The embodiment of the invention provides an interactive information display method, a flow diagram of which is shown in fig. 1, and the method specifically comprises the following steps:
s101: sending an information acquisition request triggered by a user, and receiving multiple groups of information returned in response to the information acquisition request;
s102: determining a corresponding feedback interaction rule based on the detected feedback operation of the user on any one piece of information in the displayed multiple groups of information;
s103: and displaying at least one piece of information, which is matched with the feedback interaction rule and is except for any one piece of information, in the plurality of groups of information.
In the embodiment of the invention, firstly, a client sends an information acquisition request triggered by a user to a server, the server responds to the information acquisition request after receiving the information acquisition request and sends a plurality of groups of information to the client, then, when the client detects the feedback operation of the user on any one piece of information in the displayed plurality of groups of information, the corresponding feedback interaction rule is determined based on the feedback operation, and finally, at least one piece of information, except the any piece of information, matched with the feedback interaction rule in the plurality of groups of information is displayed. In the invention, based on the feedback operation of the user on the display information, the feedback interaction rule corresponding to the feedback operation is determined, so that other information which is not displayed and is matched with the feedback interaction rule is displayed, therefore, the information is pertinently pushed to the user by effectively interacting with the user, and the problems that the interaction with the user cannot be directly carried out and the information is pertinently pushed to the user in the prior art are solved.
The following further explains the specific implementation of the above steps:
s101: sending an information acquisition request triggered by a user, and receiving multiple groups of information returned in response to the information acquisition request.
As shown in fig. 2, S101 specifically includes the following steps:
s1011: the server actively sends data pushing entry information to the client;
s1012: a user pushes an entrance information trigger information acquisition request aiming at the data on a client;
s1013: the client sends an information acquisition request triggered by a user to a server;
s1014: the server responds to the information acquisition request and returns a plurality of groups of information to the client.
Specifically, in S1011, the server actively issues data push entry information to the client, and the specific application scenario may be: after a user logs in an application showing information on a client, a server corresponding to the application actively issues data push entry information to the client, preferably, the server may issue the data push entry information to the client within a predetermined push time period, and the client shows the data push entry information, for example, it is assumed that a predetermined time period for sending the data push entry information is: the server can select any fixed time point to send data push entry information to the client in the three time periods of 8: 00-12: 59 in the morning, 13: 00-17: 59 in the afternoon and 18: 00-23: 59 in the evening.
The preset pushing time period can be a time period which is set by the server in advance, or can also be a time period which is set by the user according to the needs; the density of the data push entry information sent by the server may be sent only once in each predetermined time period, or may be sent multiple times in each predetermined time period, which is not specifically limited in the present invention.
The data push entry information in the present invention has many expressions, and the following exemplary expressions illustrate two expressions:
the first expression: as shown in fig. 3, the data push portal information is displayed on the client in the form of a card, and elements of the card display may include pictures and/or texts, as shown in fig. 3, the card display has pictures and texts, and the texts include a main title "morning" and a sub-title "happy peace of harassment" and recommend some news to you ". The main title and the sub-title displayed by the card in the invention are also various, for example, the main title is 'come a cup of coffee', and the corresponding sub-title is 'you drink, i chat with you for a while'; for another example, the main title is "time of afternoon tea", and the corresponding sub-title is "busy and idle and awake; and so on.
The second expression is as follows: as shown in fig. 4, the data push portal message may also be displayed on the client in the form of a short message, the elements displayed in the short message may also include pictures and/or texts, and a commonly used short message presentation form is shown in fig. 4, and specifically includes a head portrait picture and core texts, and so on.
In S1012, after the client displays the data push portal information, the user triggers an information obtaining request for the data push portal, where the information obtaining request is used to obtain multiple sets of information from the server, the multiple sets of information may be information such as entertainment news, political news, or weather forecast, the format of the information may be pictures, texts, and/or videos, and each set of information in the multiple sets of information may include one piece of information or multiple pieces of information.
Preferably, a plurality of pieces of information included in each of the plurality of pieces of information are associated with each other, where "associated" may refer to information having the same subject, for example, one piece of information is "eastern spring and evening: XXX self-carrying prop … … ", the information related to this information is" staring … … at 1 month and 20 days of the spring night of the starring network ", and the subject of both pieces of information is" spring night ".
As shown in fig. 3, when the data push entry information is displayed on the client in the form of a card, if the user wants to read the information, the user may trigger the information acquisition request by clicking or sliding the card; similarly, as shown in fig. 4, when the data push portal information is displayed on the client in the form of a short message, the user may also trigger an information acquisition request by clicking or sliding the short message, and so on.
In S1013, after the client detects an information acquisition request triggered by data push entry information sent by the user to the server, the client sends the information acquisition request to the server, and then the server responds to the information acquisition request and returns multiple sets of information to the client (S1014).
In S1014, the method for the server to return multiple sets of information in response to the information acquisition request may be: the information acquisition request comprises an information acquisition identifier, after the server receives the information acquisition request, a plurality of groups of information corresponding to the identifier are acquired from the stored information according to the information acquisition identifier in the information acquisition request, the plurality of groups of information are sent to the client, and the client stores the plurality of groups of information locally.
In practical applications, the sets of information sent by the server to the client according to the information acquisition request should be different, and therefore, the identifiers included in the information acquisition request sent by the client to the server should also be different. In a preferred mode, the identifier included in the information acquisition request is updated according to a preset period, and meanwhile, the sets of information corresponding to the identifier sent by the server to the client are also updated along with the update of the identifier, that is, the update periods of the sets of information are updated according to the update periods of the identifier; alternatively, the update period of the sets of information may be different from the identified update period, for example, the identified update period is updated every two hours, and the sets of information corresponding to the identifiers may be updated every hour, as long as it is ensured that the sets of information obtained by the client from the server at each time are different.
In addition, the number of sets of information sent by the client in response to the information acquisition request each time the client receives the information may be fixed, for example, 15 sets of information may be obtained by the client from the server each time, each set of information includes 7 pieces of associated information, and so on.
There are many ways for the server to select the fixed amount of information to send to the client, and one of the ways is exemplified here: first, hot information is periodically collected, a hot information base is established, for example, news ranked "TOP 100" on the current day is collected, the hot information base is established, then, a fixed amount of information ranked at the TOP is selected from the hot information base, after an information acquisition request sent by a client is received, a plurality of groups of information of the fixed amount are sent to the client, for example, the first 15 news are extracted from the "TOP 100" news and sent to the client.
S102: and determining a corresponding feedback interaction rule based on the detected feedback operation of the user on any one piece of information in the plurality of sets of presented information.
After the client stores the multiple sets of information sent by the server locally, any one of the multiple sets of information is presented, and in order to more clearly describe the present invention, the "any one of the information" presented herein is referred to as "the first information" in the following.
As shown in fig. 5, first, after a user triggers an information acquisition request for the data push portal, a user interaction interface is displayed at a client, as shown in fig. 5, the user interaction interface provided by the present invention is provided, for example, when the user clicks the card shown in fig. 3, the client switches to the user interaction interface shown in fig. 5; next, any one of the stored multiple sets of information (the first piece of information) is displayed on the interface, as shown in fig. 5, the displayed first piece of information is "happy holidays of big friends nationwide, and is good for saving the world, and the user checks the detailed content of the information by clicking or sliding the first piece of information.
A preferred method for presenting information is that before the user interaction interface presents the first piece of information, the client may issue a greeting to the user, as shown in fig. 5, before presenting the first piece of information, the greeting is presented: "Hi-am Hao, today 2016, 6 months, 13 days Friday, let I recommend you a good-things bar! ". The greeting provided by the invention has various expression forms, for example, the greeting can be 'hey, good in the morning, chat in a bar', 'good at night, tired in a bar, chat in a bar', and the like. The client may set different display contents for different users, for example, if a user uses an application of certain display information for the first time, after the client displays a user interaction interface corresponding to the application, a new guidance language is displayed, for example, the new guidance language is: "choose the following two options and chat me, i tell you something interesting, click the button if you like, click the right button if you do not like", etc.
After the first piece of information is displayed on the client, the user performs feedback operation on the first piece of information, and then determines a corresponding feedback interaction rule based on the feedback operation. The feedback operation executed by the user on the information in the invention specifically comprises positive feedback operation and negative feedback operation, the execution of the positive feedback operation by the user indicates that the user is interested in the displayed information, and the execution of the negative feedback operation by the user indicates that the user is not interested in the displayed information.
The feedback operation of the user on the presented first piece of information can include the following two forms:
in the first form, a user inputs feedback information, specifically, a text base is required to be established in advance at a client, the text base stores text information corresponding to positive feedback and text information corresponding to negative feedback, when the user inputs the feedback information on a user interaction interface, the feedback information is required to be compared with the text information stored in the text base, a feedback type corresponding to the feedback information is determined, and a corresponding feedback interaction rule is determined according to the feedback type.
There are many methods for comparing the feedback information input by the user with the text information stored in the text library by the client, one common method is to find the similarity between two text information, and there are also many methods for finding the similarity between two text information, for example, one method for finding the text similarity is: vectorizing the feedback information and the text information in the text library, then obtaining cosine values of included angles between vectors corresponding to the feedback information and vectors corresponding to the text information in the text library, finally comparing the cosine values of the included angles between the vectors corresponding to the feedback information and the vectors corresponding to the text information, finding out the text information in the text library corresponding to the maximum cosine value, and determining the feedback type corresponding to the feedback information according to the feedback type corresponding to the text information.
As shown in fig. 5, a user interaction interface shows that "happy holiday of big national friends is congratulated, and in order to save the information of good work in the world", the user inputs feedback information "come to a point" on the user interaction interface, the client compares the feedback information with text information in a text library, and if the text information corresponding to negative feedback in the text library has "please recommend other information", the similarity between the feedback information input by the user and the text information is found to be the maximum through calculation, so that the feedback type corresponding to the feedback information input by the user is determined to be negative feedback.
In the second form, a user selects a provided feedback option, specifically, the client establishes a mapping relationship between a feedback button and a positive feedback type and a negative feedback type in advance, and when the user selects a relevant button to trigger, the client determines the feedback type of the feedback operation of the user on the displayed information, and then determines a feedback interaction rule according to the feedback type. As shown in fig. 6, the user interaction interface displays the information that wuhan is flooded on a rainstorm road and a college pond is full of water and runs out, and displays a positive feedback button like and a negative feedback button dislike below the information, and the user can select to press the related buttons to feed back the information.
For the feedback operation performed by the first user, there are many feedback information input by the user on the interactive interface, and in order to better find text information with higher similarity to the dialog information input by the user in the text library, the text information stored in the text library should be as complete as possible, as shown in table 1 below, the text information corresponding to the positive feedback includes: "come again Bar! "," best understanding I! "," Bar Da! "," good praise! "," make recommendations! ", etc.; the negative feedback corresponds to text information: "what this is! "," can you click on another? "," surprise me! "," how this is done! "," is too bored with the bar! ", and the like.
For the feedback operation performed by the second user, the document information corresponding to the feedback button may include many kinds of document information besides "like" and "dislike", as shown in table 1 below: the corresponding file information of the positive feedback button is 'intention', and the corresponding file information of the negative feedback button is 'meaningless'; the file information corresponding to positive feedback is 'interesting', and the file information corresponding to negative feedback is 'boring'; the case information corresponding to positive feedback is 'good comment', the case information corresponding to negative feedback is 'bad comment', and the like.
TABLE 1
The two feedback operations executed by the user listed above are only exemplary, and in practical applications, there may be other feedback operations, for example, the client establishes a mapping relationship between the letter "Y" in the mobile phone keyboard (physical keyboard or virtual keyboard) and the positive feedback type, establishes a mapping relationship between the letter "N" in the mobile phone keyboard and the negative feedback type, and the user may press the letter "Y" or "N" in the mobile phone keyboard to perform positive and negative feedback on the information displayed on the user interaction interface, and so on.
The feedback interaction rules are also various, in practical application, the feedback interaction rules can be set by users, and the feedback interaction rules are not limited in detail.
In view of the above-mentioned "correlation between multiple pieces of information included in each of multiple pieces of information", the present invention provides a preferable expression form of "feedback interaction rule", specifically, after a client displays any piece of information in the multiple pieces of information, a user performs a positive feedback operation on the piece of information, and the feedback interaction rule corresponding to the positive feedback operation may be: displaying at least one piece of information which belongs to the same group with the displayed information and is not displayed; when the user performs a negative feedback operation on the piece of information, the feedback interaction rule corresponding to the negative feedback operation is: and displaying at least one piece of information which does not belong to the same group as the displayed information.
The feedback interaction rule further comprises: when the feedback operation of the user on any piece of information in the multiple groups of information is positive feedback operation and all pieces of information belonging to the same group with the piece of information are displayed, the corresponding feedback interaction rule is as follows: and displaying at least one piece of information which does not belong to the same group as the displayed information.
In order to more clearly describe the following S103, the process of presenting information in S103 is described in detail by taking the above listed "feedback interaction rule" as an example.
S103: and displaying at least one piece of information, which is matched with the feedback interaction rule and is except for any one piece of information, in the plurality of pieces of information.
And when the client determines the corresponding feedback interaction rule based on the feedback operation of the user on the displayed first piece of information, displaying at least one piece of information matched with the feedback interaction rule except the first piece of information.
