Abstract
本发明实施例公开了一种用于高速切削的新型切削液配方及其制备方法,其配方按照质量百分比计算,包括以下组分:石油磺酸钠13%、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚6.5%、氯化石蜡10%‑30%、环烷酸铅5%、三乙醇胺油酸皂2.5%、有机杀菌剂10%以及其余为高速机械油。本发明的有益效果是:本发明合成的浮化切削液,具有良好的润滑作用、防锈性、冷却性和抗泡性能,适用铝合金的高速加工,延缓刀具磨损,多数情况下对产品不产生化学作用,易清洗,长时间不使用不发臭。

技术领域
本发明涉及加工辅助液体技术领域,尤其涉及一种用于高速切削的新型切削液配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
切削液(cutting fluid,coolant)是一种用在金属切削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,切削液由多种超强功能助剂经科学复合配合而成。
有些切削液质量较差,润滑、防锈、冷却和防泡性能较差,一段时间不使用可能会散发恶臭,影响机床在高速切削时的效率,也可能会导致刀具过度磨损。因此,针对上述问题提出一种用于高速切削的新型切削液配方。
发明内容
本发明实施例公开了一种用于高速切削的新型切削液配方及其制备方法,用于解决现有的切削液质量较差,润滑、防锈、冷却和防泡性能较差,一段时间不使用可能会散发恶臭,影响机床在高速切削时的效率,也可能会导致刀具过度磨损的技术问题。
本发明实施例提供了一种用于高速切削的新型切削液配方,按照质量百分比计算,包括以下组分:
石油磺酸钠13%、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚6.5%、氯化石蜡10%-30%、环烷酸铅5%、三乙醇胺油酸皂2.5%、有机杀菌剂10%以及其余为高速机械油。

可选地,所述有机杀菌剂为一种取代苯类杀菌剂。
可选地,所述高速机械油又称高速锭子油,其是轻质机械油的一种,为一种粘度较低的润滑油。
本发明实施例提供了一种用于高速切削的新型切削液配方的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
首先放入高速机械油;
然后依次放入13%石油磺酸钠、6.5%聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚、10%-30%氯化石蜡、5%环烷酸铅、2.5%三乙醇胺油酸皂、10%有机杀菌剂,搅拌混合,得到切削液。
从以上技术方案可以看出,本发明实施例具有以下优点:
本实施例中的切削液,具有良好的润滑作用、防锈性、冷却性和抗泡性能,适用铝合金的高速加工,延缓刀具磨损,多数情况下对产品不产生化学作用,易清洗,长时间不使用不发臭。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于高速切削的新型切削液配方,其特征在于,按照质量百分比计算,包括以下组分:
石油磺酸钠13%、聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚6.5%、氯化石蜡10%-20%、环烷酸铅5%、三乙醇胺油酸皂2.5%、有机杀菌剂10%以及其余为高速机械油。

6.一种用于高速切削的新型切削液配方的制备方法,其特征在于,该方法包括以下步骤:
首先放入高速机械油;
然后依次放入13%石油磺酸钠、6.5%聚氧乙烯烷基酚醚、10%-30%氯化石蜡、5%环烷酸铅、2.5%三乙醇胺油酸皂、10%有机杀菌剂,搅拌混合,得到切削液。
