In order to fully perform high-temperature sterilization treatment on the pig manure, reduce environmental pollution and save treatment time, the invention provides the pig manure treatment device which has the advantages of simple structure, low cost, convenient use and obvious effect.
In order to realize the purpose of the invention, the invention adopts the following technical scheme: a pig manure treatment device is characterized by comprising a high-temperature sterilization device, a steam supply device and a waste gas absorption device, wherein a feed inlet is formed in the upper portion of the side face of the high-temperature sterilization device, an air inlet is formed in the lower portion of the side face of the high-temperature sterilization device, an air outlet is formed in the top of the high-temperature sterilization device, a discharge outlet is formed in the bottom of the high-temperature sterilization device, the steam supply device is connected with the air inlet through a pipeline, and the waste gas absorption device is connected with the air outlet;
the high-temperature sterilization device comprises a body and a stirring device, wherein a shaft seat a is arranged below the feeding hole, a shaft seat b is arranged at the side surface of the body opposite to the shaft seat a, and the stirring device penetrates through the shaft seat a and the shaft seat b and is arranged in the body;
the stirring device comprises a rotating shaft a and a rotating shaft b, the rotating shaft a is arranged in the shaft seat a, the rotating shaft b is arranged in the shaft seat b, the rotating shaft a and the rotating shaft b are coaxially arranged, one end of the rotating shaft a and one end of the rotating shaft b, which are outside the body, are connected with a driving device, a crank a is arranged on a neck a of the rotating shaft a, the crank b is arranged on a neck b of the rotating shaft b, which is inside the body, the crank a and the crank b are arranged in parallel, one end of the crank a, which is far away from the neck a, is provided with a through hole a, one end of the crank b, which is far away from the neck b, is provided with a through hole b, a connecting shaft is arranged between the crank a and the crank b, two ends of the connecting shaft are respectively arranged in the through hole a and the through hole b to form sliding fit connection, and the lower end face of the fixed block b is fixedly connected with a stirring rod.
The pressure safety valve is arranged at the top of the body, the liquid level monitor is arranged inside the body and connected with the controller.
The two ends of the crank a are arc-shaped, the middle of the crank a is rectangular, and the two ends of the crank b are arc-shaped, and the middle of the crank b is rectangular.
The fixed block a is square, and the fixed block b is hexagonal.
The feed inlet is provided with an electric valve a, the electric valve a is connected with the controller, the discharge outlet is provided with an electric valve b, and the electric valve b is connected with the controller.
The exhaust gas absorbing means is a water tank.
The two air inlets are oppositely arranged and are connected with the steam supply device through the branch air cylinder.
Two longitudinal air injection pipes are oppositely arranged in the high-temperature sterilization device, at least 4 steam nozzles are uniformly arranged on each air injection pipe, and the bottoms of the air injection pipes are connected with an air inlet.
The invention has the beneficial effects that: the device avoids environmental pollution caused by direct fermentation or stacking of the pig manure, and the stirring device performs 8-shaped stirring during stirring, in the prior art, only performs vertical stirring, the pig manure can be stirred vertically and horizontally by adopting the stirring device, the stirring is more uniform, the steam nozzle on the air injection pipe can perform multi-directional air injection heating on the pig manure, the pig manure and the steam nozzle interact with each other, the temperature of the pig manure can be uniformly and rapidly increased, the great difference of the temperature of the pig manure is avoided, the time required by temperature increase is reduced, the sterilization efficiency is improved, the cost is saved, and the economic benefit is improved.

The high-temperature sterilization device comprises a body 1 and a stirring device, wherein a shaft seat a24 is arranged below a feeding hole 4, a shaft seat b25 is arranged at the side position of the body 1 opposite to the shaft seat a24, and the stirring device penetrates through the shaft seat a24 and the shaft seat b25 and is arranged inside the body 1.
The stirring device comprises a rotating shaft a2 and a rotating shaft b3, the rotating shaft a2 is arranged in a shaft seat a24, the rotating shaft b 24 is arranged in a shaft seat b 24, the rotating shaft a24 and the rotating shaft b 24 are coaxially arranged, one end of the rotating shaft a24 and one end of the rotating shaft b 24 outside the body 1 are connected with a driving device, a neck a24 of the rotating shaft a24 inside the body 1 is provided with a crank a24, a neck b 24 of the rotating shaft b 24 inside the body 1 is provided with a crank b 24, the crank a24 and the crank b 24 are arranged in parallel, one end, away from the neck a24, of the crank a24 is provided with a through hole a24, one end, away from the neck b 24, of the crank b 24 is provided with a through hole b 24, a connecting shaft 16 is arranged between the crank a connecting shaft 16 and the crank b 24, two ends of the connecting shaft 16 are respectively arranged in the through hole a24 and the through hole b 24 to form a sliding fit.
The top of the body 1 is provided with a pressure safety valve 6, and when the pressure in the high-temperature sterilization device is too high, the pressure can be automatically released.

The fixed block a17 is square, and the fixed block b18 is hexagonal.
The feed inlet 4 is provided with an electric valve a, the electric valve a is connected with the controller, the discharge outlet 5 is provided with an electric valve b, the electric valve b is connected with the controller, the electric valve a is connected with the water pump through a pipeline, the water pump can pump the pig manure into the high-temperature sterilization device, and the controller can automatically control the opening and closing of the electric valve and the water pump.
The air inlet 7 is oppositely provided with two air inlets a7-1 and b7-2, and the air inlet 7 is connected with the steam supply device through the air cylinder 20.
Two longitudinal gas nozzles 21 are oppositely arranged in the high-temperature sterilization device, at least 4 steam nozzles are uniformly arranged on each gas nozzle 21, and the bottom of each gas nozzle 21 is connected with the gas inlet 7.
When the device is used, a water pump is started firstly, the pig manure is pumped into a high-temperature sterilization device through a feed inlet 4, a liquid level monitor 9 can monitor the amount of the pig manure in the body all the time, when a preset value is reached, a controller can automatically close the water pump and an electric valve a, then a steam supply device 11 and a stirring device are opened, high-temperature steam is conveyed into the high-temperature sterilization device body 1 through an air inlet, the pig manure in the body 1 is subjected to high-temperature sterilization and fermentation treatment, generated mixed gas enters a waste gas absorption device 10 to dissolve toxic and odorous waste gas such as ammonia gas, hydrogen sulfide and the like, after the stirring treatment is carried out for 30-60 minutes, an electric valve b of a discharge outlet 5 is opened, and the pretreated pig manure is discharged.
