Referring to fig. 3, 7 and 8, in the present embodiment, the outer contour of the liquid containing tray 3 is specifically a square shape, and it should be noted that the outer contour of the liquid containing tray 3 may be an oval shape or a circular shape, and the present invention is not limited thereto. The liquid containing disc 3 is connected with the panel 1 of the gas stove, and the liquid containing disc 3 and the panel 1 can be integrally formed, so that the integrity of the gas stove is improved, and the assembly process of the gas stove is simplified. Certainly, the liquid containing disc 3 can also be detachably connected with the panel 1, for example, the liquid containing disc 3 can be detachably connected with the panel 1 in a clamping manner or in a screw connection manner, so that the liquid containing disc 3 can be conveniently detached from the panel 1 for cleaning. Wherein, the liquid containing tray 3 and the panel 1 can be made of stainless steel materials or can be made of glass ceramics. The invention is not limited to the materials of the liquid containing tray 3 and the panel 1.
Since the gas range is generally embedded in the cooktop, the bottom case 2 of the gas range is generally sunk into the cooktop, and the bottom case 2 can accommodate a portion of the burner 8. The panel 1 is disposed at the upper end of the bottom case 2, and an inner space of the gas range can be formed between the panel 1 and the bottom case 2. The panel 1 may protrude from the upper surface of the cooktop or be disposed flush with the upper surface of the cooktop. In addition, the panel 1 may further be provided with an operation switch, and the operation switch is used for a user to turn on or off the gas stove and adjust the fire power of the gas stove.
Wherein, the burner 8 is an important part of the gas stove, mainly comprising: furnace end, gas distribution dish, fire lid and some firearm, wherein, panel 1 can be stretched out to the upper end of furnace end, and the gas distribution dish lid is established on the furnace end, and the fire lid is established on the gas distribution dish, is provided with out the fire hole on the fire lid, and the part that the point firearm was fixed in the mounting hole of furnace end and some firearm stretches out the furnace end. When the fire cover comprises a big fire cover and a small fire cover, the igniter is arranged between the big fire cover and the small fire cover. The furnace end is provided with an injection pipe and a head, the injection pipe can be communicated with an air source, the head is communicated with the injection pipe, the head is provided with a mixing cavity, and gas and primary air are mixed in the mixing cavity. The gas distribution disc is communicated with the head of the furnace end and is provided with a gas channel which is communicated with the mixing cavity. Of course, the structure of the burner 8 is not limited thereto, and the present embodiment is only exemplified herein. The pot support 7 is provided at the periphery of the fire cover of the burner 8 to support the pot. Certain height difference is provided between the upper surface of the pot support 7 and the upper surface of the fire cover, so that a certain space is provided between the pot and the fire cover, and the air circulation around the fire cover can be smoother, thereby being beneficial to the sufficient combustion of fuel gas.
In order to make this gas-cooker prevent dry combustion method function, this gas-cooker still includes: temperature sensor 4 and control panel, the control panel is connected with temperature sensor 4 electricity. In this embodiment, the temperature sensor 4 is disposed in the space enclosed by the panel 1 and the bottom case 2, the sensing end 40 of the temperature sensor 4 is attached to the inner surface of the panel 1 or the inner surface 30 of the drip tray 3, and the control board is used for determining whether to close the electromagnetic valve for controlling air intake according to the temperature value detected by the temperature sensor 4.
The inner surface of the panel 1 refers to the lower surface of the panel 1, and the inner surface 30 of the liquid containing tray 3 refers to the lower surface of the liquid containing tray 3, that is, the temperature sensor 4 is not visible from the outside of the gas range.
Specifically, once the pan on the gas stove is dried, not only the temperature of the pan will suddenly rise, but also the original balance of the temperature of the panel 1 or the liquid containing tray 3 of the gas stove will be broken, and the temperature of the panel 1 and the liquid containing tray 3 will also suddenly rise, for example, when the pan is normally cooked, i.e. when no dry burning occurs, the temperature of the panel 1 and the liquid containing tray 3 is 180 ℃, and when the pan is dried, the temperature of the panel 1 and the liquid containing tray 3 will suddenly rise, for example, to more than 200 ℃. Therefore, the temperature sensor 4 is disposed in the space enclosed by the panel 1 and the bottom case 2, the sensing end 40 of the temperature sensor 4 is attached to the inner surface of the panel 1 or the inner surface 30 of the liquid containing tray 3, and the temperature sensor 4 detects the temperature of the panel 1 or the temperature of the liquid containing tray 3, thereby achieving the dry heating prevention function as well.
Specifically, the temperature sensor 4 detects the temperature of the panel 1 or the liquid containing disc 3 in real time, or the temperature sensor 4 detects the temperature of the panel 1 or the liquid containing disc 3 at certain time intervals, when the temperature of the panel 1 or the liquid containing disc 3 reaches a preset value or the temperature rise reaches the preset value, the control panel immediately turns off an electromagnetic valve of the gas stove for controlling air intake, so that the gas stove stops heating, and the purpose of preventing dry burning is achieved. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that when the solenoid valve for controlling the intake air is turned off, the gas range is turned off due to the absence of the intake air, thereby stopping heating. That is, by disposing the temperature sensor 4 in the space enclosed by the panel 1 and the bottom case 2, the sensing end 40 of the temperature sensor 4 is attached to the inner surface of the panel 1 or the inner surface 30 of the liquid containing tray 3, so as to not only achieve the purpose of dry burning prevention, but also avoid the temperature sensor 4 from being damaged by high temperature, oil stain, etc.
In the gas stove provided by the embodiment, the temperature sensor 4 is arranged in the space enclosed by the panel 1 and the bottom case 2, and the sensing end 40 of the temperature sensor 4 is attached to the inner surface of the panel 1 or the inner surface 30 of the liquid containing tray 3, once the pot on the gas stove is dried, the original balance of the temperatures of the panel 1 and the liquid containing tray 3 of the gas stove is broken, so that the temperatures of the panel 1 and the liquid containing tray 3 are rapidly increased, the temperature of the panel 1 or the liquid containing tray 3 is detected by the temperature sensor 4, the control board determines whether to close the electromagnetic valve for controlling air intake according to the temperature of the panel 1 or the liquid containing tray 3 detected by the temperature sensor 4, that is, when the temperature of the panel 1 or the liquid containing tray 3 detected by the temperature sensor 4 reaches or exceeds a preset value, the control board immediately closes the electromagnetic valve, so that the gas stove stops heating, thereby effectively achieving the purpose of preventing dry, the detection is quick and convenient; the temperature sensor 4 is arranged in the space formed by the panel 1 and the bottom shell 2, so that the temperature sensor 4 is prevented from being influenced by severe environment factors such as oil stains, the temperature sensor 4 is effectively protected, and the service life of the temperature sensor 4 is prolonged; in addition, because the temperature sensor 4 in the invention detects the temperature of the panel 1 or the liquid containing tray 3, the temperature sensor 4 does not need to be in direct contact with a pan, so that more kinds of pans such as a pan can be used on the gas stove.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 8, in the present embodiment, the sensing end 40 of the temperature sensor 4 is specifically attached to the inner surface 30 of the drip tray 3. That is, in the present embodiment, the temperature sensor 4 specifically detects the temperature of the liquid containing tray 3.
As shown with continued reference to fig. 1 and 2, in particular, a support 5 for supporting the temperature sensor 4 is also provided within the bottom case 2. Through set up support piece 5 in drain pan 2, support temperature sensor 4 through support piece 5 to temperature sensor 4's stability has been improved, makes temperature sensor 4 can effectively laminate with the internal surface of panel 1 or the internal surface 30 of flourishing liquid dish 3.
It should be noted that, in other implementation manners, the supporting element 5 may not be provided, for example, the temperature sensor 4 is directly adhered to the space between the panel 1 and the bottom case 2 through heat conductive silica gel, so long as it is ensured that the temperature sensor 4 can timely and accurately detect the temperature of the panel 1 or the liquid containing tray 3.
Preferably, the supporting member 5 may be an elastic supporting member, so that the temperature sensor 4 can be effectively attached to the inner surface of the panel 1 or the inner surface 30 of the liquid containing tray 3 under the elastic action of the elastic supporting member, the reliability of contact between the temperature sensor 4 and the panel 1 or the liquid containing tray 3 is further improved, the occurrence of the over-pressure condition between the temperature sensor 4 and the panel 1 or the liquid containing tray 3 can be prevented, and the temperature sensor 4, the panel 1 and the liquid containing tray 3 are effectively protected. Of course, the support 5 may be an inelastic support, and the temperature sensor 4 may be supported in the same manner.
The top end of the supporting member 5 is connected to one end of the temperature sensor 4 far away from the sensing end 40, and the bottom end of the supporting member 5 is fixed relative to the bottom case 2. Referring to fig. 2, the sensing end 40 of the temperature sensor 4 refers to the top end of the temperature sensor 4, and the end of the temperature sensor 4 far from the sensing end 40 refers to the bottom end of the temperature sensor 4. The tip of the support 5 may be fixedly connected to the end of the temperature sensor 4 away from the sensing end 40, or the tip of the support 5 may abut against the end of the temperature sensor 4 away from the sensing end 40.
Referring to fig. 1 or fig. 2, in the present embodiment, an end of the temperature sensor 4 away from the sensing end 40 has a positioning portion 41 capable of being engaged with the top end of the support 5. By arranging the positioning part 41 at one end of the temperature sensor 4 far away from the sensing end 40, the temperature sensor 4 can be effectively positioned by matching the positioning part 41 with the top end of the support 5, and the stability of the temperature sensor 4 is further improved.
In this embodiment, the positioning portion 41 is specifically a positioning column extending toward the bottom of the bottom case 2, and the supporting member 5 has a hollow structure into which the positioning column can be inserted. During assembly, the positioning column of the temperature sensor 4 is extended into the hollow structure of the support member 5, so that the positioning is convenient and reliable. Referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the supporting member 5 is embodied as a spring, and the spring is sleeved on the positioning column. The temperature sensor 4 is effectively supported by the spring, and the cost is low.
It should be noted that, in other embodiments, the supporting member 5 may also be configured as an elastic column or an elastic strip, so that the temperature sensor 4 is attached to the panel 1 or the inner surface 30 of the liquid containing tray 3 under the action of the elastic column or the elastic strip, and the effective support for the temperature sensor 4 can also be achieved. In this case, when the positioning portion 41 is disposed at the end of the temperature sensor 4 away from the sensing end 40, a positioning groove matching with the positioning post may be formed at the top of the supporting member 5, so that the positioning groove is formed in the above-mentioned hollow structure. During assembly, the positioning column of the temperature sensor 4 extends into the positioning groove of the support member 5, so that the positioning is convenient and reliable.
Furthermore, it is also possible that the positioning part 41 is a positioning groove on one end of the temperature sensor 4 away from the sensing end 40, into which the top end of the support part 5 can be inserted, for example, the top of the support part 5 has a positioning projection that can be inserted into the positioning groove, and the positioning of the temperature sensor 4 can also be realized.
Further, the support 5 is coupled to the bottom case 2 by a fastener 6. With reference to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, the fastening member 6 is a screw, a screw hole is formed on the bottom case 2, a head of the screw is located outside the bottom case 2, and a tail of the screw penetrates through the screw hole and enters the spring, so that the spring is fixed. That is to say, in this embodiment, carry out spacing fixed to the spring through the screw, inside the reference column of temperature sensor 4 bottom stretched into the spring simultaneously, it is very convenient to assemble, and further improved support piece 5 and temperature sensor 4's stability for can not drop, crooked when transportation or vibrations.
It should be noted that, in other implementation manners, the top end of the supporting member 5 (for example, a spring) may also be directly welded or clamped on the temperature sensor 4, the bottom end of the supporting member 5 (for example, a spring) is directly welded on the bottom case 2 or clamped on the bottom case 2, for example, a clamping groove is formed in the bottom wall of the bottom case 2, and the bottom end of the spring is directly clamped into the clamping groove.
Fig. 9 is a first flowchart of a temperature control method of a gas stove according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 1 to 9, the temperature control method of the gas range of the present embodiment includes:
s101: a first temperature value of the panel 1 or of the drip tray 3 detected by the temperature sensor 4 at a first moment is acquired.
Specifically, the temperature sensor 4 may detect the temperature of the panel 1 or the drip tray 3 in real time, or the temperature sensor 4 detects the temperature of the panel 1 or the drip tray 3 at preset time intervals. It should be noted that the preset time interval may be set according to actual requirements, for example, the temperature sensor 4 detects every 30S, and then the control board acquires the temperature value detected by the temperature sensor 4. For example, in the present embodiment, the temperature sensor 4 is specifically attached to the inner surface 30 of the liquid containing tray 3, and what the temperature sensor 4 specifically detects is the temperature of the liquid containing tray 3, that is, the temperature collected by the control board is the temperature of the liquid containing tray 3.
S102: whether to close the electromagnetic valve for controlling the intake air is determined according to the first temperature value.
Optionally, the control board collects a first temperature value of the panel 1 or the liquid containing tray 3 detected by the temperature sensor 4 at a first time, and if the first temperature value is greater than or equal to a preset threshold, the control board directly controls the electromagnetic valve to close. If the first temperature value is smaller than the preset threshold value, the temperature sensor 4 continues to detect. It should be noted that the preset threshold may be set according to actual conditions. For example, when the pot on the gas stove is not dried, the temperature of the panel 1 or the liquid containing tray 3 does not exceed 200 ℃, if the temperature value detected by the temperature sensor 4 collected by the control board at the moment exceeds 200 ℃, the fact that the pot on the gas stove is dried is meant, and at the moment, the control board immediately sends an indicating signal to the valve body, so that the valve body closes the electromagnetic valve. The electromagnetic valve is a valve for controlling air intake, and the electromagnetic valve can be specifically arranged in the valve body. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the solenoid valve will shut off to stop the gas inlet and the gas burner will shut off to stop heating.
Fig. 10 is a second flowchart of a temperature control method of a gas stove according to an embodiment of the present invention. Referring to fig. 10, the present embodiment provides another temperature control method of a gas range, including:
s201: the method comprises the steps of collecting a first temperature value of a panel or a liquid containing disc detected by a temperature sensor at a first moment.
Specifically, this step is the same as step S101 described above, and will not be described in detail here.
Optionally, step S102 includes the following steps:
s202: whether the control board receives the first temperature value.
Specifically, the control board collects a first temperature value detected by the temperature sensor 4, if the control board does not receive the first temperature value, step S203 is executed, and if the control board receives the first temperature value, step S204 is executed.
S203: the buzzer alarms.
Wherein, be provided with bee calling organ in the drain pan 2, bee calling organ is connected with the control panel electricity, if the control panel does not receive temperature data, makes bee calling organ send out the police dispatch newspaper sound to give out the suggestion to the user. The specific location of the buzzer is not limited in the present invention.
It should be noted that, in other implementation manners, the buzzer may be replaced by an indicator light, and when the control board does not receive the temperature data, the indicator light lights up or flashes, and may also perform an alarm function, and it is understood that the indicator light is generally disposed at a place where a user can see. Of course, a buzzer and an indicator lamp can be arranged at the same time, and if the control panel does not receive the temperature data, the buzzer sends out an alarm sound and the indicator lamp lights up or flickers.
S204: and judging whether the first temperature value is greater than a first preset threshold value.
If the control board receives the temperature data sent by the temperature sensor 4, the control board determines whether the received temperature is greater than a first preset threshold, for example, the first preset threshold is 180 ℃. If the temperature is greater than 180 ℃, executing step S205; if the temperature does not reach 180 ℃, the process returns to S201, and the temperature sensor 4 continues to detect the temperature of the panel 1 or the drip tray 3. It should be noted that 180 ℃ is only for convenience of description, and may be set according to actual conditions.
S205: and acquiring a second temperature value detected by the temperature sensor at a second moment, determining the temperature difference between the second temperature value and the first temperature value, and judging whether the temperature difference is greater than a preset temperature difference.
Specifically, if the control board determines that the temperature at the first time reaches a first preset threshold, a second temperature value detected at a second time is obtained, where the second time is any time after the first time. After the second temperature value is obtained, the temperature difference (i.e., temperature rise) between the second temperature value and the first temperature value is determined, and if the temperature difference is greater than the preset temperature difference, step S207 is executed. If the temperature difference is less than or equal to the predetermined temperature difference, step S206 is executed. For example, it is determined whether the temperature of the panel 1 or the liquid containing tray 3 is over 5K within 30S, and if the temperature is not over 5K within 30S, S206 is performed. It should be noted that the preset temperature difference is specifically set according to actual conditions.
And S206, judging whether the temperature value of the temperature sensor at the third moment is greater than a second preset threshold value.
Specifically, when the difference between the temperature detected at the second time and the temperature detected at the first time is less than or equal to the preset temperature difference, it is continuously determined whether the temperature value of the temperature sensor at the third time is greater than a second preset threshold, and it can be understood that the third time is any time after the second time. Because the pan is in the continuous heating, consequently, the second is predetermine the threshold and is greater than first predetermineeing the threshold.
For example, if the temperature of the panel 1 or the liquid containing tray 3 does not exceed 5K within 30S, the control board continues to determine whether the temperature reaches 220 ℃, and if not, the control board returns to S201, and the temperature sensor 4 continues to detect the temperature of the panel 1 or the liquid containing tray 3. If so, S207 is executed. It should be noted that the temperature of 220 ℃ is only for convenience of description, and can be specifically set according to actual conditions.
S207: the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be closed.
Specifically, the control panel sends an indication signal to the valve body, and the indication signal is used for controlling the electromagnetic valve to close. For example, if the temperature of the panel 1 or the liquid containing tray 3 exceeds 5K or reaches 220 ℃ within 30S, which means that the cooker on the gas stove is dry-burned, the control board immediately sends an indication signal to the valve body, so that the valve body closes the electromagnetic valve. The electromagnetic valve is a valve for controlling air intake, and the electromagnetic valve can be specifically arranged in the valve body. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the solenoid valve will shut off to stop the gas inlet and the gas burner will shut off to stop heating.
Optionally, the temperature control method further includes:
s208, judging whether the electromagnetic valve is closed or not;
s209, alarming by a buzzer;
and S210, stopping detecting the temperature.
Specifically, the control board further determines whether the electromagnetic valve is closed, and if not, S209 is executed to make the buzzer give an alarm to the user to remind the user to close the gas stove. If the solenoid valve is closed, S210 is executed and the temperature sensor 4 stops detecting.
According to the temperature control method of the gas stove, the first temperature value of the panel or the liquid containing disc detected by the temperature sensor at the first moment is collected, and the control panel determines whether to close the electromagnetic valve for controlling air inlet according to the collected temperature value, so that the purpose of dry burning prevention is effectively achieved, and the detection is rapid and convenient; moreover, the temperature sensor is arranged in the space formed by the panel and the bottom shell, so that the temperature sensor is prevented from being influenced by severe environmental factors such as oil stains and the like, and the service life of the temperature sensor is prolonged; in addition, the temperature sensor in the gas stove detects the temperature of the panel or the liquid containing plate, and the temperature sensor does not need to be in direct contact with a cooker, so that a plurality of types of cookers such as pans and the like can be used on the gas stove.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, and not to limit the same; while the invention has been described in detail and with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those skilled in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; and the modifications or the substitutions do not make the essence of the corresponding technical solutions depart from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
