技术领域
本发明涉及一种由天然矿物制成的饮水处理装置。
背景技术
随着我国城乡经济的快速发展,饮水安全也越来越受到政府和国民的关注,但饮用水受到工业和其它污染的案件仍不断发生。部分地区的水资源采集、处理和输送过程难以全面达到卫生标准。我国自来水厂大都使用氯为主要消毒剂,有机物在氯化消毒过程中与氯作用,不但增加氯耗影响消毒效果,而且生成多种对人体有害的氯化消毒副产物,其中大部分对人体健康构成潜在危胁。另一方面我们日常使用的输入管道长期缺乏必要的维护、清洁保证,不少管道发生渗漏、结垢、锈蚀现象,多种病毒、细菌等微生物滋生,有的输水管道可能有藻类滋生,造成二次污染,严重影响水质量。日常使用的饮水过滤装置也因结垢和藻类滋生导致难以清理,缩短过滤装置的使用寿命。
现在多数家庭选择使用饮用桶装水,并利用饮水机对其进行加热,然而目前市面上的饮水机自身材料是由塑料和金属组成的,材料选用不慎本身就对人体健康存在威胁。由饮水机经常加热,会加速塑料托盘老化分解,分解后的有害物质随着水流流入饮水机内,造成二次污染,影响水质。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种由天然矿物制成的饮水处理装置,用以解决现有饮水装置难清理、使用寿命短和容易造成二次污染的问题,并具有活化水、除去水中氯气、释放微量元素的功能。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种由天然矿物制成的饮水处理装置,包括托盘和设置在托盘内侧底部的过滤器,所述过滤器包括引水顶柱和滤芯,所述引水顶柱为空腔结构,引水顶柱的下部设有凹槽、上部设有引水口,所述滤芯设置在所述凹槽内,滤芯底部设有卡槽,所述托盘底部轴心处设有凸台,凸台轴心处设有通水孔,所述凸台设置在所述滤芯卡槽内,滤芯为含有电气石的多孔陶瓷。
所述托盘和引水顶柱由陶瓷制成。
其制作方法包括托盘烧制,引水顶柱烧制和滤芯烧制,所述托盘烧制和引水顶柱烧制过程为:将粘土质粉砂岩或高岭土做成胚胎,将胚胎自然阴干后上釉,最后进行高温烧结。
所述滤芯烧制的原料的成分包括下列重量份数:电气石50份、高岭土50~100份、氧化锌10~25份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛8~15份、聚丙烯酸2~5份、碳酸氢钠5~15份、水15~35份。
所述滤芯烧制包括以下步骤:
S1.在常温下将所述原料混合均匀然后制成胚胎;聚乙烯醇缩丁醛作为粘结剂用于加强各矿物质之间的结合,聚丙烯酸作为流平剂和粘度调节剂,碳酸氢钠分解后会释放二氧化碳气体,起致孔效果;
S2.将S1中的胚胎在50~60℃下烘6~10小时;此时胚胎中的水分蒸发,碳酸氢钠开始分解,在胚胎内部或表面生成孔道,聚乙烯醇缩丁醛保证胚胎具有一定强度,防止因孔道生成而发生破裂;
S3.然后再放入窑中,在180~210℃、空气气氛的条件下预烧结2~5小时,预烧结完成后向窑中持续通入氮气,同时升温至800℃,氮气流速为10~20mL/min,升温速度为80~100℃/小时;预烧结能够使得胚胎中的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛分解挥发,留下细小缝隙,缝隙连通孔道,形成一个滤孔体系;
S4.当温度达到800℃时开始通入氢气,持续升温至1180℃后停止升温,继续烧结两小时然后停止加热,最后炉冷既得滤芯,所述氢气与氮气的流速比为1:5;高温烧制使得胚胎中参余的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛和聚丙烯酸全部挥发。
本发明与现有技术相比的有益效果:
(1)本发明的滤芯中含有电气石,电气石具有发射远红外的特殊电学性质,能将某些水分子的长键切断,成为能进入人体细胞的优质小分子团水能自动地、永久地释放负离子,瞬间形成了最利于吸收的偏弱碱性离子水,不仅能有效活化水,还能释放对人体有益的微量元素。
(2)本发明经过烧结后挥发掉了原料中的聚乙烯醇缩丁醛和聚丙烯酸,整个装置中只含有电气石、氧化锌、云母、高岭土、石英、云母屑等矿物质,不含重金属与无机化学材料不产生重金属与化工材料的二次污染。
(3)本发明的滤芯实用一段时间后,可取出来通过高分烧结清理,清理方便快捷、使用寿命长、使用成本低。
(4)本发明的滤芯破损后可回收利用,破损的滤芯粉碎后可用于重新烧制滤芯,绿色环保。

S3.然后再放入窑中,在210℃、空气气氛的条件下预烧结5小时,预烧结完成后向窑中持续通入氮气,同时升温至800℃,氮气流速为10mL/min,升温速度为100℃/小时;
S4.当温度达到800℃时开始通入氢气,持续升温至1180℃后停止升温,继续烧结两小时然后停止加热,最后炉冷既得滤芯,所述氢气与氮气的流速比为1:5。
实施例2
一种由天然矿物制成的饮水处理装置,其制作方法包括托盘烧制,引水顶柱烧制和滤芯的烧制,所述托盘和引水顶柱的烧制过程为:将粘土质粉砂岩或高岭土做成胚胎,将胚胎自然阴干后上釉,最后进行高温烧结;
所述滤芯的烧制包括以下步骤:
S1.所述滤芯的胚胎包括下列重量份数的原料:电气石50份、高岭土50份、氧化锌25份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛8份、聚丙烯酸2份、碳酸氢钠5份、水15份,在常温下将原料混合均匀然后制成胚胎;
S2.将S1中的胚胎在50℃下烘10小时;
S3.然后再放入窑中,在180℃、空气气氛的条件下预烧结5小时,预烧结完成后向窑中持续通入氮气,同时升温至800℃,氮气流速为20mL/min,升温速度为80℃/小时;
S4.当温度达到800℃时开始通入氢气,持续升温至1180℃后停止升温,继续烧结两小时然后停止加热,最后炉冷既得滤芯,所述氢气与氮气的流速比为1:5。
实施例3
一种由天然矿物制成的饮水处理装置,其制作方法包括托盘烧制,引水顶柱烧制和滤芯的烧制,所述托盘和引水顶柱的烧制过程为:将粘土质粉砂岩或高岭土做成胚胎,将胚胎自然阴干后上釉,最后进行高温烧结;
所述滤芯的烧制包括以下步骤:
S1.所述滤芯的胚胎包括下列重量份数的原料:电气石50份、高岭土70份、氧化锌20份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛10份、聚丙烯酸3份、碳酸氢钠10份、水30份,在常温下将原料混合均匀然后制成胚胎;
S2.将S1中的胚胎在55℃下烘8小时;
S3.然后再放入窑中,在200℃、空气气氛的条件下预烧结4小时,预烧结完成后向窑中持续通入氮气,同时升温至800℃,氮气流速为15mL/min,升温速度为90℃/小时;
S4.当温度达到800℃时开始通入氢气,持续升温至1180℃后停止升温,继续烧结两小时然后停止加热,最后炉冷既得滤芯,所述氢气与氮气的流速比为1:5。

Claims (5)
1.一种由天然矿物制成的饮水处理装置,包括托盘(1)和设置在托盘(1)内侧底部的过滤器(2),其特征在于,所述过滤器(2)包括引水顶柱(3)和滤芯(4),所述引水顶柱(3)为空腔结构,引水顶柱的下部设有凹槽(5)、上部设有引水口(6),所述滤芯(4)设置在所述凹槽(5)内,滤芯(4)底部设有卡槽(7),所述托盘(1)底部轴心处设有凸台(8),凸台(8)轴心处设有通水孔(9),所述凸台(8)设置在所述滤芯(4)卡槽(7)内,滤芯(4)为含有电气石的多孔陶瓷。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种由天然矿物制成的饮水处理装置,其特征在于,所述托盘(1)和引水顶柱(3)由陶瓷制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种由天然矿物制成的饮水处理装置,其特征在于,其制作方法包括托盘烧制,引水顶柱烧制和滤芯烧制,所述托盘烧制和引水顶柱烧制过程为:将粘土质粉砂岩或高岭土做成胚胎,将胚胎自然阴干后上釉,最后进行高温烧结。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种由天然矿物制成的饮水处理装置,其特征在于,所述滤芯烧制的原料的成分包括下列重量份数:电气石50份、高岭土50~100份、氧化锌10~25份、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛8~15份、聚丙烯酸2~5份、碳酸氢钠5~15份、水15~35份。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种由天然矿物制成的饮水处理装置,其特征在于,所述滤芯烧制包括以下步骤:
S1.在常温下将所述原料混合均匀然后制成胚胎;
S2.将S1中的胚胎在50~60℃下烘6~10小时;
S3.然后再放入窑中,在180~210℃、空气气氛的条件下预烧结2~5小时,预烧结完成后向窑中持续通入氮气,同时升温至800℃,氮气流速为10~20mL/min,升温速度为80~100℃/小时;
S4.当温度达到800℃时开始通入氢气,持续升温至1180℃后停止升温,继续烧结两小时然后停止加热,最后炉冷既得滤芯,所述氢气与氮气的流速比为1:5。
