With continued reference to FIG. 2, a flow 200 of one embodiment of a method for presenting information in accordance with the present disclosure is shown. The method for presenting information comprises the following steps:
step 201, in response to detecting a feedback operation of a user for the currently displayed target information, determining information which is pre-stored and matched with the target information in a first display information set where the target information is located as useless information.
In the present embodiment, the information may refer to various types of information that can be presented. For example, information may refer to one or more of an image, text, audio, video, and so forth. The target information may refer to information currently presented.
Generally, an execution subject of the method for presenting information (such as the terminal apparatuses 101, 102, 103 shown in fig. 1) may present information to a user, and may detect various operations of the information presented thereto by the user.
In this embodiment, the feedback operation may be used to request that the presentation of the target information be closed. It should be appreciated that the feedback operation may be a variety of different user operations in different application scenarios. For example, the feedback operation may be a single-click operation for the target information, a double-click operation for the target information, a long-press operation for the target information, or the like.
Generally, a user requesting to close presentation of target information may characterize that the user is not interested in the currently presented target information.
In this embodiment, the first presentation information set may be stored locally in the execution main body in advance. The first presentation information set may be composed of the target information and other information for presentation to the user.
Alternatively, the first presentation information set may be acquired by the execution subject from another storage device, a database, or the like in advance.
Optionally, the first information set for presentation may be obtained in advance through the following steps: sending a first information acquisition request to a server; and receiving a first information set for display returned by the server according to the first information acquisition request.
The first information obtaining request may be used to request a server (e.g., the server 105 shown in fig. 1) to return information. The first information acquisition request may be triggered by various conditions according to different application requirements. For example, the execution main body may send the information acquisition request to the server even every preset time period. For another example, the execution main body may send the information acquisition request to the server when a user operation (such as a refresh operation, a sliding operation, or the like) for instructing sending of the information acquisition request is detected.
In this embodiment, each piece of information in the first information set for presentation may be sequentially matched with the target information to determine a matching result between each piece of information and the target information. It should be understood that different information matching methods may be used according to different application requirements.
Alternatively, a technician may set a specific matching method in advance according to actual application requirements.
Optionally, for the information in the first information set for presentation, a similarity between the information and the target information may be determined, and a size relationship between the similarity and a preset similarity threshold is compared to determine a matching result of the information, that is, whether the information matches the target information. Generally, if the similarity between the information and the target information is greater than a similarity threshold, the information and the target information may be considered to be matched. Conversely, if the similarity between the information and the target information is not greater than the similarity threshold, the information and the target information may be considered as not matching.
In this case, the similarity between the information in the first information set for presentation and the target information may be determined by using various conventional similarity calculation methods. It should be understood that different types of information may employ different similarity calculation methods.
Optionally, existing various clustering methods may be adopted to cluster the information in the first display information set to obtain a clustering result. Then, according to the clustering result, information belonging to the same group as the target information can be determined as information matching the target information.
Alternatively, the information in the first information set for presentation that matches the target information may be determined by: receiving feedback data submitted by a user through feedback operation; and determining the information matched with the target information in the first information set for display according to the feedback data.
Wherein the feedback data may be used to characterize a reason for the user to perform the feedback operation. I.e. the feedback data may be used to characterize the reason why the user requests to close the presentation of the target information. The feedback data may be submitted by a feedback operation of the user. It should be understood that the feedback operation of the user may be different under different application scenarios or application requirements, and the manner in which the user submits the feedback data through the feedback operation and the type of the feedback data may also be different.
By way of example, when the execution subject detects a feedback operation of the user, various user interface controls capable of performing an interactive operation may be presented to the user. At this point, the user may submit the feedback data through the user interface control.
For example, the user interface control may be a text box. At this time, the user can input the reason why he performs the feedback operation in the text box. At this time, the feedback data submitted by the user can be determined according to the content input by the user in the feedback text box. For example, the content input by the user may be directly regarded as the feedback data of the user, or the content input by the user may be subjected to preset processing (such as cleaning, keyword extraction, and the like) first, and a processing result obtained after the processing is used as the feedback data of the user.
As another example, a set of options may be provided to the user via a user interface control for selection by the user. Wherein, the content of each provided option can be preset by technicians according to the actual application requirements. As an example, the options may include the following: content dislike, matching picture dislike, repeated display, etc.
In some cases, for each option, feedback data corresponding to each option may be preset. At this time, after the user selects one of the options, it may be determined that the feedback data corresponding to the option selected by the user is the feedback data submitted by the user.
In this case, the information in the first presentation information set that matches the target information may be determined based on the feedback data. Due to different application scenarios, different types of feedback data can be set. Therefore, different methods of determining the information in the first information set for presentation that matches the target information may be used according to different types of feedback data.
In some optional implementations of the present embodiment, the feedback data may be used to indicate a target attribute of the target information. For example, when a feedback operation of the user is detected, a set of options respectively corresponding to the attributes in the target attribute set may be presented to the user for selection by the user. Wherein, the options may correspond to the attributes in the target attribute set one to one. At this time, the attribute corresponding to the option selected by the user is the target attribute.
At this time, the feedback data may characterize that the user requests to close the presentation of the target information because of the target attribute of the target information. In other words, the target attribute of the target information can be considered as a cause of the user's disinterest in the target information.
Optionally, based on the target attribute, clustering operation may be performed on the information in the first information set for presentation, so as to obtain a clustering result. Then, based on the clustering result, information grouped with the target information can be determined as information that matches the target information, i.e., useless information.
Optionally, at this time, the feedback data may be used to characterize that the user requests to close the presentation of the target information because of the target attribute of the target information. In other words, the target attribute of the target information can be considered as a cause of the user's disinterest in the target information.
In this case, the information in the first presentation information set that matches the target information may be determined according to the feedback data by: and aiming at the information in the first information set for display, in response to the fact that the similarity between the attribute value of the target attribute of the information and the attribute value of the target attribute of the target information is larger than a preset similarity threshold value, determining the information as the information matched with the target information.
Wherein, the similarity threshold can be set by a technician according to the actual application requirement. The attribute values of the target attributes corresponding to the respective pieces of information in the first presentation information set may be stored locally in the execution body in advance.
Alternatively, the execution body may store the attribute information set in advance. The attribute information set may be composed of attribute information of each piece of information in the first presentation information set. For the information in the first information set for display, the attribute information of the information may include attribute values of the information corresponding to the attributes in the preset attribute set, respectively. Of course, the preset attribute set may include the target attribute of the target information.
The execution subject may obtain the attribute information set from another storage device or a connected database in advance. The execution main body may also receive and store in advance an attribute information set returned by the server according to the first information acquisition request. At this time, the server may return the attribute information set corresponding to the first information set for presentation while returning the first information set for presentation according to the first information acquisition request.
When the feedback operation of the user is detected, and a group of options respectively corresponding to each attribute in the target attribute set is displayed to the user for the user to select, the target attribute set can be the preset attribute set, that is, the preset attribute set can be formed by the attributes respectively corresponding to each user option.
Since the object information also belongs to the first presentation information set, the attribute value of the object attribute of the object information can be acquired from the attribute information set. In this case, for information in the first presentation information set, an attribute value of the information corresponding to the target attribute may be acquired from the attribute information set. Similarity between the target information and the attribute values of the information corresponding to the target attributes, respectively, may then be determined by comparing the attribute values of the target attributes of the target information with the attribute values of the information corresponding to the target attributes. If the determined similarity is larger than a preset similarity threshold, the information can be determined to be the information matched with the target information, namely the information is determined to be useless information. If the determined similarity is not greater than the preset similarity threshold, it may be determined that the information is not information matching the target information, i.e., it is determined that the information is not useless information.
It is understood that the target information belongs to the first information set for presentation. Therefore, it is also necessary to determine the degree of matching between the target information and the target information. Two identical pieces of information must match. Therefore, the target information is necessarily useless information.
The execution main body can enable the whole process of determining the information matched with the target information in the first information set for display to be carried out off line by pre-storing the attribute information set, so that the response speed of the feedback operation of the user is further improved.
It will be appreciated that the information that can be seen by the user at each moment is limited, since the size of the display part of the terminal device presenting the information is usually limited. In other words, the number of messages that the execution body presents to the user at each moment is limited. Therefore, in general, when presenting information in one information set to a user, the execution body may present the information in the information set to the user in a certain order.
In the present disclosure, for convenience of describing different presentation information sets, each presentation information set is named as a first presentation information set and a second presentation information set. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that the terms "first" and "second" do not constitute a specific limitation on the set of information used for presentation.
Similarly, for convenience of describing different information acquisition requests, the respective information acquisition requests are named a first information acquisition request and a second information acquisition request, respectively. Those skilled in the art will appreciate that the terms "first" and "second" do not constitute a specific limitation on the information acquisition request.
Step 202, deleting useless information from the first information set for display to obtain an updated first information set for display.
In the present embodiment, as described above, since the user requests to close the presentation of the target information, it can be considered that the user is not interested in the target information. Based on this, it can be determined that the information matching the target information also belongs to information that is not of interest to the user. Therefore, the information matched with the target information can be deleted from the first information set for display, so that the execution main body is prevented from locally storing too much information which is not interesting to the user and displaying the information to the user, the feedback operation of the user is reduced, and the local storage space can be saved.
Step 203, displaying the updated information in the first display information set to the user.
In this embodiment, after the updated first information set for display is obtained, the display order of each piece of information in the updated first information set for display may be re-determined according to a preset algorithm, and then the pieces of information in the updated first information set for display may be displayed to the user according to the determined order.
With continued reference to fig. 3, fig. 3 is an exemplary application scenario 300 of the method for presenting information according to the present embodiment. In the application scenario of fig. 3, the presentation information set 302 is stored locally in the terminal 301, and the presentation information 01, the presentation information 02, and the presentation information 03 in the presentation information set 302 are currently presented to the user by the terminal 301.
For information that is not of interest to the user, the user may submit feedback by clicking the upper right corner of the information. As shown by reference numeral 303 in the figure, the user clicks the upper right corner of the presentation information 01 to perform feedback, and the terminal 301 presents a drop-down list 304 to the user. The user may select a reason for the feedback in the drop down list 304. As shown in the figure, the feedback reasons include the class dislike and the look. Each feedback reason may be preset to correspond to one attribute. For example, a class dislike may correspond to the property of a class. The attribute that may correspond to the number of impressions is seen.
As shown by reference numeral 305, the user selects a category that is not preferred for feedback. The terminal 301 may search the attribute values of the attributes of the categories corresponding to the pieces of information in the information set 302 for display, which are prestored. As indicated by reference numeral 306 in the figure, the presentation information set 302 includes presentation information 03 similar to the item "a" of the presentation information 01. Therefore, the presentation of the presentation information 01 and the presentation information 03 can be closed, and the presentation information 01 and the presentation information 03 can be deleted from the presentation information set 302 to obtain a new presentation information set 307.
The information in the new presentation information set 307 may then be presented to the user. As shown in 308, the information currently presented to the user is updated to the information for presentation 02, the information for presentation 04, and the information for presentation 05.
The method provided by the above embodiment of the present disclosure determines, from the information set for display, information that matches the information targeted by the feedback operation of the user as the useless information, and deletes the determined useless information from the information set for display, so as to update the information set for display that is displayed to the user, when detecting the feedback operation of the user on the information currently displayed, according to the feedback operation of the user in time, to implement an instant and efficient response to the feedback operation of the user, and avoid a situation that the user may still browse the information that matches the target information in the information set for display after performing the feedback operation, that is, the feedback operation of the user cannot be responded in time.
With further reference to FIG. 4, a flow 400 of yet another embodiment of a method for presenting information is shown. The process 400 of the method for presenting information includes the steps of:
step 401, sending a first information acquisition request to a server.
Step 402, receiving and storing the first information set for display and the attribute information set returned by the server according to the first information acquisition request.
And 403, in response to detecting the feedback operation of the user on the currently displayed target information, receiving feedback data submitted by the user through the feedback operation.
And step 404, determining useless information in the first information set for display according to the feedback data.
Step 405, deleting the useless information from the first information set for display, and obtaining an updated first information set for display.
Step 406, displaying the updated information in the first information set for display to the user.
The specific execution process of the steps 401 and 406 can refer to the related description in the corresponding embodiment of fig. 2, and will not be described herein again.
Step 407, sending the feedback data and the user identifier of the user to the server, so that the server stores the corresponding relationship between the feedback data and the user identifier.
In this embodiment, while the execution main body immediately processes the local first presentation information set according to the feedback operation of the user, the execution main body may also send feedback data submitted by the user and the user identifier of the user to the server. After receiving the feedback data and the user identifier, the server may correspondingly store the feedback data and the corresponding user identifier. The user identifier may be various information that can be used to identify the user. For example, the user identifier may be a user account number, a user mobile phone number, a terminal identifier, and the like.
And step 408, sending a second information acquisition request to the server.
In this embodiment, the second information obtaining request may be used to request the server to send information. The second information obtaining request may include the user identifier.
And step 409, receiving and storing a second information set for display returned by the server according to the second information acquisition request.
In this embodiment, after receiving the second information acquisition request, the server may determine the second information set for presentation by the following steps:
step one, feedback data corresponding to a user identifier is obtained.
In this step, the server stores the corresponding relationship between the user identifier and the feedback data. Therefore, the server can firstly search the feedback data submitted by the user history indicated by the user identifier according to the user identifier.
And step two, determining and deleting useless information in the candidate information set for display according to the feedback data to obtain a second information set for display.
In this step, the server may determine the garbage information in the candidate display information set according to the feedback data, delete the determined garbage information from the candidate display information set, and determine the candidate display information set obtained after deleting the garbage information as the second display information set.
The candidate information set for display can be determined by the server according to a preset processing algorithm. It should be understood that in different application scenarios, the server may set different processing algorithms to determine the candidate information set for presentation.
The useless information may be information that matches the target information, which is determined based on the feedback data. When the feedback data is used to indicate the target attribute of the target information, it is possible to determine whether or not the information in the candidate presentation information set is useless by comparing the similarity between the attribute value of the target attribute of the information in the candidate presentation information set and the attribute value of the target attribute of the target information with a similarity threshold.
At this time, for information in the candidate presentation information set, in response to determining that the similarity between the attribute value of the target attribute of the information and the attribute value of the target attribute of the target information is greater than the preset similarity threshold, the information may be determined to be useless information. In response to determining that the similarity of the attribute value of the target attribute of the information to the attribute value of the target attribute of the target information is not greater than a preset similarity threshold, it may be determined that the information is not garbage.
Optionally, the server returns the second information set for presentation according to the second information acquisition request, and simultaneously returns the attribute information set corresponding to the second information set for presentation to the execution main body. The attribute information set corresponding to the second presentation information set may be composed of attribute information of each piece of information in the second presentation information set. The attribute information of the information in the second information set for display may include attribute values of the information corresponding to the attributes in the preset attribute set.
Meanwhile, the execution main body can receive and store the second information set for display and the corresponding attribute information set returned by the server. Therefore, when the execution main body detects the feedback operation of the user again, the execution main body can quickly determine and delete the useless information in the second display information set according to the locally stored attribute information set, so that the instant response to the next feedback operation of the user is ensured.
Step 410, the information in the second information set for display is displayed to the user.
The process 400 of the method for displaying information in this embodiment may be implemented by processing, by the execution main body, the first locally pre-stored information set for display according to the feedback operation of the user to delete the useless information in the first information set for display, so as to implement an instant response to the feedback operation of the user, and at the same time, sending, to the server, the feedback data submitted by the user through the feedback operation, so that when the server receives the information acquisition request of the execution main body, the candidate information set for display may be processed according to the received feedback data to delete the useless information in the candidate information set for display, and the candidate information set for display from which the useless information is deleted may be pushed to the execution main body for the execution main body to display to the user, so as to ensure that the execution main body may not only respond to the feedback operation of the user offline in an instant manner, and can guarantee to show in the new information to the user on line also not conform to the information of user's feedback operation, avoid pushing useless information to the user to can avoid the traffic of server and the above-mentioned execution main part extravagant, help reducing the feedback operation number of times after the user moreover, promote the accurate propelling movement of information for the show.
