(2) preparing a spinning solution: placing the gelatin and the deionized water in a 50ml volumetric flask according to the mass ratio of 1:2, mixing, stirring at the constant temperature of 60-80 ℃ for 12h until the gelatin and the deionized water are uniformly mixed, and adding the deionized water to a constant volume to prepare the spinning solution with the gelatin mass fraction of 33.3%;
(3) setting parameters of the electric spinning machine: the system temperature was 35 ℃, the dope flow rate was 0.2ml/h, the receiving distance was 8cm, and the voltage was 8 kv.
(4) Namely, preparing the nano-mask: and (3) placing the spinning solution obtained in the step (1) into an electrostatic spinning machine, and uniformly spinning on the glutinous rice paper for 8-12 min by using an electric spinning gun head of the electrostatic spinning machine to obtain the instant nano facial mask.
And carrying out a moisturizing test on the prepared instant nano facial mask to obtain that the moisturizing time is more than 4 h.
The structure of the nano-film was observed under a scanning electron microscope by using the instant nano-mask prepared by the preparation method of this example, as shown in fig. 1, the obtained gelatin nano-mask (nano-nonwoven) had a uniform, smooth and porous micro-morphology, and the fiber diameter was between 200nm and 400 nm.
Example 2
The preparation method of the instant nano mask is basically the same as that of the example 1, except that:
(2) when the spinning solution is prepared, after the gelatin and the deionized water are uniformly mixed, 2-3 drops of trehalose and 2-3 drops of osmanthus perfume are added, and the mixture is continuously stirred until all the components are uniformly mixed.
And carrying out a moisturizing test on the prepared instant nano facial mask to obtain that the moisturizing time is more than 6 h.
The structure of the nano-film was observed under a scanning electron microscope using the instant nano-mask, as shown in fig. 2, and the obtained gelatin nano-mask (nano-nonwoven) had a uniform, smooth, porous micro-morphology, a fiber diameter of 200nm to 400nm, and oval protrusions on the nano-fibers, including trehalose as a component.
Example 3
The preparation method of the instant nano mask is basically the same as that of the example 1, except that:
(2) the preparation process of the middle spinning solution comprises the following steps:
putting the gelatin and the deionized water into a 50ml volumetric flask according to the mass ratio of 1:2, mixing, stirring for 12 hours at a constant temperature of 60-80 ℃ until the gelatin and the deionized water are uniformly mixed, adding 3% trehalose and 1% osmanthus perfume, and continuously stirring until all components are uniformly mixed; at the moment, a gelatin solution with the mass fraction of 16.0% is prepared;
cutting silkworm cocoon with scissors, removing silkworm pupa, peeling silkworm cocoon into several layers, boiling in 0.5% sodium bicarbonate water solution (bath water ratio of 1: 100) for 30min, removing sericin on the surface of cocoon silk, and repeating the above steps twice. Then fully washing with deionized water, and finally airing. 10g of the degummed fibroin is taken, 9.5mol/L LiBr is used for preparing a solution with the concentration of 10 percent, and the solution is placed overnight. Adding deionized water for diluting by 5 times, filtering, pouring into a dialysis bag, and continuously dialyzing with deionized water until the conductivity of the deionized water outside the dialysis bag is basically unchanged;
and thirdly, weighing 8g of silk fibroin, dissolving the silk fibroin into the gelatin solution in the first step, and fixing the volume to 50mL to obtain the gelatin silk fibroin spinning solution.
The structure of the nano-film was observed under a scanning electron microscope by using the instant nano-mask prepared according to the preparation method of this example, and the obtained gelatin nano-mask (nano-nonwoven) had a uniform, smooth, porous micro-morphology, a fiber diameter of 200nm to 400nm, and oval protrusions on the nano-fibers, wherein the protrusions included trehalose as a component.

Claims (2)

1. A preparation method of a spinning nano facial mask is characterized by comprising the following specific steps:
step 1, the preparation method of the spinning solution comprises the following steps: putting gelatin and deionized water into a 50ml volumetric flask according to the mass ratio of 1:2, mixing, stirring at the constant temperature of 60-80 ℃ for 12h until the gelatin and the deionized water are uniformly mixed, and adding deionized water to a constant volume to prepare the spinning solution with the gelatin mass fraction of 33.3%; after the gelatin and the deionized water are uniformly mixed, adding 2-3 drops of trehalose and 2-3 drops of osmanthus perfume, and continuously stirring until all the components are uniformly mixed;
the gelatin is fish skin gelatin;
step 2, preparing the spinning nano facial mask: placing the spinning solution obtained in the step 1 into an electric spinning machine, setting parameters of the electric spinning machine including system temperature, spinning solution flow rate, receiving distance and voltage, and uniformly spinning glutinous rice paper or human skin for 8-12 min by using a gun head of an electrostatic spinning gun of the electric spinning machine to obtain the instant spinning nano facial mask;
in the step 2, the system temperature is 25-40 ℃;
the flow rate of the spinning solution in the step 2 is 0.1 to 0.3 ml/h;
in the step 2, the receiving distance is the distance between the electrostatic spinning gun and the glutinous rice paper, and the receiving distance is 5-8 cm;
the voltage in the step 2 is 8 kv-20 kv.
2. The preparation method of the spinning nano facial mask as claimed in claim 1, wherein the diameter of the fiber of the spinning nano facial mask is 200 nm-400 nm.
