In the existing wireless communication, with the continuous development of the mobile terminal technology, many User Equipments (UEs) have more than two subscriber identity cards, and after the UE is powered on, the two subscriber identity cards need to register to the network respectively. Currently, according to the third generation partnership project (3GPP) protocol, the general flow of UE power-on registration is shown in fig. 1 and includes:

On one hand, after a user crosses a region such as a national boundary, more than two user identification cards in the UE may be partially registered as a non-roaming network, and the other part is registered as a roaming network; alternatively, a local roaming network and a previous roaming network are registered, i.e. it may occur that different subscriber identity cards in the UE register with networks in different areas. This is because when the network in the area where the subscriber identity card is located has both the home network and the available roaming area network, or belongs to two roaming networks in different areas, the terminal searches the network registered last time according to the priority order of the roaming network systems. As a result, even if the location of the UE is already in the home network or the local roaming network, the UE registers the previous roaming network and does not re-search for the network for a long time, which results in a high roaming cost for the terminal to use the roaming network for a long time; if the registered roaming network is a third generation (3G) communication network, on the contrary, the fourth generation (4G) communication network where the roaming network is located cannot be registered, the internet surfing speed is very low, and the operations such as taxi taking and news reading cannot be performed, so that the user experience is influenced.
On the other hand, if the area where the UE is located is in the border between two cells, such as in the border between two countries, the network is unstable, and at this time, the network registration is easily interrupted, and when the process of searching and registering the network again after interruption, the UE is easily able to search and register to the previously registered network again, so that the UE does not search for the home network or a more suitable network.

By adopting the method, the user identification card in the roaming state can search and register the non-roaming network again, the time for finding the non-roaming network is greatly shortened, and the use of the roaming network by the user is reduced, so that high roaming cost is avoided, bad network environment is avoided, and user experience is improved.

the method comprises the following steps that User Equipment (UE) acquires respective roaming states of more than two user identification cards, wherein the respective roaming states of the user identification cards comprise: in a non-roaming state or in a roaming state; when the MCC stored in the subscriber identity card is consistent with the first mobile country code MCC of the registered network, the corresponding non-roaming state is realized; when the MCC stored in the subscriber identity card is inconsistent with the first MCC, the subscriber identity card is correspondingly in a roaming state;
when the roaming states of the more than two subscriber identity cards are inconsistent, the subscriber identity card in the non-roaming state sends the MCC of the network registered by the subscriber identity card to the subscriber identity card in the roaming state, and the subscriber identity card in the roaming state compares the MCC of the network registered by the subscriber identity card with the received MCC of the network registered by the subscriber identity card in the non-roaming state;
and when the comparison result of the MCC of the network registered by the user identification card in the roaming state and the MCC of the network registered by the received user identification card in the non-roaming state is inconsistent, the UE searches the network again according to a preset rule and registers the network to the searched network.

The method of claim 1, wherein after the UE re-searches for a network according to a preset rule and registers, the method further comprises: and the UE generates and stores the corresponding relation among the MCC of the UE registration network, the network type priority order corresponding to the MCC and the public land mobile network PLMN.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein after generating and storing the correspondence, the method further comprises:
and when the UE is interrupted with the registered network, selecting the network for registration according to the stored corresponding relation.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the MCCs stored in the two or more subscriber identity cards are identical.
5. An apparatus UE for registering a network based on multiple cards, the apparatus comprising: the system comprises an acquisition module, a sending module and a registration module; wherein the content of the first and second substances,
the acquiring module is configured to acquire respective roaming states of two or more subscriber identity cards, where the respective roaming states of the subscriber identity cards include: in a non-roaming state or in a roaming state; when the MCC stored in the subscriber identity card is consistent with the first mobile country code MCC of the registered network, the corresponding non-roaming state is realized; when the MCC stored in the subscriber identity card is inconsistent with the first MCC, the subscriber identity card is correspondingly in a roaming state;
the sending module is configured to send, by the subscriber identity card in the non-roaming state, the MCC of the network registered by the subscriber identity card to the subscriber identity card in the roaming state when the roaming states of the two or more subscriber identity cards are inconsistent, where the MCC of the network registered by the subscriber identity card in the roaming state is compared with the received MCC of the network registered by the subscriber identity card in the non-roaming state by the subscriber identity card in the roaming state;
the registration module is configured to, when the MCC of the network registered by the roaming subscriber identity card is not consistent with the MCC of the network registered by the received subscriber identity card in the non-roaming state, re-search the network by the UE according to a preset rule, and register the network to the searched network.
6. The apparatus of claim 5, further comprising a storage module configured to generate and store a mapping relationship between an MCC of the UE registration network, a network type priority order corresponding to the MCC, and a public land mobile network PLMN.
7. The device of claim 6, wherein the registration module is further configured to select a network for registration according to the stored correspondence when the UE and the registered network are disconnected.
8. The device of claim 5, wherein the registration module is further configured to store the MCC in the subscriber identity card.
