Abstract

本发明提供一种滑块1,用于压合包装袋开口处的咬合件。每一咬合件包括条形阳咬合件,以及条形阴咬合件。滑块1包括滑块体2和夹持件3,滑块体2包括两相对的板片2a,2a,并可沿基板4折叠,至少一个板片2a的内表面形成至少两个平行的沟槽5,5,用于容纳包装袋的咬合件,滑块体还包括一舌状阻挡件6,其位于两板片2a,2a内,从基板4伸出,当滑块体2的两板片2a,2a折叠被安装于袋的开口边缘时,滑块在夹持件3作用下被压合,而不会脱落。

Description

用于压合包装袋开口处咬合件的滑块
本发明涉及对用于压合包装袋开口处咬合件的滑块的改进,尤其涉及对设置于包装袋开口两边缘内侧的至少两个咬合件进行压合的滑块的改进,每一咬合件包括延伸于开口边缘一侧内表面处的阳咬合件,以及与该阳咬合件相对的延伸于开口边缘另一侧内表面处的阴咬合件,滑块的改进为的是,通过夹持于包装袋开口边缘处的滑块的单一滑动,可以容易地和可靠地将咬合件压合。
(现有技术)已提出过压合上述咬合件的滑块。例如,在未审查的日本实用新案NO.77518/1994,和未审查的日本特许公开NO.137607/1993中已经公开(了这类滑块)。
公开的滑块夹持于包装袋开口处的咬合件上,其优点是仅仅通过滑块沿包装袋开口边缘滑动一次,就能容易和可靠地使咬合件压合,从而封闭包装袋的开口,但其具有下述缺陷。
在前者出版物中公开的滑块在滑到头时,容易从包装袋的侧缘滑脱而丢失,这样,每次滑块从包装袋脱落时,都需要麻烦地将滑块准确地安装于包装袋的开口边缘。
而对于在后者出版物中公开的滑块,在咬合件端部设置了夹子或类似防脱件,用于防止滑块滑到头时从包装袋脱落,但在包装袋开口设置这种防脱件效果不好,这是由于增加了加工包装袋所需的步骤,并破坏了包装袋的外观。
本发明的目的在于克服上述缺陷,为此提供了一种滑块,用于容易和可靠地对设置于包装袋开口之相对边缘内侧的至少两个咬合件进行压合,每一咬合件包括一设置于开口边缘一侧内表面处的阳咬合件,以及一与该阳咬合件相对的设置于开口边缘另一侧内表面处的阴咬合件,该滑块的优点是能可靠地防止其从包装袋开口边缘滑脱,而不需要在咬合件端部设置诸如夹子的防脱件。
本发明提供一种滑块,用于压合包装袋开口处的咬合件,咬合件为至少两个,设置于包装袋开口之相对边缘的内侧,每一咬合件包括一设置于开口边缘一侧内表面处的条形阳咬合件,以及一与该阳咬合件相对的设置于开口边缘另一侧内表面处的条形阴咬合件;该滑块包括一滑块体和一用于滑块体的夹持件,滑块体包括两相对的板片,两板片由基板相连并可相互沿基板折叠,至少一个板片的内表面形成至少两个平行的沟槽,用于容纳相应的包装袋的咬合件,可从外侧挤压板片,从而压合咬合件;滑块体还包括一舌状阻挡件,其位于两板片内并从基板伸出到一位置以便当两板片折叠时,该阻挡件(自由端)到基板的距离要小于最靠近基板的沟槽到基板的距离,这样,当两板片折叠被安装于包装袋的开口边缘上时,滑块体在夹持件的作用下被夹持压合,而不会从包装袋脱落。
采用上述结构的滑块,包装袋的开口边缘被基本上折叠成两片的滑块所封闭,此时包装袋的两个咬合件被压入相应的沟槽,夹持件夹持于滑块体上,使其压合住包装袋的开口边缘,因此,滑块的滑移就可使阴咬合件和阳咬合件相咬合。所以,该滑块的优点是可以光滑,可靠和有效地反复封闭包装袋的开口。
阻挡件自由端到基板的定位要小于最靠近基板的沟槽到基板的距离,使其不会与滑块的滑移相干涉。当阻挡件与包装袋开口端部接触时,这种接触可以让使用者容易地意识到开口被完全封闭了,而不必用视觉确认这种封闭状态。另外,当包装袋被滑块完全封闭时,阻挡件可有效地防止滑块从包装袋侧缘滑脱,因此避免了滑块的丢失以及再次将滑块安装到包装袋开口的麻烦。
压合于包装袋开口边缘的滑块可被夹持件从外侧可靠地夹持,故不易从包装袋开口滑脱,除非强制取下夹持件。该滑块还具有长时间保持这些效果的优点。

下面参照附图,说明本发明的较佳实施例。实施例中的滑块1用于压合设置于包装袋B开口的咬合件F。滑块1包括一滑块体2和一用于滑块体2的夹持件3。这些元件由刚性塑料通过模铸形成,它们具有下述结构。
参照图1,3和4,滑块体2具有两个相对的尺寸相同的矩形板片2a,2a,它们由中间基板4相连,并可沿基板4的薄壁部分4a,4a相互折叠。每一板片2a,2a的内表面制有两个沟槽5,5(如图1所示),它们以合适的间隔平行并相对板片横向设置。沟槽5,5两端开口。这在后面将详细说明,采用滑块1的包装袋B一端开口B1并具有限定开口B1的相对的两个边缘部分,两个咬合件F平行地设置于边缘部分内侧。当板片2a,2a被相互折叠时,包装袋的两个咬合部分从外侧被压入相对的板片2a,2a之相应的成对沟槽5内并在其间固定。
滑块体2内表面具有舌状阻挡件6,它从基板4的中部伸出。当滑块体2的两板片折叠时,该阻挡件6自由端到基板4的长度要小于最靠近基板4的相对沟槽5到基板4的距离。
如图2,3和6所示,滑块体2的每一板片2a的外表面制有一狭长的矩形凹槽7,该槽靠近板片的自由端横向设置。在凹槽7和基板4之间,板片2a的外表面上具有相对的侧边斜面8,8,该斜面如图2和4至8所示,向外倾斜。
参照图9至11,用于滑块体2的夹持件3包括矩形夹持片10,10,它们与基部9一体形成并从其伸出两片以所需的距离H竖直相对。上夹持片10具有向下夹持凸起12,下夹持片10具有向上夹持凸起12,夹持件3的自由端限定了夹持件3的开口端部11。下凸起12的底端侧面形成向外下方倾斜的三角形斜面13,上凸起12的顶端侧面形成向外上方倾斜的三角形斜面13。
滑块体2和夹持件3构成了本发明的滑块1,用于压合处于包装袋B开口的两个咬合件F。
图14和15示出了一个例子,包装袋B上安装了滑块1。包装袋B由塑料膜制成,其底部具有扁平单向阀V,用于释放流体,该包装袋用于封装上衣,睡衣或气体等可压物品。为了封闭包装袋B,该包装袋在限定开口B1的相对边缘内侧设置两个咬合件F,每一咬合件包括一塑料条形阳咬合件F1,其位于一侧边缘的内表面,还包括一塑料条形阴咬合件F2,其位于与阳咬合件F1相对的另一侧边缘的内表面。滑块1被用于压合咬合件F,以封闭包装袋B的开口B1。
以下述方式使用上述结构的用于压合咬合件的滑块1,可产生如下所述的效果。
首先,将上衣,睡衣或其他可压物品W通过开口B1放入包装袋B,然后,用手指将滑块体2的两片沿基板4的薄壁部分4a,4a折叠,把阻挡件6插入包装袋B的开口B1的两相对边缘之间的一角。如放大图16所示,包装袋B的两个咬合件被压入相应的配对沟槽5内,该沟槽在板片2a,2a的内表面上相对于基板4对称设置。
然后用手指压板片2a,2a,以闭合滑块体2。如图12所示,在此状态,利用夹持件3之夹持片10,10之间的间隔H,将夹持件3安装于滑块体2之基端的一角上,然后沿图中箭头A1方向转动夹持件。折叠了的滑块体2的外表面上分别具有向外倾斜的斜面8,8,而夹持件3的夹持凸起12的两相对端部侧面也各自具有三角形斜面13,13,可使得夹持件3顺利地在折叠了的滑块体2的外表面上滑动,并安装到位。
接着,当沿图12中箭头A2的方向,直接向包装袋的底部用力推夹持件3时,夹持件3自由端上的相对的上向下夹持凸起12,12便卡合在相应的位于滑块体2自由端附近的凹槽7,7中,由于夹持件由刚性材料模制而成,靠其弹性可有效地夹持住滑块体2。滑块1包括滑块体2和夹持件3,而滑块2和夹持件3被安装在闭合的包装袋B之限定开口的边缘部分上并将滑块1可靠安装于该边缘上,且不会产生沿开口B1滑动时滑脱的现象。
参照图14,滑块1位于包装袋B开口的一角,然后如箭头所示将其滑动到另一角,由于包装袋B的咬合件被压入折叠了的滑块体2上相应的配对沟槽5内,两个咬合件F中的阳咬合件F1就顺利而可靠地与对侧相应的阴咬合件F2咬合,从而开口B1被有效地封闭。
因为滑块1的阻挡件6位于包装袋B的开口边缘之间,且比咬合件F更接近包装袋B的开口端,所以阻挡件6不与滑块1的滑动相干涉。包装袋B的开口侧边缘是连续的,因而当滑块滑到头时,阻挡件6接触到开口一侧边缘而阻止其继续移动。这种接触的优点在于可使使用者意识到开口已完全封闭,而不必用视觉确认这种封闭状态,同时防止滑块1从包装袋B的一侧滑脱。这样,夹住包装袋B开口边缘的滑块体2被夹持件3可靠地夹持,并因此可防止从开口B1滑脱,除非强制取下夹持件3。
接下来,挤压封闭的包装袋B,通过单向阀V排除其内部的气体,气体通过通道D从出口E释放到外部,从而减小上衣,睡衣或其他物品W的体积。长期存放也不会发生外部气体通过开口B1进入包装袋的现象,这允许将包装袋内的物品W缩小到较小的尺寸。
当要从包装袋B中取出被包装的上衣,睡衣或其他物品W时,可用手指扯开咬合件F,而若再次封闭物品W时,只要将滑块1沿相反方向滑动即可。
根据上述实施例,虽然上述的滑块1用于封装可压物品包装袋,但滑块1当然也可用于其他包装袋。
上述较佳实施例仅仅用于说明,而不构成对本发明的限定。例如,平行沟槽5,5可以设置于每一板片2a的内表面,也可以只设置于一个板片2a上。这些改变都包含于本发明的保护范围,除非其超出了所附权利要求所限定的本发明保护范围。

Claims (4)

1.一种滑块,用于压合设置在包装袋开口处的咬合件,咬合件为至少两个并设置于包装袋形成开口的相对边缘的内侧,每一咬合件包括一设置于开口边缘一内侧表面处的条形阳咬合件,以及一与该阳咬合件相对的设置于开口边缘另一内侧表面处的条形阴咬合件,该滑块包括一滑块体和一作用于滑块体的夹持件,滑块体包括两个相对的板片,两板片由基板相连并可相互沿基板折叠,至少一个板片的内表面形成至少两个平行的沟槽,用于容纳相应的包装袋的咬合件,可从外侧挤压板片,从而压合咬合件,滑块体还包括一舌状阻挡件,其位于两板片内侧,并从基板伸出至一位置以便当两板片折叠时,该阻挡件(自由端)到基板的距离要小于最靠近基板的沟槽到基板的距离,而当滑块体的两折叠板片被安装于包装袋的开口边缘时,该滑块体就可在夹持件的作用下被夹持压合,而不会从包装袋脱落。
2.如权利要求1所述的滑块,其特征在于:夹持件包括与基部一体形成的上下夹持片,两夹持片之间以所需距离相对间隔,上夹持片具有向下的夹持凸起,下夹持片具有向上的夹持凸起,两夹持片的自由端分别限定了夹持件的开口端部,滑块体的两相对板片的外表面各设置一凹槽,当滑块体被夹持件夹持住并处于咬合状态时,夹持件的向上及向下夹持凸起就压合卡入滑块体上相应的凹槽内。
3.如权利要求2所述的滑块,其特征在于:滑块体之每一板片的外表面的至少一个侧边具有一向外倾斜的斜面,向上的夹持凸起的上端之至少一侧具有一向外上方倾斜的三角形斜面,向下的夹持凸起的下端之至少一侧具有一向外下方倾斜的三角形斜面,该夹持件利用这些三角形斜面和滑块体上相应的斜面配合,可以顺利地安装到滑块体上。
4.如权利要求1所述的滑块,其特征在于:滑块体的每一板片的内表面上相对于基板对称地设置至少两个沟槽。
