Abstract
本发明提供一种纺织品阻燃剂及其制备方法,通过十溴二苯衍生物与三氧化二锑和氧化锌的协同作用,大幅提升了阻燃性质,应用于所有纺织品赋予其优异的阻燃性能,可以通过英国BS‑5852:2006阻燃测试标准,使用过程中不释放甲醛、挥发性溶剂等有害物质,安全环保,具有广阔的市场前景。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及阻燃剂技术领域,特别提供一种纺织品阻燃剂及其制备方 法。
背景技术
随着现代化科学技术的发展、纺织工业的进步,纺织品种类不断增多, 其应用范围不断扩展延伸到人们生产、生活的各个方面。但纺织品材料一 般都易燃或可燃,容易引发火灾事故。据统计,世界上约20%以上的火灾事 故都是由纺织品燃烧引起或扩大的,尤其是住宅失火。因此,纺织品的阻 燃功能对消除火灾隐患,延缓火势蔓延,降低人民生命财产损失都极为重 要。近年来,世界各国纷纷开展纺织品阻燃技术方面的研究,并制定了相应的纺织品燃烧性能测试方法、阻燃制品标准和应用法规等。
从2009年以来,欧美市场对家具家佩领域阻燃纺织品(尤其是沙发、软 椅及带软垫的其它各种家具所有纺织品)需求增多。这类纺织品常用的是英 标BS-5852:2006测试标准。
BS-5852是比较严谨庞大的体系,内容非常繁杂,对家具和家饰材料(带 软垫)的阻燃测试有详细的规定,该法规适用于:室内和其它居所(包括篷车) 等私人用途的家具,例如沙发、床、儿童家具、坐垫,高脚椅、床垫(任何 尺寸)和枕头,户外私人用途家具(如花园/院子等户外家具),但其也适用 室内和其它居所(包括篷车)。B55852有许多版本,以BS-5852:2006为例, 适用于各类用做座椅织物的阻燃机织物、针织物、涂层产品、层压产品等,尤其是沙发座椅面料、衬里织物易燃性的测定。也可用于皮革、合成革等 家具用革的阻燃性能测试。
常规的溴锑系阻燃剂尽管阻燃效果很好,在垂直燃烧测试中容易达标, 但在BS-5852:2006要求的检测中却经常不合格。原因就在于溴锑系阻燃剂 往往是气相阻燃机理,虽然可以阻燃织物,但往往织物还是被烧开孔洞, 在测试过程中,持续20秒的丁烷火源可以通过烧开的孔洞进入织物后面的 海绵中,而测试用海绵是非阻燃的,一旦引燃多孔易燃的海绵,就很难再 将海绵火焰熄灭。对此,习惯于用美标和国标的垂直燃烧测试检验和开发 产品的国内产业界非常困惑头痛。不得不高价从美国诺誉或英国THOR公 司购买阻燃剂或阻燃涂层。针对现有技术的不足,需要开发一种能够通过 BS-5852:2006测试标准的阻燃剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种可通过英国 BS-5852:2006测试标准的耐烧穿测试纺织品阻燃剂及其制备方法。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案是,提供一种纺织品阻燃剂, 包括如下组分:水、分散剂、三氧化二锑、氧化锌、VAE乳液、十溴二苯 衍生物、丙烯酸乳液和水性增塑剂;按照重量百分数计,优选包括如下组 分:水15%~20%、分散剂0.3%、三氧化二锑2%~6%、氧化锌2%~6%、 VAE乳液40%~60%、十溴二苯衍生物20%~30%、丙烯酸乳液10%~30%、 水性增塑剂5%~10%。
所述的十溴二苯衍生物优选为十溴二苯醚或十溴二苯乙烷。
本发明通过十溴二苯醚等十溴二苯衍生物、三氧化二锑和氧化锌的协 同作用,通过十溴二苯醚或十溴二苯乙烷等作为主阻燃剂,并且使用三氧 化二锑和氧化锌协同十溴二苯乙烷实施阻燃,大幅提升了阻燃性能。此外 本发明,氧化锌还同时作为消烟剂,消除纺织材料在燃烧中产生的烟雾和 有害气体的化合物,通过特殊的化学作用,使本发明的阻燃剂在燃烧时的 生烟量降低50%~90%,具有消烟效率高,使用方便,热稳定性好、无毒 等特性。
所述分散剂可以为无机分散剂或有机分散剂;所述的无机分散剂选自 硅酸盐类(例如水玻璃)和碱金属磷酸盐类(例如三聚磷酸钠、六偏磷酸钠和 焦磷酸钠等),所述有机分散剂选自三乙基己基磷酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、甲 基戊醇、纤维素衍生物、聚丙烯酰胺、古尔胶、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯等。
所述VAE乳液是醋酸乙烯-乙烯共聚乳液的简称,是以醋酸乙烯和乙 烯单体为基本原料,加入乳化剂和引发剂通过高压乳液聚合方法共聚而成 的高分子乳液。VAE乳液具有永久的柔韧性。VAE乳液可以看作是聚醋酸 乙烯乳液的内增塑产品,由于它在聚醋酸乙烯分子中引入了乙烯分子链, 使乙酰基产生不连续性,增加了高分子链的旋转自由度,空间阻碍小,高 分子主链变得柔软,并且不会发生增塑剂迁移,保证了产品永久性柔软。 VAE乳液具有较好的耐酸碱性。VAE乳液在弱酸和弱碱存在条件下均能够 保持稳定性能,因此它不论与弱酸或弱碱混合都不会发生破乳现象,产品 应用范围较广。VAE乳液能够耐紫外线老化。由于VAE乳液是采用乙烯作 为共聚物的内增塑剂,使VAE聚合物具有内增塑性,增塑剂不会发生迁移, 从而避免了聚合物性能老化。因此,不仅是VAE乳液对紫外线有很好的稳 定性,就是VAE乳液成膜后同样也可保持这一特点。
所述丙烯酸乳液选自纯丙乳液、硅丙乳液、苯丙乳液、醋丙乳液中的 一种或多种组合。
所述的水性增稠剂为聚丙烯酸酯乳液、缔合型水性聚氨酯乳液中的一 种或其组合。
本发明的另一技术方案是提供上述纺织品用水性阻燃涂层的制备方法, 包括如下步骤:先在反应器中加入水和分散剂并搅拌均匀,然后加入十溴 二苯衍生物搅拌均匀,再加入三氧化二锑,搅匀后再加氧化锌,最后加VAE 乳液、丙烯酸乳液和水性增塑剂搅匀。
本发明通过十溴二苯醚等十溴二苯衍生物、三氧化二锑和氧化锌的协 同作用,大幅提升了阻燃性质,应用于所有纺织品赋予其优异的阻燃性能, 可以通过英国BS-5852:2006阻燃测试标准,使用过程中不释放甲醛、挥发 性溶剂等有害物质,安全环保,具有广阔的市场前景。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所 描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本 发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所 获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
[实施例1]
先在容器中加入水15份,加入分散剂(十二烷基硫酸钠)0.3份,搅 拌均匀后加入十溴二苯醚23份,搅拌均后再加入三氧化二锑5份,搅匀后 再加氧化锌3份,再加VAE乳液40份,丙烯酸乳液(苯丙乳液)10份, 水性增塑剂(缔合型水性聚氨酯乳液)3份搅匀。
[实施例2~3]
按照实施例1的制备方法,调整配方中各组分的含量,配方如表1所 示。

[实施例4]
对上述实施例1-3和对比例1-2中制备阻燃剂进行应用性能评价。选涤 纶作为基布,上浆量为80-100g/m2。测试经水压、剥离强度、拉伸断裂强 力、烟密度以及BS-5852:2006标准测试,结果如表2所示。

从上述实施例可以得出,十溴二苯醚与十溴二苯乙烷与三氧化二锑和 氧化锌具有协同作用,相比对比例大幅提升了阻燃性质能够通过 BS-5852:2006标准烧穿测试,剥离强度、抗静水压以及拉升断裂强力均得 到大幅提升,燃烧测试的烟密度得到降低。
以上是对本发明一种纺织品阻聚剂及其制备方法的详细阐述,用于帮 助理解本发明,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,任何未背 离本发明原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置 换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (7)
1.一种纺织品阻燃剂,包括如下组分:水、分散剂、三氧化二锑、氧化锌、VAE乳液、十溴二苯衍生物、丙烯酸乳液和水性增塑剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纺织品阻燃剂,其特征在于:所述阻燃剂按照重量百分数计,包括如下组分:水15%~20%、分散剂0.3%、三氧化二锑2%~6%、氧化锌2%~6%、VAE乳液40%~60%、十溴二苯衍生物20%~30%、丙烯酸乳液10%~30%、水性增塑剂5%~10%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的纺织品阻燃剂,其特征在于:所述的十溴二苯衍生物优选为十溴二苯醚或十溴二苯乙烷。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的纺织品阻燃剂,其特征在于:所述分散剂选自为无机分散剂或有机分散剂;所述的无机分散剂选自硅酸盐类和碱金属磷酸盐类,所述有机分散剂选自三乙基己基磷酸、十二烷基硫酸钠、甲基戊醇、纤维素衍生物、聚丙烯酰胺、古尔胶、脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯中一种或多种组合。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的纺织品阻燃剂,其特征在于:丙烯酸乳液选自纯丙乳液、硅丙乳液、苯丙乳液、醋丙乳液中的一种或多种组合。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的纺织品阻燃剂,其特征在于:所述的水性增稠剂为聚丙烯酸酯乳液、缔合型水性聚氨酯乳液中的一种或其组合。
7.一种根据权利要求1~6中任一项纺织品阻燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:先在反应器中加入水和分散剂并搅拌均匀,然后加入十溴二苯衍生物搅拌均匀,再加入三氧化二锑,搅匀后再加氧化锌,最后加VAE乳液、丙烯酸乳液和水性增塑剂搅匀。
