本发明涉及一种新型保温外墙板,墙板包括底层,防潮层,中间层,保温层,装饰层,底层由以下成分按质量比组成:低热硅酸盐水泥12~25份,硅酸钙8~17份,玻化微珠16~30份,细砂45~65份,聚羧酸减水剂3~8份,三聚氰胺减水剂3~5份,粘结剂5~12份,水30~50份,聚丙烯纤维3~7份,脱硫石膏 8~15份,聚丙烯酰胺 1~3份,以及再分散性乳胶粉、羟丙基甲基纤维素和淀粉醚的组合物5~10份。该墙保温防水板抗压、抗折、防水和保温效果好。

本发明涉及保温建筑材料技术领域,特别是涉及一种外墙保温板。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对居住条件的改善的呼声也越来越高,因此极大的促进了建筑业的迅速发展。保温外墙板也逐渐进入大众的视野。目前,现有技术的建筑用保温外墙板保温效果差。
发明内容
本发明克服了上述缺点,提供了一种保温效果好、且具有防水功能的外墙保温防水板。
一种新型保温外墙板,包括底层,防潮层,中间层,保温层,装饰层,
所述底层由以下成分按质量比组成:低热硅酸盐水泥12~25份,硅酸钙8~17 份,玻化微珠16~30份,细砂45~65份,聚羧酸减水剂3~8份,三聚氰胺减水剂3~5份,粘结剂5~12份,水30~50份,聚丙烯纤维3~7份,脱硫石膏8~15 份,聚丙烯酰胺1~3份,以及再分散性乳胶粉、羟丙基甲基纤维素和淀粉醚的组合物5~10份;
所述防潮层由以下成分按质量比组成:水泥40~50份,方铅矿10~20份,伊利石粉5~10份,埃洛石粉5份,羟丙基瓜尔胶5份、碳酸锆3份,聚乙烯醇 2份,水15份;
所述中间层由以下成分按质量比组成:氯化镁60~70份,氧化镁70~80份,海泡石25~35份,炉渣粉10~30份,钢渣5份,石膏3份,硫酸钠3份、氟化钠2份,聚苯乙烯纤维1份,水50份;
所述保温层由以下成分按质量比组成:耐火阻燃无机材料20~30份,耐火阻燃型粘结剂10~15份,分散剂1.1~2份,偶联剂1.1~2份,增强剂0.5~1份,防水剂0.5~0.7份,增韧发泡剂1~1.5份,聚苯乙烯颗粒40~65份;
所述装饰层由以下成分按质量比组成:环氧树脂40~50份,沸石15~20份,固化剂5份,甘露聚糖3份,羟乙基纤维素2份。
上述外墙保温防水板,底层可以保证产品具有良好的抗压、抗折强度;防潮层可以提高新型保温外墙板防潮效果,同时可以减轻新型保温外墙板的质量,中间层可以有效保证以保证产品力学强度需要,保温层采用无机保温材料与有机保温材料复合,兼具无机材料耐火、隔热、阻燃及有机材料导热系数低的特性,在不改变聚苯乙烯导热系数的前提下即能提高复合保温材料的耐火阻燃性能,增加匀质保温板的抗拉强度和抗压强度。可以提高新型保温外墙板保温性能,装饰层的设置使得新型保温外墙板具有良好的耐蚀性性能。

防潮层由以下成分按质量比组成:水泥40~50份,方铅矿10~20份,伊利石粉5~10份,埃洛石粉5份,羟丙基瓜尔胶5份、碳酸锆3份,聚乙烯醇2份,水15份。例如,防潮层由以下成分按质量比组成:水泥40份,方铅矿10份,伊利石粉5份,埃洛石粉5份,羟丙基瓜尔胶5份、碳酸锆3份,聚乙烯醇2 份,水15份。又如,防潮层由以下成分按质量比组成:水泥50份,方铅矿20 份,伊利石粉10份,埃洛石粉5份,羟丙基瓜尔胶5份、碳酸锆3份,聚乙烯醇2份,水15份。又如,防潮层由以下成分按质量比组成:水泥45份,方铅矿15份,伊利石粉7份,埃洛石粉5份,羟丙基瓜尔胶5份、碳酸锆3份,聚乙烯醇2份,水15份。
中间层由以下成分按质量比组成:氯化镁60~70份,氧化镁70~80份,煤矸石15~20份,钢渣5份,石膏3份,硫酸钠3份、氟化钠2份,聚苯乙烯纤维1份,水50份。例如,中间层由以下成分按质量比组成:氯化镁60份,氧化镁70份,煤矸石15份,钢渣5份,石膏3份,硫酸钠3份、氟化钠2份,聚苯乙烯纤维1份,水50份。又如,中间层由以下成分按质量比组成:氯化镁70份,氧化镁80份,煤矸石20份,钢渣5份,石膏3份,硫酸钠3份、氟化钠2份,聚苯乙烯纤维1份,水50份。又如,中间层由以下成分按质量比组成:氯化镁65份,氧化镁75份,煤矸石17份,钢渣5份,石膏3份,硫酸钠3份、氟化钠2份,聚苯乙烯纤维1份,水50份。
保温层由以下成分按质量比组成:耐火阻燃无机材料20~30份,耐火阻燃型粘结剂10~15份,分散剂1.1~2份,偶联剂1.1~2份,增强剂0.5~1份,防水剂0.5~0.7份,增韧发泡剂1~1.5份,聚苯乙烯颗粒40~65份。例如,保温层由以下成分按质量比组成:耐火阻燃无机材料20份,耐火阻燃型粘结剂10份,分散剂1.1份,偶联剂1.1份,增强剂0.5份,防水剂0.5份,增韧发泡剂1~1.5 份,聚苯乙烯颗粒40份。又如,保温层由以下成分按质量比组成:耐火阻燃无机材料30份,耐火阻燃型粘结剂15份,分散剂12份,偶联剂12份,增强剂 01份,防水剂00.7份,增韧发泡剂1.5份,聚苯乙烯颗粒65份。又如,保温层由以下成分按质量比组成:耐火阻燃无机材料15份,耐火阻燃型粘结剂12份,分散剂15份,偶联剂15份,增强剂0.8份,防水剂0.6份,增韧发泡剂1.2份,聚苯乙烯颗粒52份。
装饰层由以下成分按质量比组成:环氧树脂40~50份,沸石15~20份,固化剂5份,甘露聚糖3份,羟乙基纤维素2份。例如,装饰层由以下成分按质量比组成:环氧树脂40份,沸石15份,固化剂5份,甘露聚糖3份,羟乙基纤维素2份。例如,装饰层由以下成分按质量比组成:环氧树脂50份,沸石20 份,固化剂5份,甘露聚糖3份,羟乙基纤维素2份。又如,装饰层由以下成分按质量比组成:环氧树脂45份,沸石17份,固化剂5份,甘露聚糖3份,羟乙基纤维素2份。
上述外墙保温防水板,底层可以保证产品具有良好的抗压、抗折强度;防潮层可以提高新型保温外墙板防潮效果,同时可以减轻新型保温外墙板的质量,中间层可以有效保证以保证产品力学强度需要,保温层采用无机保温材料与有机保温材料复合,兼具无机材料耐火、隔热、阻燃及有机材料导热系数低的特性,在不改变聚苯乙烯导热系数的前提下即能提高复合保温材料的耐火阻燃性能,增加匀质保温板的抗拉强度和抗压强度。可以提高新型保温外墙板保温性能,装饰层的设置使得新型保温外墙板具有良好的耐蚀性性能。

所述防潮层由以下成分按质量比组成:水泥40~50份,方铅矿10~20份,伊利石粉5~10份,埃洛石粉5份,羟丙基瓜尔胶5份、碳酸锆3份,聚乙烯醇2份,水15份;
所述中间层由以下成分按质量比组成:氯化镁60~70份,氧化镁70~80份,海泡石25~35份,炉渣粉10~30份,钢渣5份,石膏3份,硫酸钠3份、氟化钠2份,聚苯乙烯纤维1份,水50份;
