背景技术:目前人类给汽车充电,用蓄电池带动汽车行驶长途跑400公里以上已成为很成熟的技术,而且将太阳能光伏板安装于车顶给蓄电池充电进行跑长途,也有人已做出实质性产品,技术很成熟,太阳能汽车前景非常,目前技术的难题是这样的车只适应小型车,而小型车车顶面积很少,不足以放大面积的光伏板,未来太阳能车将成为人类最可行的终极能源,而如何在车顶安放更大面积的光伏板将成为技术最后的突破交点,因此,本发明提出一种在车顶除本身时刻能自我充电之外,当车停放时又在车顶展开更大面积光伏板实施充电,充完电后又可立时收回的一种新型太阳能电动汽车。
本发明提供一种除车行驶时能时刻自我充电外,当汽车停放路边,院子和停车场时能立时展开更大光伏板面积充电,充完电后可立时收回的新型太阳能汽车。
发明如下:一种太阳板卷拉性其特征它是在车顶安装更大面积的光伏板,当车停放时能立时展开充更多的电,充完后可立即收回,它包括:电机、光伏板、减速齿、蓄电池、整流器组成,它首先将一块面积大(几乎与车顶面积一样大)边框稍厚的光伏板在车顶打孔用螺栓固定于车顶,称中心板,该板左右两边用合页连接两块面积约中心板60%的光伏板,中心板向前方的左右根部位各设有一孔洞,孔洞内安置有一小滑轮,与此孔洞平行位的左右光伏板的根部位也设有一孔洞,左右板各内边的正前端对准孔洞的车顶位各固定有一电机,电机轴端设为齿轮,该转轴齿与金属盒内最前主动齿合齿相连,金属盒左右设有轴承,盒内设有多组50比1的减速齿轮组,最末的从动轴齿伸出盒外,用一齿印卷轮带穿过各左右上的孔洞和中心板各自边上的孔洞并沿压滑轮,最后用卷轮带齿印套住金属盒外伸出的轴齿,尔后带两头用胶连接,卷轮带与左右板孔洞位的板身硬性粘胶,它通过电机驱动,电机经金属盒内多组减速齿减速而缓慢卷动齿印卷轮带,从而使左右光伏板先后依次有序的向外展开,接收阳光发电,将三个板产生的电经整流器,并流电输入大蓄电池,充完电后用反向纽通过电机先后有序的反转,将各板折收回原位。
所述车顶中心打孔用螺栓固定一面积比车顶稍少的光伏板,该板两侧各用合页连接有一块面积比中心板稍少的光伏板,该板的内边前沿根部位设有一孔洞,该孔洞平行位的中心板前沿根部位也设有一孔洞,孔洞内有一小滑轮,左右光伏板前端所设孔洞前的对准车顶位固定有一电机,电机轴端设有齿轮,该齿轮与金属盒内最前主动齿穿轴承齿合相连,盒内安置有多组50比一的减速齿轮组,盒两边设有轴承,该多组减速齿的最末从动齿经轴承伸出盒外,用一齿印卷轮带各穿中心板左右的孔洞,并沿压小滑轮,又穿过左右板上的孔洞,最后套住最末从动轴齿,然后带两头用胶连接,卷轮带动与板孔洞的板身硬性粘胶相连,以便以卷动方式翻展左右光伏板。
所述车内设有单独蓄电池、左右电机的正向纽和反向纽、以及大蓄电池单独蓄电池用导线与正向纽和反向纽相连,正向反向纽的导线与各电机相连,大蓄电池用导线与整流器相连,车顶三个光伏板的导线设为卷纹线,将各自卷纹导线与整流器相连,以便各板产生的电实施并流输于大蓄电池,所述左右光伏板正面背面都设有电池板,以便折收后最顶部露出的板面能正常发电。
本发明与现有技术相比,有以下不同和先进之处:
现有电动汽车非要到充电桩充电,耽误时间很长,而且需付电费,而现有的太阳能汽车光伏板面积远远不够,而本发明的光伏板面积几乎是车顶面积的2.5倍,它不但最顶部的光伏板背部时刻发电、充电,车停放时可展开相当面积的光伏板接收直阳光发电。

一种太阳板卷拉性车其特征,车顶中心打孔用螺栓(24)固定有一块大光伏板(25),板两侧前沿的根部位设有孔洞(26),孔洞内设有小滑轮(27),所述金属盒(14)内设有50比1的减速齿轮组(7),各电机(13)用导线(2)与左正反向纽(3)(4)和右正反向纽(8)(9)相连。
实施例:由车(23)内单独蓄电池(6)通过导线(5)输电,启动左正向纽(8),经导线(2)通电,使电机(13)高速转动,其轴齿(11)经金属盒(14)内轴承(28)带动多组减速齿轮组(7)的最前主动齿(10),使最末从动轴齿(1)以很缓慢地卷动齿印联带(16),齿印带因与孔洞(26)边光伏板(15)的边体相连经中心板(25)右侧的孔洞(26)并沿压滑轮(27)通过合页(18)旋转将右光伏板(15)缓慢翻开直至车顶平行,尔后又启动左正向纽(4)同样按以上转动方式将左光伏板(17)缓慢翻开直至与车顶(23)平行,三个光伏板开始接受阳光发电,将电经各卷纹导线(19)送入整流器(20),整流后通过并流线(21)输入大蓄电池(22),充完电后启动左反向纽(3)按以上方式反转电机(13)将左光伏板(17)缓收回原位,尔后启动右反向纽(9)同样将右光伏板(15)缓收回原位。

1.一种太阳板卷拉性车,它是将多个光伏板折装于车顶,通过卷拉方式展开光伏板发电,充电给车内大蓄电池,充完后折收回原位,其特征车顶打孔用螺栓固定有面积比车顶稍少的光伏板为中心板,该板两侧用合页各连接有一内外都为电池板光伏板,中心板两侧前位设有孔洞,孔洞内设有滑轮,左右两板的内前沿位也设有一孔洞,该孔洞的正前车顶位固定有电机,电机轴端设有齿轮,该齿轮穿过轴承与金属盒内的多组减速齿轮相连,最末的从动齿与中心板和各左右板的孔洞用齿印联带沿压滑轮套住后用胶将带两头连接,齿印联带的某位与板孔洞边体直接用胶相连,电机和金属盒在车顶打孔用螺栓固定于车顶。
2.根据权利要求书1所述一种太阳板卷拉性车其特征车内设有单独蓄电池、大蓄电池,单独蓄电池用导线与正向纽和反向纽相连,正向反向纽的导线与电机相连,大蓄电池用导线与整流器相连,各光伏板导线设为卷纹线,各卷纹导线与整流器相连,所述左右光伏板背面也设有电池板。
