本发明涉及喷漆线增加喷涂防锈油的装置,储存箱的底部通过连接管与喷嘴的进油口连通,喷嘴通过固定支架进行固定,喷嘴的进气口与高压气源连通,在连接管上连接有控制阀。还包括工件传送带和工件红外检测器,工件传送带上设置有放置制动鼓的支撑架,支撑架在工件传送带上自转,在固定支架上设置有工件红外检测器,工件红外检测器与控制阀和高压气源的控制电机连接,通过工件红外检测器检测到有制动鼓时,控制高压气源和控制阀实现防绣油和高压气体的输送。本发明可以实现制动鼓生产线的喷防锈油的自动化作业,同时减少操作人员的工作,提升工作效率。

技术领域
本发明属于制动鼓加工技术领域,具体涉及一种喷漆线增加喷涂防锈油的装置。
背景技术
目前,随着生产数量的提升,机加生产线下转的零件逐渐增多,清洗线的防锈措施已不能满足零件需求,导致产品发往客户,局部出现锈蚀,引起了客户的抱怨,经申请人反复制作后,需在喷漆后增加喷涂防锈油装置,代替人工,实现自动化作业,因现有生产线上无该道工序,无设备可实现喷涂作业。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种喷漆线增加喷涂防锈油的装置。本发明可以实现制动鼓生产线的喷防锈油的自动化作业,同时减少操作人员的工作,提升工作效率。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种喷漆线增加喷涂防锈油的装置,它包括用于储存防锈油的储存箱、控制阀、高压气源、喷嘴、连接管、固定支架,储存箱的底部通过连接管与喷嘴的进油口连通,喷嘴通过固定支架进行固定,喷嘴的进气口与高压气源连通,在连接管上连接有控制阀。
进一步地,还包括工件传送带和工件红外检测器,工件传送带上设置有放置制动鼓的支撑架,支撑架在工件传送带上自转,在固定支架上设置有工件红外检测器,工件红外检测器与控制阀和高压气源的控制电机连接,通过工件红外检测器检测到有制动鼓时,控制高压气源和控制阀实现防绣油和高压气体的输送。
进一步地,所述喷嘴的喷头为一球面形结构,喷头上均匀设置有分布范围为60度的喷孔。
进一步地,所述的喷嘴为虹吸式喷嘴。
本发明与现有技术相比其有益效果是:本发明可实现喷防锈油的自动化作业。本发明可以减少操作人员的工作,提升工作效率。使用本发明的装置后每班减少一个人员的工资,按每人每月2500元计,每天2人,合计每年可节省,2500元/月X 2人/天X 12月=60000元。本发明的的装置喷涂均匀,质量稳定,节省防锈油。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种喷漆线增加喷涂防锈油的装置,它包括用于储存防锈油的储存箱1、控制阀2、高压气源3、喷嘴4、连接管5、固定支架6、工件传送带7和工件红外检测器8,储存箱1的底部通过连接管5与喷嘴4的进油口连通,喷嘴4通过固定支架6进行固定,喷嘴4的进气口与高压气源3连通,在连接管5上连接有控制阀2。
本发明中工件传送带7上设置有放置制动鼓的支撑架9,支撑架9在工件传送带7上自转,在固定支架6上设置有工件红外检测器8,工件红外检测器8与控制阀2和高压气源3的控制电机连接,通过工件红外检测器8检测到有制动鼓时,控制高压气源3和控制阀2实现防绣油和高压气体的输送。所述喷嘴4的喷头为一球面形结构,喷头上均匀设置有分布范围为60度的喷孔。所述的喷嘴为虹吸式喷嘴。

1.喷漆线增加喷涂防锈油的装置,它包括用于储存防锈油的储存箱、控制阀、高压气源、喷嘴、连接管、固定支架,其特征在于,储存箱的底部通过连接管与喷嘴的进油口连通,喷嘴通过固定支架进行固定,喷嘴的进气口与高压气源连通,在连接管上连接有控制阀。
2.根据权利要求1所述的喷漆线增加喷涂防锈油的装置,其特征在于,还包括工件传送带和工件红外检测器,工件传送带上设置有放置制动鼓的支撑架,支撑架在工件传送带上自转,在固定支架上设置有工件红外检测器,工件红外检测器与控制阀和高压气源的控制电机连接,通过工件红外检测器检测到有制动鼓时,控制高压气源和控制阀实现防绣油和高压气体的输送。
3.根据权利要求1所述的喷漆线增加喷涂防锈油的装置,其特征在于,所述喷嘴的喷头为一球面形结构,喷头上均匀设置有分布范围为60度的喷孔。
