技术领域
本发明涉及毛发、皮肤、皮革或纤维的表面修饰用功能性组合物。
背景技术
一般而言,毛发、皮肤角质、手指甲、脚趾甲及羊毛纤维的大部分由角质蛋白构成,观察无水状态的毛发纤维结构可知,由约90%~97%的蛋白质及约2%的脂质构成,剩余部分由核酸、碳水化合物及无机物质构成。
对构成毛发的成分进行元素分析可知,其包含约50重量%的碳、7重量%的氢、22重量%的氧、16重量%的氮及5重量%的硫。这样构成毛发的角质蛋白与一般的其他蛋白质的最大的不同部分在于构成蛋白质的氨基酸中特殊地包含大量的硫元素。这样在毛发角质蛋白中特殊地大量存在的硫在毛发内形成二硫键(胱氨酸键),从而对保持毛发蛋白质的强度起到非常重要的作用。
当存在于毛发内的二硫键通过毛发的化学处理或UV这样的外部环境要素等而成为还原状态时,会以半胱氨酸(Cysteine)形态存在,存在于毛发角蛋白中的半胱氨酸的含量在全部氨基酸中约占16.6%~18%,与此不同地,皮肤表皮的角蛋白仅包含约2.3%~3.8%程度的半胱氨酸,在皮肤胶原蛋白中不包含半胱氨酸。
如上述,毛发角质蛋白与一般的蛋白质相比在半胱氨酸的含量上存在大的差异,公知加工羊毛而得到的羊毛纤维具有与人的毛发类似的蛋白质结构及组成,因此可认为含有大量的与毛发蛋白质类似的含量的半胱氨酸。
通常,化妆材料是为了清洁身体,美化身体,增加魅力,改变容貌或保持健康的皮肤或毛发而通过涂敷、散布在身体及其他的与此类似的方法来使用的,它对人体的作用是轻微的。
这样的化妆材料具有如下的保持身体的各个部分健康及美丽的各种功能:清洗、柔韧、弹性、丰盈蓬松、损伤恢复、强化、染色、保护、调节、接合、防紫外线、抑制异味、除异味、抗氧化、保湿、祛除及缓解痤疮、散发香气、祛除及防止皮屑及瘙痒、烫发、美白、防皱纹、强化及抑制体毛生长、护理手指甲及脚趾甲、护理口腔。
为了构成这样的化妆材料而使用的一般的原料包括:比如油脂、蜡、碳氢化合物(hydrocarbon)、高级脂肪酸、高级酒精、聚酯油、硅油等这样的油性材料;用作阴离子表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、两性离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、美白剂、增稠剂及成膜剂的高分子化合物;包括紫外线吸收及阻断剂、防氧化剂、金属离子螯合剂、染料及颜料的染色剂、香料、防腐剂等。
另外,作为用于提供特别的性能的成分,还可包括:油脂及天然或合成脂肪酸、脂肪醇、乙醇、烷基甘油醚、酯、烃类、硅树脂、氟化合物、多元醇、糖类、天然或合成高分子、蜡、维生素类、激素类、氨基酸、肽(Peptide)、蛋白质、动植物提取物、矿物质提取物及它们的衍生物等。
但是,在毛发、皮肤角质、手指甲、脚趾甲及羊毛纤维中使用这样的化妆材料的原料成分的情况下,仅提供在处理之后到下一次清洗时为止的暂时的效果,在清洗之后全部被洗掉,其效果会消失,因此始终存在需要再处理的麻烦。
由此,在韩国公开专利第2008-0064467号中,关于皮肤或毛发用非水系个人护理产品而公开了一种毛发或皮肤用个人护理产品,该护理产品的特征在于,在非水系部分中包含毛发表面修饰成分,并分成水系部分和非水系部分而在使用前进行混合来使用,毛发表面修饰成分作为能够与毛发或皮肤表面的蛋白质残基形成共价键的官能基而具有选自由碳酸酯(carbonate)、醛(aldehyde)、丙醛(propionaldehyde)、丁醛(butylaldehyde)、碳酸硝基苯酯(nitrophenyl carbonate)、氮丙啶(aziridine)、异氰酸酯(isocyanate)、硫氰酸酯(thiocyanate)、环氧化物(epoxide)、三氟乙基磺酸酯(tresylate)、丁二酰亚胺(succinimide)、羟基琥珀酰亚胺酯(hydroxysuccinimidyl ester)、咪唑(imidazole)、氧羰基咪唑(oxycarbonylamidazole)、亚胺(imine)、硫醇(thiol)、乙烯基砜(vinylsulfone)、乙烯亚胺(ethyleneimine)、硫醚(thioether)、丙烯腈(acrylonitrile)、丙烯酸或甲基丙烯酸酯(acrylic acid or methacrylic ester)、二硫化物(disulfide)、酮(ketone)及由RX表示的官能基(R为选自由烷基、芳基、芳烷基、环及不饱和环构成的组的任一个,X为I、Br或Cl)构成的组的任一个以上,而在上述公开的各种官能基的情况下,在对人体有害或者构成毛发皮肤的蛋白质的氨基酸中,以其含量仅为毛发(1.9%~3.1%)、皮肤角蛋白(3.1%~6.9%)程度的较少的量的赖氨酸为靶,或者以毛发(16.6%~18%)、皮肤角蛋白(2.3%~3.8%)程度的半胱氨酸为靶进行反应,因此反应效率下降,并且需要将各个物质一个一个分别合成。

在本发明的说明书中,所谓“功能性”,除了表示清洗、柔韧、弹性、丰盈蓬松、粗度增大、防止及恢复损伤、强化、染色、保护、光泽、涂敷、调节、接合、防紫外线、抑制异味、除异味、抗氧化、保湿、祛除及缓解头皮的痤疮、散发香气、祛除及防止头皮的头屑瘙痒、烫发、美白、防皱纹、强化及抑制头皮体毛生长、抗菌、防虫之外,还表示皮革、手指甲及脚趾甲这样的特殊地包含大量的硫(Sulfur)成分的蛋白质物质的护理功效。
所述“表面修饰用功能性组合物”可包括用于毛发表面修饰的功能性组合物、用于皮肤或手指甲及脚趾甲表面修饰的功能性组合物、用于皮革表面修饰的功能性组合物及/或用于纤维表面修饰的功能性组合物。
在本发明中,所谓“毛发表面修饰”,是指通过对毛发涂敷或接合有效的物质来改变毛发表面的性质,从而赋予使毛发看起来更粗或有光泽、柔软、平整或滑溜等调节功效等优异的特性,由此起到美化毛发,增加魅力,改变容貌或使毛发具有保湿力或防紫外线的作用,它是为了保持毛发健康,通过对毛发涂敷、散布及其他的与此类似的方法而得以实现的。作为毛发表面修饰效果,可例举毛发的抗拉强度的改善、毛发粗度增大等效果。
在本发明中,所谓“皮肤、手指甲及脚趾甲或皮革表面修饰”,是指通过对皮肤、手指甲及脚趾甲或皮革涂敷或接合有效的物质,改变皮肤、手指甲及脚趾甲或皮革表面的性质,从而具有赋予使皮肤、手指甲及脚趾甲或皮革看起来更亮或有光泽、柔软或滑溜等调节功效等的优异的特性,从而起到美化皮肤、手指甲及脚趾甲或皮革,增加魅力,改变容貌或使皮肤、手指甲及脚趾甲或皮革具有保湿力或防紫外线的作用,它是为了保持皮肤、手指甲及脚趾甲或皮革健康且坚固,通过对皮肤、手指甲及脚趾甲或皮革涂敷、散布及其他的与此类似的方法而得以实现的。作为皮肤表面修饰效果,可例举皮肤的皱纹改善、皮肤保湿力增大等效果,作为手指甲及脚趾甲表面修饰效果,可例举手指甲及脚趾甲的营养、着色、防裂等效果,作为皮革表面修饰效果,可例举使皮革光泽、软化等效果。
在本发明中,所谓“纤维表面修饰”,是指通过对羊毛、蚕丝等纤维涂敷或接合有效的物质来改变纤维表面的性质,从而赋予防止纤维损伤、加大香气持续力、漂白、杀菌、防紫外线或使纤维柔韧等优异的特性,它是为了将纤维保持得像新的一样,通过对纤维涂敷、散布及其他的与此类似的方法得以实现的。作为纤维表面修饰效果,可例举提高纤维柔韧性、纤维色彩保持力等效果。
所述功能性成分作为具有上述的功能性功效的物质,具体地,可以是选自由天然提取物、氨基酸、肽、蛋白质、聚合物类、硅树脂(silicone)类、脂肪醇类、脂肪酸类、蜡类、醚类、胺、季铵化合物(Quaternary ammonium)、烃类(hydrocarbon)、烷基甘油酯(Alkylglyceryl ester)类、乙醇及多元醇(Alcohols and polyalcohol)类、糖类、表面活性剂、乙烯及聚乙烯(Ethylene and polyethylene)的衍生物、聚丙烯(Polypropylene)、粉体、染料、抗菌剂、防虫剂、香料、维生素及它们的衍生物构成的组的一个以上,只要是可将毛发、皮肤、手指甲及脚趾甲、皮革或纤维的表面进行修饰的成分均可使用。
作为所述天然提取物,可包括红景天提取物、山茶叶提取物、熊果酸、虫瘿提取物、海藻提取物、葵花籽提取物、苦参提取物、人参提取物、黄连提取物、金盏花提取物、桦树汁、白桦树提取物、花草提取物、天罗提取物、佛手柑提取物、扁柏提取物、苦参红景天提取物、苦参提取物、苍术提取物、积雪草提取物、黄连提取物、红参水、贝母提取物、君影草提取物、蜂窝提取物、卡西斯提取物、石榴提取物、柠檬提取物、茄果提取物、绿茶提取物、西蓝花提取物、蜂蜜提取物、蔓越莓提取物、浆果提取物、熏衣草提取物、红扁豆提取物、生姜水提取物等,作为所述蛋白质及肽,可包括从樟蚕丝、蚕丝、聚赖氨酸(Polylysine)、海藻、羊毛及毛发、小麦来源的蛋白质、肽及其衍生物等。
作为所述氨基酸,可包括甘氨酸(Glycine)、丙氨酸(alanine)、缬氨酸(valine)、亮氨酸(leucine)、异亮氨酸(isoleucine)、苏氨酸(threonine)、丝氨酸(serine)、半胱氨酸(cysteine)、胱氨酸(cystine)、蛋氨酸(methionine)、天冬氨酸(aspartic acid)、天冬酰胺(asparagine)、谷氨酸(glutamic acid)、二碘酪氨酸(di-iodine tyrosine)、赖氨酸(lysine)、精氨酸(arginine)、组胺酸(histidine)、苯丙氨酸(phenylalanine)、酪氨酸(tyrosine)、色氨酸(tryptophan)、脯氨酸(proline)、氧脯氨酸(oxy-proline)及其衍生物等。
所述肽可包括由2个至200个的氨基酸构成的肽,蛋白质可包括角蛋白、胶原、明胶及植物蛋白质或它们的蛋白质的水解物及其衍生物等。所述角蛋白优选为水解角蛋白(hydroylzed keratin),特别是,分子量优选为200至150,000Da。

另外,关于所述聚合物类,可使用分子量为1000至100万程度的直链和支链、网状聚合化合物,根据需要,也可使用在这些碳之间包括双键或环结构的各种取代基的情况,为了附着-COONa、-COOK、-COOH、-NH2、-NHR、-NR2、-Cl、-Br、-I、或-F基这样的活体反应基,以容易进行用于在分子内的任一个末端附着活体反应性官能基的反应,优选在至少一个以上的分子内包含具有反应性的残基。更优选为,可使用如下的化合物:该化合物是碳数为10000至50万程度的链及支链聚合物,并且为了结合-COONa、-COOK、-COOH、-NH2、-NHR、-NR2、-Cl、-Br、-I、或-F基这样的活体反应基,以容易进行用于在分子内的任一个末端附着活体反应性官能基的反应,在分子内包含至少一个以上的具有反应性的残基。例如,可以是聚赖氨酸这样的氨基酸聚合物、聚胺聚合物、聚羧酸聚合物、作为聚合物的甲基丙烯酰乙基甜菜碱/甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物(Methacryloylethyl Betaine/Methacrylate Copolymer)、辛基丙烯酰胺/丙烯酸酯/丁基氨基乙基甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物(Octylacrylamide/Acrylates/Butylaminoethyl Methacrylate Copolymer)这样的两性离子的聚合物或聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(Polyvinylpyrrolidone)、PVP/VA共聚物(PVP/VA Copolymer)、PVP/甲基丙烯酸二甲氨基乙酯共聚物(PVP/Dimethylaminoethylmethacrylate Copolymer)、聚氨酯这样的非离子型聚合物及丙烯酸酯甲基丙烯酸酯共聚物(Acrylate Methacrylate Copolymer)、VA/巴豆酸酯/新癸酸乙烯酯共聚物(VA/Crotonates/Vinyl Neodecanoate Copolymer)这样的阴离子性聚合物等,但不限于此。

所述脂肪醇类是碳数为10个至50个程度的链及分支型脂肪醇化合物,例如,优选为月桂醇(Lauryl alcohol)、十六醇(Cetyl alcohol)、硬脂醇(Stearyl alcohol)、异硬脂醇(Isostearyl alcohol)、二十二醇(Behenyl alcohol)等,但不限于此。
所述脂肪酸类是碳数为10个至50个程度的链及分支型脂肪酸化合物,例如,优选为18-甲基二十烷酸(18-Methyl eicosanoic acid)、月桂酸(十二烷酸)(Lauric acid(dodecanoic acid))、硬脂酸(Stearic acid)、异硬脂酸(Isostearic acid)等,但不限于此。
所述蜡类例如可以是小烛树蜡(candelillia wax)、巴西棕榈蜡(Carnauba Wax)、米蜡(Rice wax)、珠蜡(Beads wax)、羊毛脂(lanolin)、地蜡(Ozocerite)、纯地蜡(Ceresinwax)、石蜡(paraffin wax)、微晶蜡(microcrystalline wax)、聚乙烯蜡(polyethylenewax)等,但不限于此。
所述酯类例如可以是肉豆蔻酸异丙酯(Isopropyl myristate)、肉豆蔻酸丁酯(Butyl myristate)、棕榈酸异丙酯(Isopropyl palmitate)、硬脂酸乙酯(EthylStearate)、亚油酸异丙酯(Isopropyl Linoleate)、肉豆蔻酸癸基酯(Decyl Myristate)、肉豆蔻酸鲸蜡酯(Cetyl Myristate)、棕榈酸鲸蜡酯(Cetyl palmitate)、氢化聚异丁烯(Hydrogenated polyisobutaine)等,但不限于此。

关于在分子内具有能够与所述半胱氨酸的硫醇(-SH)基形成共价键的官能基的功能性成分,相对于组成物总量100重量份,可使用0.0001至50重量份、0.001至30重量份、0.01至10重量份或0.1至5重量份。如果它的含量小于0.0001重量份,则通过有效成分而提供的效果受限,如果超过50重量份,则在剂型化及剂型的经时的稳定性上存在问题,并会成为不发生反应而损失的成分。
另外,本发明为了加大功能性成分的效果,除了在分子内具有能够与所述半胱氨酸的硫醇(-SH)基形成共价键的官能基的功能性成分之外,还包括胱氨酸还原剂,从而能够增加可与烯烃(Alkene)、乙烯基或炔烃(Alkyne)等反应的毛发、皮肤及手指甲、脚趾甲、皮革及/或纤维的半胱氨酸含量。
由此,本发明提供包含功能性成分及胱氨酸还原剂的表面修饰用功能性组合物,该功能性成分在分子内具有能够与所述半胱氨酸的硫醇(-SH)基形成共价键的官能基。

关于所述胱氨酸还原剂,相对于组成物总量100重量份,可使用0.0001至20重量份、0.001至10重量份、0.01至5重量份或0.1至3重量份。如果它的含量少于0.0001重量份,则因含量过少,在实际的胱氨酸还原力上存在问题,如果超过20重量份,因过度的还原力,存在损伤要处理的基质,破坏剂型的稳定性,引起内容物的臭味等问题。
作为本发明的一具体例,在下面的反应式1中示出了在分子内包含与半胱氨酸具有反应性的官能基即乙烯基的抗菌功能性成分即[2-(丙烯酰氧基)乙基]三甲基氯化铵([2-(Acryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride)与还原剂即半胱氨酸盐酸盐一起在毛发中发生反应而使胱氨酸还原,毛发半胱氨酸和化妆材料成分形成共价键的反应模式图。

如所述反应式1所示,在形成共价键时,除了先处理还原剂而将胱氨酸结合还原的方法之外,还包括将还原剂和功能性成分同时应用的方法。
与毛发、皮肤、手指甲及脚趾甲、皮革及/或纤维结合的半胱氨酸反应型功能性成分不会在通过洗发水或洗涤剂、肥皂等而进行一般的清洗时容易掉落,可以几乎永久性地保持附着在毛发、皮肤及手指甲、脚趾甲、皮革或纤维的状态。
在本发明的表面修饰用组合物中,为了附带性地增加效果,在与棕榈酸(palmiticacid)、硬脂酸(stearic acid)等脂肪酸、脂肪醇、直链和支链的长链烷基季铵盐等阳离子化表面活性剂、阳离子化纤维素、阳离子化瓜尔胶、阳离子化聚乙烯吡咯烷酮等阳离子化聚合物、硅树脂等混用时,可容易实现制剂化。另外,为了剂型化为化妆品制剂,可附带性地包括溶剂、表面活性剂、增稠剂、稳定剂、防腐剂、着色剂、pH调节剂、金属离子螯合剂、着色剂、珠光剂、外观改善剂、颜料、粉末颗粒等用于化妆品制剂化的成分。关于所述用于制剂化的成分,相对于组合物总量100重量份,可使用40至99重量份。
本发明的表面修饰用组合物可利用于毛发、皮肤及手指甲、脚趾甲、皮革或纤维表面修饰用护理产品的处方中。
在毛发中,可包括洗发前(pre-shampoo)产品、洗发水、护发素、蜡、喷雾、摩丝、生发水、精华素、发乳、面膜、面具、发片、压片、修护品、去污品、软膏类、永久染发剂、临时染发剂、烫剂等可用于毛发的所有化妆品制剂,在皮肤中,可包括身体及面部清洁露、护肤水、爽肤水、乳液、精华素、乳清、面霜、凝胶、粉底霜、粉饼、粉底、点妆品、面具、修护品等可用于皮肤的所有化妆品制剂,在手指甲及脚趾甲中,可包括洗甲水、涂敷剂、光泽剂、着色剂、营养剂、治疗剂、软化剂等使用于手指甲、脚趾甲的所有手指甲及脚趾甲清洁剂,在皮革中,可包括涂敷剂、洗涤剂、软化剂、光泽剂等使用于皮革的所有皮革清洁剂,在纤维中,可包括纤维柔韧剂、纤维染色剂、洗涤剂、保护剂、前后处理剂、洗涤辅助剂等使用于纤维的所有纤维清洁剂。
更优选为,本发明的表面修饰用组合物包括功能性成分,在上述的制剂在水系中活性下降的情况下,更容易在非水系剂型中保持其活性,并在使用前为了调节pH而与缓冲液(buffer)混合或在清洗过程中通过与水接触的方法来使其发生反应。作为非水系剂型的例子,可例举用作通常的非水系化妆品制剂的液状可溶化制剂、液体乳剂、液相分散、面膜、面具、发片、压片、修护品、去污品、软膏类、含胶囊制剂、粉末型、片剂型、油、蜡、浓缩精华、凝胶等。在本发明的表面修饰用组合物中,为了加大功能性成分的效果,可使用琥珀酸二辛酯(Dioctylsuccinate)、己二酸二辛酯(Dioctyladipate)、癸二酸二乙酯(Diethylsebacate)等这样的2-碱性酸酯类和多元醇(Polyol)、聚乙二醇(Polyethylene glycol)、丙二醇(Propylene glycol)、己二醇(Hexylene glycol)、丁烷二醇(Butane diol)及它们的异构体、甘油、苯甲醇(Benzyl alcohol)、乙氧基二甘醇(Ethoxydiglycol)及其衍生物。所述涉及的溶剂被用作提高毛发及皮肤的渗透性,溶解难溶解性物质的溶剂。
如上述,本发明在毛发、皮肤、手指甲及脚趾甲、皮革或纤维表面使包括2个以上的反应性官能基的表面修饰成分发生反应而形成多层结构的修饰层(multilayer),通过形成这样的多层(multilayer)而提高反应效率。另外,追加使用具有能够与毛发、皮肤、手指甲及脚趾甲、皮革或纤维表面的蛋白质形成共价键的官能基的功效成分而形成于修饰层的最外部,从而除了表面修饰效果之外,还可赋予附加性的功效。
实施方式
下面,通过以下的实施例而对本发明进行详细说明。但是,以下实施例仅对本发明进行例示,本发明的内容不限于以下实施例。
比较例1~2及实施例1~9:洗发水组合物
以下述表1这样的组成和含量来制造了洗发水组合物。
首先,搅拌纯净水而使阳离子聚合物即聚季铵盐-10(Polyquaternium-10)分散,并向其内投入螯合剂即EDTA 4Na而进行搅拌,直到内容物变透明为止,并向其内投入阴离子表面活性剂即十二烷基醚(2摩尔)硫酸钠(Sodium Lauryl Ether(2mole)Sulfate)和两性离子表面活性剂即椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱(Cocamidopropyl Betaine)而搅拌20分钟以上,然后向其内投入香料和本发明的成分即抗坏血酸钠、半胱氨酸盐酸盐、[2-(丙烯酰氧基)乙基]三甲基氯化铵([2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride)、聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(Polyethyleneglycol Acrylate),从而制造了洗发水。
制造了包含一般在去屑洗发水中被用作皮屑菌杀菌剂的吡硫锌(Zincpyrithione)的比较例1和包含一般被用作洗发水的保湿成分的丙二醇(Propyleneglycol)的比较例2,并制造了不包含胱氨酸还原剂,仅包括可实现本发明的表面修饰的具有抗菌力的[2-(丙烯酰氧基)乙基]三甲基氯化铵([2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride)和具有保湿力的聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(PolyethyleneglycolAcrylate)的实施例1、2,及包括抗坏血酸钠作为胱氨酸还原剂且分别包含[2-(丙烯酰氧基)乙基]三甲基氯化铵([2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride)和聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(Polyethyleneglycol Acrylate)的实施例3、4,及包含半胱氨酸盐酸盐作为胱氨酸还原剂且分别包含[2-(丙烯酰氧基)乙基]三甲基氯化铵([2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride)和聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(Polyethyleneglycol Acrylate)的实施例5、6,及同时包括抗坏血酸钠和半胱氨酸盐酸盐作为胱氨酸还原剂且分别包含[2-(丙烯酰氧基)乙基]三甲基氯化铵([2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride)和聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(Polyethyleneglycol Acrylate)的实施例7、8,及作为胱氨酸还原剂而同时包含抗坏血酸钠和半胱氨酸盐酸盐且同时包含[2-(丙烯酰氧基)乙基]三甲基氯化铵([2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammoniumchloride)和聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(PolyethyleneglycolAcrylate)的实施例9的组合物。

用比较例1~2及实施例1~9的洗发水组合物来将长度为12cm、重量为3g的毛发分别清洗10次而引导表面修饰,并将各自的长发利用作为清洗表面活性剂的15%的月桂基乙基硫酸钠(Sodium lauryl ethyl sulfate)的溶液来清洗3次,由此不形成共价键,并去除单纯地吸附的抗菌及保湿剂成分,并利用经过了这种处理的毛发,分别比较杀菌特性和保湿特性,将其结果分别显示于下面的表2(皮屑菌杀菌)、表3(毛发保湿)中。

比较例3~4及实施例10~18:皮肤保湿杀菌乳液组合物
以下面的表4这样的组成及含量,通过一般的乳液制造方法而制造了皮肤保湿杀菌乳液组合物。
制造了包含一般在皮肤杀菌保湿剂中被用作杀菌剂的苯氧乙醇的比较例3和包含一般被用作皮肤保湿成分的丙二醇的比较例4,并制造了不包含胱氨酸还原剂,仅包含可实现本发明的表面修饰且具有抗菌力的[2-(丙烯酰氧基)乙基]三甲基氯化铵([2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride)和具有保湿力的聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(Polyethyleneglycol Acrylate)的实施例10、11,及作为胱氨酸还原剂而包含抗坏血酸钠并分别包含[2-(丙烯酰氧基)乙基]三甲基氯化铵([2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride)和聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(Polyethyleneglycol Acrylate)的实施例12、13,及作为胱氨酸还原剂而包含半胱氨酸盐酸盐并分别包含[2-(丙烯酰氧基)乙基]三甲基氯化铵([2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride)和聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(Polyethyleneglycol Acrylate)的实施例14、15,及作为胱氨酸还原剂而同时包含抗坏血酸钠和半胱氨酸盐酸盐的[2-(丙烯酰氧基)乙基]三甲基氯化铵并分别包含([2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride)和聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(Polyethyleneglycol Acrylate)的实施例16、17,及作为胱氨酸还原剂而同时包含抗坏血酸钠和半胱氨酸盐酸盐并分别包含[2-(丙烯酰氧基)乙基]三甲基氯化铵([2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride)和聚乙二醇丙烯酸酯(Polyethyleneglycol Acrylate)的实施例18的组合物。

用比较例3~4及实施例10~18的杀菌保湿组合物,将长度1cm X 1cm的实验用猪皮标本来分别处理1次,然后反复进行10用水清洗的过程,从而引导皮肤表面修饰,并将各个皮肤标本利用15%的清洗表面活性剂即月桂基乙基硫酸钠的溶液来清洗3次,不形成共价键,去除单纯地吸附的抗菌及保湿剂成分,并对经过了这种处理的实验用猪皮标本的杀菌特性和保湿特性分别进行比较,将结果分别显示于下面的表5(大肠菌杀菌力)、表6(皮肤保湿)中。

比较例5~6及实施例19~22:抗菌防静电洗涤剂组合物
以下面的表7这样的组成及含量,通过一般的洗涤剂制造方法而制造了抗菌防静电洗涤剂组合物。
制造了包含一般被用作洗涤剂中的杀菌剂的月桂基三甲基氯化铵的比较例5和包含一般被用作洗涤剂中的防静电及柔韧成分的酯季铵盐(Esterquat)的比较例6,并制造了不包括羊毛纤维的胱氨酸还原剂,仅包含可实现本发明的表面修饰并同时具有抗菌力和防静电特性的[2-(丙烯酰氧基)乙基]三甲基氯化铵([2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride)的实施例19,及作为胱氨酸还原剂而包含抗坏血酸钠并包含[2-(丙烯酰氧基)乙基]三甲基氯化铵([2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammoniumchloride)的实施例20,及作为胱氨酸还原剂而包含半胱氨酸盐酸盐并包含[2-(丙烯酰氧基)乙基]三甲基氯化铵([2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride)的实施例21,及作为胱氨酸还原剂而同时包括抗坏血酸钠和半胱氨酸盐酸盐并包含[2-(丙烯酰氧基)乙基]三甲基氯化铵([2-(acryloyloxy)ethyl]trimethylammonium chloride)的实施例22的组合物。

用比较例5~6及实施例19~22的洗衣剂组合物而将宽度为5cm X 5cm的标准羊毛布料分别清洗10次而引导表面修饰,并将各自的羊毛布料利用15%的清洗表面活性剂即月桂基乙基硫酸钠的溶液来清洗3次,不形成共价键,并去除了单纯地吸附的成分,并利用经过了这样的处理的羊毛布料来分别比较杀菌特性和静电防止特性,将结果显示于下面的表8(大肠菌杀菌力/静电防止)中。

从所述表8可确认,在应用本发明的实施例19至22的情况下,以功能性成分被共价结合到羊毛纤维表面的形态进行表面修饰,即便在用清洗用表面活性剂清洗3次之后,仍显示出优异的杀菌及防静电效果。
Claims (14)
1.一种表面修饰用功能性组合物,其包含功能性成分,该功能性成分在分子内具有能够与半胱氨酸的硫醇(-SH)基形成共价键的官能基。
2.根据权利要求1所述的表面修饰用功能性组合物,其中,
所述半胱氨酸包含于毛发、皮肤、手指甲及脚趾甲、皮革或纤维的蛋白质中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的表面修饰用功能性组合物,其中,
能够与所述硫醇(-SH)基形成共价键的官能基为烯烃基(Alkene)、乙烯基或炔烃基(Alkyne)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的表面修饰用功能性组合物,其中,
所述功能性成分为选自由天然提取物、氨基酸、肽、蛋白质、聚合物类、硅树脂类、脂肪醇类、脂肪酸类、蜡类、酯类、醚类、胺、季铵盐、烃类、烷基甘油酯、乙醇及多元醇类、糖类、表面活性剂、乙烯及聚乙烯的衍生物、聚丙烯、粉体、染料、抗菌剂、防虫剂、香料、维生素及它们的衍生物构成的组的一种以上成分。
5.根据权利要求1所述的表面修饰用功能性组合物,其中,

14.一种护理产品,其包含权利要求1或2所述的表面修饰用功能性组合物。
