The machine tool for drilling the center hole and turning the outer circle comprises a base 1, wherein a sliding rail 11 is arranged on the base 1, a fixed carriage 2 is arranged at one end of the sliding rail 11, a fixed cushion layer 21 is arranged at the lower part of the fixed carriage 2, a turning tool cutterhead 22 is arranged on the side surface of the fixed carriage 2, turning tools are arranged at the edge of the turning tool cutterhead 22, a short-handle turning tool 221 and a long-handle turning tool 222 are symmetrically arranged on the turning tool cutterhead 22, and a center drilling tool 223 is arranged in the middle; the slide rail 11 is provided with a clamp table 3 and a movable drilling machine 4, and the clamp table 3 is positioned between the fixed carriage 2 and the movable drilling machine 4.
The center drilling tool 223, the short-handle turning tool 211 and the long-handle turning tool 222 are arranged on the turning tool cutterhead 22 at the same time, so that the fixed carriage 2 can conduct the operations of sleeving and turning the outer circle and drilling the center hole at the same time, and different requirements of turning the outer circle can be met through the matching of the long-handle turning tool 222 and the short-handle turning tool 221, and the fixed carriage can be matched with the center drilling tool 223 better; according to the requirement, the turning tool and the drilling tool can be disassembled to adapt to different processing requirements.
The clamp table 3 comprises a clamp bottom plate 33, the clamp bottom plate 33 is connected with the slide rail 11 in a matched mode through a sliding shoe 331, two centering clamps 31 and a center clamp 32 are arranged on the clamp bottom plate 33, the center clamp 32 is located in the middle of the clamp bottom plate 33, and the centering clamps 31 are axially symmetrically arranged relative to the center clamp 32.

The side surface of the lateral receiving platform 325, which is deviated from the lateral supporting column 323, is provided with two movable clamping plates 326, and the movable clamping plates 326 are parallel to the vertical supporting seat 322; the movable clamping plate 326 is connected with a movable motor which is arranged in the lateral receiving platform 325; the upper end of the movable clamping plate 326 is lower than the upper end of the vertical support 322.
Through the arrangement of the center clamp 32, after the centering clamp 31 finishes crankshaft clamping, the center clamp 32 is matched with the centering clamp 31 to limit the placement angle of the crankshaft, so that the stability of the crankshaft is ensured to the greatest extent; by providing the movable clamping plate 326, the movement of the crankshaft can be limited in the radial direction, and the reliability of crankshaft fixation during processing can be ensured.
The lower part of the movable drilling machine 4 is provided with a drilling machine cushion layer, and the lathe tool cutter 22 and the central shaft of the central drilling tool 41 are positioned on the same straight line through the cooperation of the drilling machine cushion layer and the fixed cushion layer 21; a center drilling tool 41 is arranged on one side of the movable drilling machine 4 adjacent to the clamp table 3, and the center drilling tool is fixed on the center drilling tool 41 through symmetrically arranged screws; the end of the center drilling tool 41 is connected with a drilling tool motor 42 through a transmission component 43, and the drilling tool motor 42 is arranged at the upper part of the movable drilling machine 4.
The transmission assembly 43 comprises a transmission shaft 433 connected with the center drilling tool 42, the tail end of the transmission shaft 433 and the output shaft of the drilling tool motor 42 are respectively connected with a transmission wheel 431, and the two transmission wheels 431 are connected through a transmission belt 432; the transmission shaft 433 is connected with the movable drilling machine 4 through bearings which are respectively arranged at the front part and the rear part of the transmission shaft 433; end covers 44 are respectively arranged at the joints of the transmission shaft 433 and the side wall of the movable drilling machine 4.
The movable drilling machine 4 is matched with the fixed carriage 2, so that crankshafts can be machined from two ends at the same time, and further the machining efficiency is remarkably improved.
The following is a description of the operation of the present invention:
in the first step, the crankshaft is placed, the V-shaped clamping groove 314 is loosened by the rotary oil cylinder 316, the crankshaft is placed in the V-shaped clamping groove 314, and the crankshaft is positioned by the vertical supporting seat 322, the lateral supporting table 325 and the lateral supporting rod 324.
And secondly, automatically clamping, namely clamping the V-shaped clamping groove 314 through the rotary oil cylinder 316, and limiting the middle part of the crankshaft through the movable clamping plate 326.

And fourthly, machining the structural dimension of the right side, moving the clamp table 3 to the movable drilling machine 4, and performing excircle machining on the right side of the crankshaft through the center drilling tool 41.
And fifthly, taking the workpiece, moving the clamp table 3 to the middle position, loosening the V-shaped clamping groove 314, and ending the processing.
