Abstract

本发明公开了一种使用安全的液氮存储罐,包括存储罐本体;存储罐本体主要是由内罐、外罐;真空腔、冷却区、注氮口、排氮口和压力表构成,内罐内部设置有升降装置,升降装置顶部固定连接有抵接板,内罐内部竖向设置有引流管,引流管上设置有单向阀,单向阀向下开启,内罐顶部侧边固定连接有收集罩,且收集罩与外罐之间为冷却区;冷却区内横向设置有螺旋管,装置本体顶部设置有压力表,压力表与冷却区连通。该液氮存储罐可有效检测存储罐内液氮气化后形成的压力,可有效对气化后的氮气进行制冷液化,液化后的氮气引流到内罐内,提高了存储罐的使用安全性,且该存储罐具有隔热功能,进一步提高了存储罐的安全性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及液氮生产加工装置,具体是一种使用安全的液氮存储罐。
背景技术
氮气在工业领域中应用比价广泛,且氮气的应用涉及到各行各业,氮气在工业生产应用中可取得较大程度的经济效益,带动了社会经济的发展提高了我国人们的生活水平。
氮气的生产加工以后,需要对氮气进行液化,液化后的氮气存储在液氮存储罐中,液氮存储罐便于氮气的运输保存,给氮气的生产加工以及客户使用提供了便利。
但是,现有的氮气存储罐结构简单,液氮通过注氮口出入到存储罐内后进行保存,现有的氮气存储罐通过钢瓶受压强的特点防止氮气气化后导致存储罐内压力较高,使用安全性能不强,存在一定的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种使用安全的液氮存储罐,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种使用安全的液氮存储罐,包括存储罐本体;所述存储罐本体包括内罐、外罐;真空腔、冷却区、注氮口、排氮口和压力表,所述存储罐本体内部设置有内罐,内罐外侧设置有外罐,外罐与内罐之间为真空腔,内罐内部设置有升降装置,内罐顶部为同心圆结构,升降装置顶部固定连接有抵接板,所述内罐内部竖向设置有引流管,引流管与内罐顶部上表面连通,且引流管底部延伸至内罐液面下方,引流管上设置有单向阀,单向阀向下开启,所述内罐顶部侧边固定连接有收集罩,收集罩顶部与外罐内壁固定连接,且收集罩与外罐之间为冷却区;所述冷却区内横向设置有螺旋管,所述装置本体顶部设置有压力表,压力表与冷却区连通。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述存储罐本体左侧侧壁上设置有注氮口,存储罐本体右侧侧壁底部设置有排氮口;所述注氮口与排氮口与内罐连通,且注氮口与排氮口上设置有阀门。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述抵接板的外径大于同心圆内心的内径且抵接板位于内罐上表面。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述升降装置包括伸缩杆和弹簧,弹簧套设在伸缩杆外侧且弹簧两端固定连接在内罐底部和抵接板上。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述螺旋管两端与外罐固定连接且延伸至外罐外侧,螺旋管两端分别为制冷液进口和制冷液出口。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:该液氮存储罐可有效检测存储罐内液氮气化后形成的压力,可有效对气化后的氮气进行制冷液化,液化后的氮气引流到内罐内,提高了存储罐的使用安全性,且该存储罐具有隔热功能,进一步提高了存储罐的安全性能。

下面结合具体实施方式对本发明的技术方案作进一步详细地说明。
请参阅图1,一种使用安全的液氮存储罐,包括存储罐本体1;所述存储罐本体1包括内罐2、外罐3;真空腔4、冷却区7、注氮口5、排氮口6和压力表16;所述存储罐本体1内部设置有内罐2,内罐2外侧设置有外罐3,外罐3与内罐2之间为真空腔4;所述存储罐本体1左侧侧壁上设置有注氮口5,存储罐本体1右侧侧壁底部设置有排氮口6;所述注氮口5与排氮口6与内罐2连通,且注氮口5与排氮口6上设置有阀门。
所述内罐2内部设置有升降装置11,内罐2顶部为同心圆结构,升降装置11顶部固定连接有抵接板12,抵接板12的外径大于同心圆内心的内径且抵接板12位于内罐2上表面,升降装置11包括伸缩杆和弹簧,弹簧套设在伸缩杆外侧且弹簧两端固定连接在内罐2底部和抵接板12上;所述内罐2内部竖向设置有引流管14,引流管14与内罐2顶部上表面连通,且引流管14底部延伸至内罐2液面下方,引流管14上设置有单向阀15,单向阀15向下开启。
所述内罐2顶部侧边固定连接有收集罩13,收集罩13顶部与外罐3内壁固定连接,且收集罩13与外罐3之间为冷却区7;所述冷却区7内横向设置有螺旋管8,螺旋管8两端与外罐3固定连接且延伸至外罐3外侧,螺旋管8两端分别为制冷液进口9和制冷液出口10;所述装置本体1顶部设置有压力表16,压力表16与冷却区7连通。
本发明的工作原理是:从注氮口5向内罐2内注入液氮,液氮存储在内罐2内,当液氮长时间保存以后,液氮中的一部分气化形成氮气,当内罐2内的氮气较多时,内罐2内的压力增大,升降装置11通过伸缩杆和弹簧作用将抵接板12顶起,氮气进入冷却区7内,压力表16显示冷却区7内的压力,制冷液从制冷液进口9注入,制冷液进入螺旋管8内以后将氮气冷凝液化形成液氮,液氮通过收集罩13收集以后通过引流管14上的单向阀15引流进内罐2内,内罐2与外罐3之间的真空腔4具有隔热功能,有效避免了内罐2受热导致氮气气化,大大提高了存储罐本体1的使用安全性能。

1.一种使用安全的液氮存储罐,包括存储罐本体(1);所述存储罐本体(1)包括内罐(2)、外罐(3)、真空腔(4)、冷却区(7)、注氮口(5)、排氮口(6)和压力表(16),其特征在于,所述存储罐本体(1)内部设置有内罐(2),内罐(2)外侧设置有外罐(3),外罐(3)与内罐(2)之间为真空腔(4),内罐(2)内部设置有升降装置(11),内罐(2)顶部为同心圆结构,升降装置(11)顶部固定连接有抵接板(12),所述内罐(2)内部竖向设置有引流管(14),引流管(14)与内罐(2)顶部上表面连通,且引流管(14)底部延伸至内罐(2)液面下方,引流管(14)上设置有单向阀(15),单向阀(15)向下开启,所述内罐(2)顶部侧边固定连接有收集罩(13),收集罩(13)顶部与外罐(3)内壁固定连接,且收集罩(13)与外罐(3)之间为冷却区(7);所述冷却区(7)内横向设置有螺旋管(8),所述装置本体(1)顶部设置有压力表(16),压力表(16)与冷却区(7)连通。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用安全的液氮存储罐,其特征在于,所述抵接板(12)的外径大于同心圆内心的内径且抵接板(12)位于内罐(2)上表面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种使用安全的液氮存储罐,其特征在于,所述升降装置(11)包括伸缩杆和弹簧,弹簧套设在伸缩杆外侧且弹簧两端固定连接在内罐(2)底部和抵接板(12)上。
