技术领域

背景技术

发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于,提出一种用于轨道车辆的带有直通式电空制动机的压缩空气制动装置,其尤其是在快速制动中具有改善的制动性能以及高安全性。
为解决此技术问题,在本文开头所述类型的压缩空气制动装置中,依照本发明并列于或者说平行于制动控制单元地布置有独立的监测控制单元,其具有连接有监测执行器的监测控制器以及与监测执行器相连的监测先导控制压力传感器;通过利用监测先导控制压力传感器,可调节监测执行器输出端的监测先导控制压力,其中,可分别将制动先导控制压力和监测先导控制压力中的较高压力或者在制动控制单元出现故障时将监测先导控制压力转至制动缸;压力传感器以其输入端与压力转换器连接,而压力传感器的输出端与监测控制器相连接。

依照本发明的压缩空气制动装置的重要优点在于,通过独立的且与制动控制单元共同作用的监测控制单元,能够分别确认轨道车辆中的哪些局部制动系统不适时地提供了过小的制动力并且在很大程度上对此进行补偿。即通过依照本发明的压缩空气制动装置可以实现的是,通过借助监测控制器预设与速度相关并且可靠的附着系数极限并遵循它,从而能够单独地遵循在轨道车辆的特定轮组上的附着系数极限。对本发明特别重要的是,所述监测控制单元独立于制动控制单元进行工作,因为监测控制单元可具有例如以电子途径存储的制动特征曲线。在此,还可通过下述方式实施,即通过位于压力转换器上的压力传感器,能够将分别来自制动先导控制压力和监测先导控制压力中的较高压力转至制动缸,或者在制动控制单元不正确地工作时将监测先导控制压力在压力转换器处转至制动缸。
制动控制单元的不正确工作状态可以通过自诊断来识别;但也可行的是,通过连接在压力转换器输出端的压力传感器,依照监测控制单元中的诊断程序、在知晓压力转换器的转换比的情况下来推断出制动控制单元的故障。在这种情况下,作为对最大选择的备选,也可以规定压力转换器在制动先导控制压力到监测先导控制压力方面的可控转换。
依照本发明的压缩空气制动装置的可调节控制使得产生最大可行的制动力成为可能,原因是在制动控制器中存储制动特征曲线时的级别产生的影响较小;如果除了依照本发明的压缩空气制动装置还设有其它制动系统,则对所述制动系统的制动功率的依赖也较小。除此之外,在使用作用在相同轮组上的制动系统时,例如使用电动制动机或者液压缓行器时,由于在充分利用可靠的附着系数极限时在整个范围内产生的最大可行制动力,尤其也可以被使用于快速制动中。磨损最小化的制动系统不必再与速度相关地受限。

另一方面也可行并且可能有利的是,根据轨道车辆的其它制动机的制动功率(例如电动制动机或者缓行器),向制动控制器和监测控制器加载信号,通过此信号能够根据这些附加制动机的制动力/制动功率调节所需的气动制动力。
在所有情况下,制动特征曲线或者根据轨道车辆的其它电动制动机的制动功率形成的信号的作用是,为制动控制器和监测控制器制定针对制动特性的预设。
此外证实为有利的是,制动控制单元和监测控制单元,尤其是制动控制器和监测控制器设计成相互不同。
依照本发明的压缩空气制动装置可以通过不同方式使用,尤其是可以被作为快速制动机使用,也可以被用作备用的常用制动机,因为在上述两种使用情况下,有相同的方式实现了监测控制单元相对于制动控制单元的并列布置的优点。
