first mount wall 231 and a second mount wall 232 opposite to each other, wherein at least one of the first mount wall 231 and the second mount wall 232 is provided with a second corrugated structure 24 so as to increase friction between the stemmed glass foot and the stemmed glass mount 23, thereby providing a better limit for the stemmed glass foot. In the preferred embodiment shown in fig. 2-3, the first bayonet wall 231 and the second bayonet wall 232 are symmetrically provided with the second corrugated structure 24, so that the limiting and anti-slip effects are better.
Preferably, the goblet mount 23 is shaped as a U with a gradually increasing opening, as shown in fig. 2-3, so that goblet feet of different diameters can be easily accommodated and guided. Particularly, the limiting and anti-skidding function can be better provided for the goblet feet with various dimensions by matching with the second corrugated structures 24 on the two side walls of the bayonet.
As shown in fig. 2-3, the first side of the cup holder 25 is provided with a plurality of goblet slots 23, the plurality of goblet slots 23 being arranged in a saw-tooth shape, e.g. the outer ends of adjacent slot walls of two adjacent goblet slots 23 being smoothly connected by a circular arc shaped structure 233.
As shown in fig. 3, a limiting protrusion 27 is provided at an outer edge of the goblet mount 23 (e.g. on each circular arc shaped structure 233), and the protruding direction of the limiting protrusion 27 is towards the front side of the cup holder 25, e.g. preferably coinciding with the carrying direction of the cup holder 25. Here, the front of the cup holder 25 refers to the side on which the cup is placed in the working state, for example, the side facing upwards, and accordingly, the carrying direction of the cup holder 25 is the outer normal of the front. The limiting protrusions 27 can effectively limit the cup on the cup stand 2, so that the cup is prevented from sliding on the cup stand frame 25 along the width direction, particularly outwards sliding, and the fixing and washing effects of the cup are guaranteed.
Preferably, the mounting portion 21 is pivotally connected to the dishwasher basket 1 such that the cup holder 2 can be switched (e.g., in a pivoting manner) between a storage position (as shown in fig. 6-7) and an operating position (as shown in fig. 1, 4-5), e.g., when the cup holder 2 is pivoted to the storage position, it can preferably be in an upright position and as close to a side of the dishwasher basket 1 as possible so as to occupy little space inside the basket, and when the cup holder 2 is pivoted to the operating position, it can preferably be in an inclined (first side of the cup holder 25 is higher than the second side) or horizontal position so as to hold cups. Therefore, the cup stand 2 can be pivoted and stored, so that the limited space of the dish washer basket 1 can be avoided when the cup stand 2 is not used, and the convenience and the flexibility of the dish washer basket 1 are further improved. The mounting portion 21 may be pivotally connected using various pivot structures.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2-3, the mounting portion 21 comprises a mounting catch 210 for catching on a first rib of the dishwasher basket 1, such as a transverse rib 12, or other ribs, so that the cup holder 2 can pivot about the first rib, as shown in fig. 4-7. For example, the dishwasher basket 1 is a welded wire structure, each wire may be referred to as a rib, and the cup holder 2 of the present invention may be conveniently mounted to an appropriate wire by the mounting clip 210.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, the mounting buckle 210 includes a first hook 211 and a second hook 212, the first hook 211 is used for hooking the first rib (such as the transverse rib 12), and the second hook 212 is disposed at the free end of the first hook 211 and extends toward the inner side of the first hook 211 for preventing the transverse rib 12 from being released from the first hook 211. Here, the free end of the first hook 211 refers to an end thereof away from the cup holder 25, and the other end thereof (i.e., an end connected to the cup holder 25) may be referred to as a fixed end or a root of the mounting button 210.
As shown in fig. 8, in the mounted state, the free end of the second hook 212 points to the transverse rib 12, so that the transverse rib 12 can be effectively prevented from falling out of the first hook 211, i.e. the reliability of the mounting of the cup holder 2 on the dishwasher basket 1 is ensured.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 8, the outer side 2121 of the second hook 212 is a bevel for guiding the transverse rib 12 when being fastened to the transverse rib 12, so that the mounting process is easier.
As shown in fig. 8, the connection portion of the second hook portion 212 and the first hook portion 211 is an arc-shaped bent portion 2122, the arc-shaped bent portion 2122 may function as an elastic hinge, and when the second hook portion 212 and the first hook portion 211 are fastened to the transverse rib 12, the outer side surface 2121 of the second hook portion 212 may be pressed by the transverse rib 12, so that the arc-shaped bent portion 2122 is deformed, and the transverse rib 12 may smoothly slide into the first hook portion 211. As the transverse rib 12 is mounted in place, and no longer presses the outer side surface 2121 of the second hook 212, the curved portion 2122 may rebound immediately, so that the second hook 212 returns to its original position, and the transverse rib 12 cannot be disengaged from the first hook 211.
It can be seen that the mounting portion 21 provides the cup holder 2 of the present invention with advantages of convenient and reliable installation, for example, the cup holder can be longitudinally and downwardly mounted on the transverse ribs of the dishwasher basket 1 through the mounting fastener 210, so that the mounting is very convenient, and the cup holder 2 is difficult to be taken off from the dishwasher basket 1 after mounting.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2-3, the second side of the cup holder 25 is further provided with a stop portion 22, and when the cup holder 2 is pivoted to the working position, the stop portion 22 abuts against a second rib of the dishwasher basket 1, such as another transverse rib 13 or a rib in another direction, as shown in fig. 4-5. By setting the distance between the first and second ribs, a desired inclination angle of the cup holder 2 in the working position can be achieved.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 2 to 3, the limiting portion 22 includes a plurality of ribs protruding outward in the width direction of the cup holder 25, so as to ensure the bearing capacity of the cup holder 2, and to simultaneously bear more cups.
Preferably, the cup holder 2 of the present invention further comprises a storage locking structure for locking said cup holder 2 relative to said dishwasher basket 1 when said cup holder 2 is in a storage position, for example for fixing it relative to the transverse and/or longitudinal ribs of the dishwasher basket 1, avoiding free pivoting thereof.
The storage locking structure may take any suitable structure as long as it relatively fixes the cup holder 2 to the dishwasher basket 1 so as to prevent it from pivoting, and may be, for example, a hook, a strap, etc.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 3, the storage locking means comprise snap-in means 28 provided on the cup holder 25 for snap-fitting onto the ribs of the dishwasher basket 1, for example, in the embodiment shown in fig. 6-7, two snap-in means 28 are snap-fitted onto the longitudinal ribs 11 and 14, respectively, of the dishwasher basket 1. In an embodiment not shown, the snap-on structure 28 can also be snap-fitted to a transverse rib of the dishwasher basket 1. For example, when the cup stand 2 needs to be stored, the cup stand 2 can be pivoted towards the storage position, and the cup stand 2 is slightly pushed in the process of completing the pivoting, so that the buckle structure 28 can be clamped onto the corresponding rib in place in one step, the storage and the locking are completed, and the storage process is very convenient. Similarly, when needing to use the cup stand 2, only need bulldoze the cup stand 2 towards the operating position with a little effort, alright make buckle structure 28 and corresponding rib break away from being connected to make the pivot of cup stand 2 to the operating position, it is equally very convenient to expand the process.
In conclusion, the cup stand has the advantages of being capable of placing various cups at the same time, improving the utilization rate of the space of the bowl basket, ensuring the washing effect, and particularly having the advantages of being convenient to store, simple in structure, convenient to use and the like.
On the basis of the above work, a second aspect of the present invention provides a dish basket assembly, as shown in fig. 1, comprising a dishwasher basket 1 and the aforementioned cup holder 2 of the present invention, said cup holder 2 being mounted on said dishwasher basket 1.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the cup holder 2 comprises a first cup holder 2A and a second cup holder 2B arranged side by side and independent of each other, for example mounted on the same transverse rib, so that they can be kept flush both in the working position and in the storage position. In particular, on the one hand, since the two holders can be kept flush in the working position, the cups can be continuously placed as a cup stand with a larger size, so that the carrying capacity of the two cup stands can be maximized; on the other hand, according to the number of cups to be washed, only one of the cup holders can be used, and the other cup holder can be accommodated, so that a corresponding space is reserved for the bowl and basket assembly.
Preferably, the first cup holder 2A and the second cup holder 2B have different length dimensions. For example, as shown in fig. 1, the first cup holder 2A has a length dimension smaller than that of the second cup holder 2B, that is, the former is a small cup holder and the latter is a large cup holder. The arrangement mode of making the two cup holders have different lengths can more flexibly adapt to the difference of the number of the cups, so that only a small cup holder, only a large cup holder or two cup holders can be selected according to actual conditions, and the like.
The dish basket assembly has the advantages of high space utilization rate, increased types and number of tableware which can be placed and the like, and can improve the product quality and user experience of a corresponding dish washing machine.
On the basis of the above work, a third aspect of the present invention provides a dishwasher comprising the bowl and basket assembly of the present invention as described above.
Those skilled in the art will readily appreciate that the above-described preferred embodiments may be freely combined, superimposed, without conflict.
It will be understood that the embodiments described above are illustrative only and not restrictive, and that various obvious and equivalent modifications and substitutions for details described herein may be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the basic principles of the invention.
