本发明涉及一种拉链咬合碳纤维缠绕复合材料结构件制备立体框架的方法,所述碳纤维缠绕复合材料结构件为连续碳纤维制备的蜂窝状复合材料管,蜂窝状复合材料管的蜂窝孔为连续碳纤维缠绕复合材料管,至少两根构成整体一束,相邻的缠绕管相互接触部位设有相互咬合的拉链齿,通过拉链齿咬合在一起,从而使相邻的缠绕管连接在一起,构成整体的蜂窝状复合材料管。采用本方法制备的立体框架质量轻、刚度高、安全性好,能够作为汽车、客车和座椅的骨架。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种拉链咬合碳纤维缠绕复合材料结构件制备立体框架的方法。
背景技术
随着现代技术的迅猛发展,对材料提出了较高的要求,碳纤维具有高强度、耐高温、耐腐蚀、耐疲劳、质量轻、能够承受很大拉力等显著高于钢、铝等的特性,属于典型的高性能纤维,相对于传统的金属材料具有压倒性的优势。碳纤维除单独使用作为绝热保温材料外,通常作为增强材料加入到树脂、金属、陶瓷、混凝土等材料中,构成碳纤维复合材料。碳纤维复合材料作为结构件使用时需要设计合理的复合材料受力结构和制备方法,才能充分发挥碳纤维能够承受很大拉力这一优点。
发明内容
碳纤维复合材料中碳纤维最大特点是能够承受很大的拉力,树脂承受压力,现有材料制成管状内部没有支撑,制成板状的话,由于板厚太小,产生力矩小,没有充分利用碳纤维能够承受很大拉力的优点,所以需要研究怎样充分发挥碳纤维承受拉力这一优点的方法。为此需要将碳纤维复合材料制成密度轻的产品,如果制成泡沫的话,由于连续纤维无法发泡,即使能够发泡,发泡后会对树脂的性能产生影响,失去原有性能,也不能承受很大拉力,因此怎样实现碳纤维复合材料作为结构件来承受很大拉力便成为了很大的难题。
本发明就是为了解决上述问题,提供一种拉链咬合碳纤维缠绕复合材料结构件制备立体框架的方法。
本发明采用以下技术方案:一种拉链咬合碳纤维缠绕复合材料结构件制备立体框架的方法,所述碳纤维缠绕复合材料结构件为连续碳纤维制备的蜂窝状复合材料管,蜂窝状复合材料管的蜂窝孔为连续碳纤维缠绕复合材料管,至少两根构成整体一束,相邻的缠绕管相互接触部位设有相互咬合的拉链齿,通过拉链齿咬合在一起,从而使相邻的缠绕管连接在一起,构成整体的蜂窝状复合材料管,制备立体框架的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)绘制所述的立体框架三维制图;
(2)根据立体框架的每个环状框架形状分别制作橡胶内胆,橡胶内胆为一个边断开的环状框架,断开的两端其中一端封闭,另一端设进出气通道,内胆断开的部位比环状框架长2.5cm;
(3)根据每个环状框架形状分别制作外模;
(4)选取与橡胶内胆匹配直径和长度的预浸碳纤维缠绕复合材料管;
(5)将复合材料管分别套在内胆上;
(6)将套在内胆的预浸复合材料管置入对应外模内,然后锁模;
(7)向内胆反复充放气体,使缠绕纤维之间产生稍许窜动,使缠绕复合材料管适合缠绕纹路的形状;
(8)向内胆加压加热使预浸缠绕复合材料管固化;
(9)分别制好所有一边断开的环状框架;
(10)将每个环状框架相互组合在一起;
(11)将每个断开的环状框架插接闭合。
所述步骤(10)中,相邻成为一束的环状框架上相互接触部位设有拉链齿,相邻成为一束的环状框架相互接触部位通过拉链齿咬合在一起。
碳纤维能够承受很大拉力,且不会变形,但是做成实心的话,不仅会浪费材料,增加重量,而且性能提高也不大,因此本发明根据管的粗细以及受力来设计,从而达到最优发挥碳纤维承受很大拉力这一性能;采用本方法制备的立体框架质量轻、刚度高、安全性好,能够作为汽车、客车和座椅的骨架。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述。
如图1~图4所示,一种拉链咬合碳纤维缠绕复合材料结构件制备立体框架的方法,所述碳纤维缠绕复合材料结构件为连续碳纤维制备的蜂窝状复合材料管,蜂窝状复合材料管的蜂窝孔为连续碳纤维缠绕复合材料管1,至少两根构成整体一束,纤维缠绕方法与高压钢丝胶管中钢丝的缠绕方法一样,相邻的缠绕管相互接触部位设有相互咬合的拉链齿2,通过拉链齿2咬合在一起,从而使相邻的缠绕管连接在一起,构成整体的蜂窝状复合材料管,制备立体框架的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)绘制所述的立体框架三维制图;
(2)根据立体框架的每个环状框架形状分别制作橡胶内胆,橡胶内胆为一个边断开的环状框架,断开的两端其中一端封闭,另一端设进出气通道,内胆断开的部位比环状框架长2.5cm;
(3)根据每个环状框架形状分别制作外模;
(4)选取与橡胶内胆匹配直径和长度的预浸碳纤维缠绕复合材料管;
(5)将复合材料管分别套在内胆上;
(6)将套在内胆的预浸复合材料管置入对应外模内,然后锁模;
(7)向内胆反复充放气体,使缠绕纤维之间产生稍许窜动,使缠绕复合材料管适合缠绕纹路的形状,消除纤维应力;
(8)向内胆加压加热使预浸缠绕复合材料管固化;
(9)分别制好所有一边断开的环状框架;
(10)将每个环状框架相互组合在一起;
(11)将每个断开的环状框架插接闭合。
所述步骤(10)中,相邻成为一束的环状框架上相互接触部位设有拉链齿,相邻成为一束的环状框架相互接触部位通过拉链齿咬合在一起。

Claims (2)

1.一种拉链咬合碳纤维缠绕复合材料结构件制备立体框架的方法,其特征在于:所述碳纤维缠绕复合材料结构件为连续碳纤维制备的蜂窝状复合材料管,蜂窝状复合材料管的蜂窝孔为连续碳纤维缠绕复合材料管,至少两根构成整体一束,相邻的缠绕管相互接触部位设有相互咬合的拉链齿,通过拉链齿咬合在一起,从而使相邻的缠绕管连接在一起,构成整体的蜂窝状复合材料管,制备立体框架的方法包括以下步骤:
(1)绘制所述的立体框架三维制图;
(2)根据立体框架的每个环状框架形状分别制作橡胶内胆,橡胶内胆为一个边断开的环状框架,断开的两端其中一端封闭,另一端设进出气通道,内胆断开的部位比环状框架长2.5cm;
(3)根据每个环状框架形状分别制作外模;
(4)选取与橡胶内胆匹配直径和长度的预浸碳纤维缠绕复合材料管;
(5)将复合材料管分别套在内胆上;
(6)将套在内胆的预浸复合材料管置入对应外模内,然后锁模;
(7)向内胆反复充放气体,使缠绕纤维之间产生稍许窜动,使缠绕复合材料管适合缠绕纹路的形状;
(8)向内胆加压加热使预浸缠绕复合材料管固化;
(9)分别制好所有一边断开的环状框架;
(10)将每个环状框架相互组合在一起;
(11)将每个断开的环状框架插接闭合。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拉链咬合碳纤维缠绕复合材料结构件制备立体框架的方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(10)中,相邻成为一束的环状框架上相互接触部位设有拉链齿,相邻成为一束的环状框架相互接触部位通过拉链齿咬合在一起。
