Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
In practical applications, a User often forgets to carry an electronic device (e.g., a smart phone), in the embodiment of the present invention, the electronic device that the User forgets to carry is referred to as a second electronic device, and it is assumed that a first Identification card (e.g., a SIM (Subscriber identity Module) card or a UIM (User identity Module) card is inserted into the second electronic device); in order to solve the problem that a first electronic device (in the embodiment of the present invention, an electronic device into which a first identification card is not inserted is referred to as a first electronic device) that a user currently has does not insert the first identification card, and the second electronic device is no longer around the user, the user cannot obtain the first identification card, but the user still wants to use the first identification card to contact other users.
As shown in fig. 1, a flowchart of a communication connection establishment method provided in an embodiment of the present invention is applied to a first electronic device, and the method includes:
step S101: establishing a connection channel with a server; the server stores first identity module information.
The first identity module information is information obtained and uploaded by the second electronic device equipped with the first identification card based on the first identification card.
The first identification card is a physical carrier of the first identity module information (in the following embodiments of the present invention, the first identification card is referred to as a physical card).
The first electronic device 11 may establish a connection channel with the server 12 through a WIreless hotspot, for example, WiFi (WIreless-Fidelity).
Step S102: receiving the first identity module information through the connection channel.
The user may input information for characterizing the first identification card in the first electronic device (assuming that the first identification card is an SIM card, the information for characterizing the first identification card may be a mobile phone number or an IMSI), and after establishing a connection channel with the server, the user may send the information for characterizing the first identification card to the server. The server 12 may transmit first identification module information corresponding to information for characterizing the first identification card to the first electronic device through the connection channel.
The first identity module information includes, but is not limited to, the following:
ICCID (integrated circuit card identification); IMSI (International Mobile Subscriber identity Number); kc (Ciphering key, encryption key); PLMN selector (Public Land Mobile Network cell selection); HPPL LMN (high Priority PLMN search period); sst (simple service table); SPN (Service Provider Name); ACC (Access control class); FPLMN (Forbidden PLMNs); loci (location information); phase (phase identification); ecc (emergency Call codes); kcgprs (gprs graphing keykcprs); locigprs (gprs location information); plmnwact (user controlled PLMNSelector with Access technology); OPLMNwAcT (operator controlled PLMN selector with Access technology); HPLMNwAcT (HPLMN Selector with Access technology).
Step S103: and sending a communication connection establishment request to a base station with a communication coverage range including the position of the first electronic equipment according to the information of the first identity identification module.
The process of the first electronic device sending a communication connection establishment request to the base station is a process of selecting a cell. For example, when a smart phone is powered on or enters a coverage area of a base station from a blind area, the smart phone will search all frequency points allowed by the PLMN and select a suitable cell to camp on, which is called "cell selection".
Step S104: and receiving an authentication request fed back by the base station and used for identifying whether the first identity recognition module is legal or not.
Step S105: sending the authentication request to the second electronic equipment through the server; so that the second electronic device responds to the authentication request based on the first identification card.
The second electronic device inserted with the physical first identification card may respond to the authentication request based on the first identification card.
Step S106: and obtaining an authentication result generated by the second electronic equipment according to the authentication request through the server.
Step S107: and sending the authentication result to the base station so as to determine to establish communication connection with the first electronic equipment when the base station determines that the first identification card is legal according to the authentication result.
And if the base station and the first electronic equipment successfully establish communication connection. The base station "thinks" that the first identification card is inserted into the first electronic equipment, and the first identification card is assumed to be an SIM card or a UIM card, and the first electronic equipment is a smart phone; if other users dial the mobile phone numbers corresponding to the first identification card, the base station can transfer the call to the first electronic equipment, and the first electronic equipment comprises the first identity identification module information, so that the users can check the communication contact ways of one or more persons stored in the first identification card through the first electronic equipment, and can also dial the calls or send short messages to other users through the first electronic equipment, and the mobile phone numbers corresponding to the first identification card are displayed in the electronic equipment of other users. And the user can also connect with a 2G network, a 3G network, a 4G network, a 5G network and the like through the first electronic equipment, and the traffic of the first identification card is consumed.
In the communication connection establishing method provided by the embodiment of the invention, a first electronic device establishes a connection channel with a server; the server stores the first identity module information borne by the first identification card, so that the first electronic equipment can obtain the first identity module information from the server; the first electronic device may send a communication connection establishment request to a nearby base station according to the first identity module information; the base station needs to authenticate the first identification card, but only the second electronic equipment inserted with the entity first identification card can respond to the authentication of the base station for seeking the right and generate a corresponding authentication result; therefore, the first electronic device needs to send the authentication request to the second electronic device through the server, and the second electronic device generates an authentication result based on the first identification card and feeds the authentication result back to the first electronic device through the server; and the first electronic equipment sends the authentication result to the base station, and if the base station determines that the first identification card is legal according to the authentication result, the base station determines to establish communication connection with the first electronic equipment, and at the moment, the user can communicate with other electronic equipment by using the first identity module information on the first electronic equipment.
In order to make the embodiment of the present invention more understood, a communication process between the first electronic device, the second electronic device, the server and the base station is described in detail below, and as shown in fig. 2, a signaling diagram of a communication connection establishment method provided by the embodiment of the present invention is shown.
In step S201, the first electronic device 11 establishes a connection channel with the server 12.
If the identification card of the entity is not inserted into the first electronic device 11, the first electronic device 11 may establish a connection channel with the server 12 through the wireless hotspot; if the third identification card of the entity is inserted into the first electronic device 11 (assuming that the first electronic device 11 is multi-card multi-standby), the first electronic device may establish a connection channel with the server 12 by using a 2G, 3G, 4G, or 5G network of the third identification card.
Step S202: the first electronic device 11 obtains information for characterizing the first identification card, and sends the information for characterizing the first identification card to the server 12 through the connection channel.
There are various methods for the first electronic device 11 to obtain the information for characterizing the first identification card, and the embodiments of the present invention provide, but are not limited to, the following:
the first method comprises the following steps: the first electronic device 11 detects whether an entity identification card is inserted into itself; when the entity identification card is not inserted, displaying an identification card information acquisition interface, wherein the identification card information acquisition interface is displayed with an input box for inputting information for representing the identification card; and acquiring information which is input in the input box by a user and used for representing the first identification card.
When the first electronic device is a smart phone, the information for representing the first identification card may be IMSI or a phone number; it will be appreciated that users are generally able to remember their mobile phone numbers, so the preferred information for characterizing the first identification card is the mobile phone number.
And the second method comprises the following steps: presetting a first key combination comprising one or more keys; when the first electronic equipment detects that the first key combination is touched and pressed, displaying an identification card information acquisition interface, wherein the identification card information acquisition interface is displayed with an input frame for inputting information for representing an identification card; and acquiring information which is input in the input box by a user and used for representing the first identification card.
Step S203: the server 12 obtains first identity module information corresponding to the information for representing the first identification card from the pre-stored identity module information corresponding to each information for representing the identification card, and sends the first identity module information to the first electronic device 11 through the connection channel.
The identity identification module information corresponding to the information which is prestored by the server and used for representing the identification card is uploaded by each electronic device.
For example, the second electronic device may obtain the first identity module information of the first identification card inserted by itself, and upload the first identity module information to the server.
The second electronic equipment can detect whether the information of the first identity identification module carried by the first identification card of the entity inserted by the second electronic equipment is uploaded to the server or not in the process of starting or normal operation.
Because a plurality of different identification cards can be inserted into the second electronic equipment, the second electronic equipment can record information which is used for representing the identification cards and corresponds to the uploaded information of the one or more identity module; and if the information corresponding to the first identification card and used for representing the first identification card is not in the recorded content of the second electronic equipment, the information is considered not to be uploaded. At this time, the first identity module information carried by the first identification card needs to be obtained and uploaded to the server 12.
Step S204: the first electronic device 11 sends a communication connection establishment request to the base station 13 whose communication coverage area includes the location of the first electronic device according to the first identity module information.
It can be understood that the operators of the first identification card are different, and the home networks thereof are different, for example, if the operators of the first identification card are connected, the home networks thereof are networks corresponding to base stations established by the connected operators; if the operator of the first identification card is telecommunication, the home network of the first identification card is a network corresponding to a base station established by the telecommunication operator; if the operator of the first identification card is mobile, the home network of the first identification card is a network corresponding to a base station established by the mobile operator. Preferably, when the first electronic device sends the communication connection request to the base station, the first electronic device preferably sends the communication connection request to a base station belonging to the same home network as the first identification card.
In summary, the sending the communication connection establishment request to the base station whose communication coverage includes the location of the electronic device according to the first identity module information includes:
searching a communication coverage area including a position of the first electronic equipment, wherein a home network belongs to a base station of the target home network; and sending a communication connection establishment request to the base station.
Step S205: the base station 13 sends an authentication request for identifying whether the first identification card corresponding to the first identity module information is legal or not to the first electronic device 11.
Step S206: the first electronic device 11 sends an authentication request to the server 12.
Step S207: the server 12 obtains communication identification information of a second electronic device corresponding to information representing the first identification card according to pre-stored communication identification information of the electronic device inserted with the entity identification card corresponding to each information representing the identification card; and sends an authentication request to the second electronic device 14 based on the communication identification information of the second electronic device.
The server may store the following information, and assume that the information used for representing the identification card is a mobile phone number, and for clarity, a table is taken as an example for description.
TABLE 1 information stored by the Server
The communication identification information of the electronic device inserted with the entity identification card may be only required to uniquely determine the electronic device, and for example, the communication identification information may be an IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) of the electronic device or a communication address (IP address and/or MAC address) of the electronic device.
If the IMEI of the electronic equipment is stored in the server, the communication address of the electronic equipment can be obtained through the IMEI of the electronic equipment.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the second electronic device and the server may be always in a connected state, so that before step S201, step S200 may further be included: the second electronic device 14 establishes a connection channel with the server 12.
Step S208: the second electronic device 14 responds to the authentication request based on the first identification card, generates an authentication result, and sends the authentication result to the first electronic device 11 through the server 12.
Step S209: the first electronic device 11 sends the authentication result to the base station 13.
Step S210: the base station 13 determines whether the first identification card corresponding to the first identity module information is legal or not according to the authentication result, and if so, determines to establish communication connection with the first electronic equipment; and if the communication connection is illegal, forbidding establishing the communication connection with the first electronic equipment (for example, ignoring the communication connection establishment request sent by the first electronic equipment).
It may preferably further include:
the base station 13 feeds back a result of whether the first identification card corresponding to the first identity module information is legal or not to the first electronic device.
It is understood that the electronic device may have a multi-card multi-standby function, and therefore the first electronic device may obtain one or more pieces of identification module information, and the process of obtaining the identification module information carried by each identification card in the first electronic device is the same as the above-mentioned communication connection establishment method.
It can be understood that, after the user no longer needs the first identity module information, the first identity module information in the first electronic device can be deleted to prevent the information of the user from being leaked.
There are various methods for detecting that the user no longer needs the first identity module information, and the embodiments of the present invention provide, but are not limited to, the following.
First, a second identification card (referred to as a second identification card here for distinguishing from the first identification card) is inserted into the first electronic device.
The first method is based on the following application scenarios: in the process of obtaining the first identity module information by the user using the first electronic equipment, the first electronic equipment does not insert any identification card.
The specific application scenario may be as follows: the user forgets to carry the second electronic equipment and borrows the first electronic equipment from friends or colleagues; the first electronic equipment is used for the user after the friend or the colleague pulls the second identification card of the first electronic equipment; when the user returns the first electronic equipment to the friend or the colleague, the friend or the colleague inserts the second identification card into the first electronic equipment again.
The specific method comprises the following steps: recognizing a second identification card; deleting the first identity module information;
here, recognizing the second identification card means recognizing a physical card of the second identification card.
This is true for single-card single-standby electronic devices, which can only insert one identification card at a time. But may of course also be applicable to multi-card multi-standby electronic devices.
Second, a second key combination of the first electronic device including one or more keys indicates deletion of the first identity module information.
Some electronic devices have multiple cards and multiple standby, such as dual cards and dual standby, so even if the first electronic device is inserted into the second identification card, it does not necessarily indicate that the user does not need the first identification module information. A second key combination including one or more keys may be preset; and deleting the first identity recognition module information when the second key combination is detected to be touched.
And thirdly, inputting information for representing the first identification card in a deleted identity recognition module information interface displayed by the first electronic equipment, and clicking to delete. The first electronic device identifies the module information with the first identity.
The first electronic device may be multi-card multi-standby, and the first electronic device may acquire the id module information corresponding to the plurality of identification cards, and does not know which one is to be deleted when deleting, so that a delete id module information interface may be displayed, so that a user may input information corresponding to the first id module information that the user needs to delete and used for representing the first identification card.
When the first electronic device is a single card and a single standby, the third method may also be used.
The three methods can also be used interactively, for example, when the first electronic device detects that the second key combination is touched, an identity module information deleting interface is displayed, and an input frame for inputting information for representing the identification card is displayed on the identity module information deleting interface, or information for representing the identification card corresponding to each piece of identity module information obtained in the first electronic device is displayed on the identity module information deleting interface; the method comprises the steps that first electronic equipment receives information which is input or selected by a user and used for representing a first identification card; and deleting the first identity module information corresponding to the information for representing the first identification card.
Fourthly, deleting the first identity module information when the connection channel with the server is disconnected.
It can be understood that, after the first electronic device successfully establishes the connection with the base station based on the first identity module information, the steps S103 to S107 need to be repeatedly executed instead of "once and for all", so that the first electronic device and the base station are always in a connected state.
In summary, the method further includes: periodically sending a communication connection establishment request to a base station of which the communication coverage area comprises the position of the first electronic equipment according to the information of the first identity identification module;
and periodically obtaining an authentication result generated by the second electronic equipment according to the authentication request through the server.
The embodiment of the invention also provides electronic equipment corresponding to the communication connection establishment method, and the embodiment of the electronic equipment and the embodiment of the communication connection establishment method can be referred to each other and are not described herein again.
As shown in fig. 3, a structural diagram of an electronic device provided in an embodiment of the present invention, the electronic device may include:
a communication interface 31, configured to enable the processor to perform communication interaction with the server, and enable the processor to perform communication interaction with the base station;
alternatively, the communication interface 31 may be an interface of a communication module, such as an interface of a GSM (Global System for mobile communication) module.
The processor 32 is configured to:
establishing a connection channel with a server; the server stores first identity module information, wherein the first identity module information is information obtained and uploaded by second electronic equipment provided with a first identification card based on the first identification card; receiving the first identity module information through the connection channel;

receiving an authentication request fed back by the base station through the communication interface and used for identifying whether a first identification card corresponding to the first identity module information is legal or not;
sending the authentication request to the second electronic equipment through the server; to cause the second electronic device to respond to the authentication request based on the first identification card;
obtaining an authentication result generated by the second electronic equipment according to the authentication request through the server;
and sending the authentication result to the base station through the communication interface so as to determine to establish communication connection with the first electronic equipment when the base station determines that the first identification card corresponding to the first identity module information is legal according to the authentication result.
The processor 32 may be a central processing unit CPU or an application specific Integrated circuit asic or one or more Integrated circuits configured to implement embodiments of the present invention.
Optionally, the electronic device may further include a communication bus 33, wherein the communication interface 31 and the processor 32 may perform communication interaction through the communication bus 33.
Optionally, the first identity module information includes a target home network of the first identity card, and when the processor sends a communication connection establishment request to a base station whose communication coverage includes a location of the electronic device according to the first identity module information, the processor is specifically configured to:
searching a communication coverage area including a position of the first electronic equipment, wherein a home network belongs to a base station of the target home network;
and sending a communication connection establishment request to the base station.
Optionally, the first identification card is a subscriber identity module SIM card, and the SIM card includes a mobile phone number; or, the first identification card is a User Identity Module (UIM) card, and the UIM card comprises a mobile phone number.
