Abstract
The invention discloses a discontinuous shielding tape for a data communication cable and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein the shielding tape comprises a first tape layer, a metal layer is arranged at the top of the first tape layer, the width of the metal layer is smaller than that of the first tape layer, a plurality of score lines are arranged at the top of the metal layer at equal intervals, the metal layer is divided into a plurality of independent metal elements through the score lines, a part, extending out of one side of the first tape layer, of the metal layer corresponding to the metal layer is arranged as a blank area, glue is filled at the joint of the bottom of the metal layer and the top of the first tape layer, the length of the metal layer is the same as that of the first tape layer, and the blank area of the first tape layer is used for preventing the metal layer from being short-circuited. The invention is economical and practical, and the blank area on the first belt layer is not scored in the process of scoring the metal layer, so that the shielding adhesive tape is not broken in the process of stretching, and the shielding adhesive tape has better integrity.

Preferably, the joint between the bottom of the metal layer and the top of the first belt layer is filled with glue, and the length of the metal layer is the same as that of the first belt layer.
Preferably, the empty region of the first tape layer is used to prevent the metal layer from being shorted.
Preferably, the first tape layer is made of a polyester material.
The invention also provides a manufacturing method of the discontinuous shielding tape for the data communication cable, which comprises the following steps:
s1: two clamping devices which are symmetrically arranged are prepared, each clamping device is provided with a driving device, and the two driving devices are controlled by a control device through a synchronous module;
s2: the first belt layer is clamped between the two symmetrical clamping devices in the step S1, glue is smeared on the top of the first belt layer through glue spreading equipment, and finally the metal layer is adhered on the top of the first belt layer;
s3: the top of the metal layer is scored by utilizing the scoring punch, then the two driving devices are synchronously started by the control device and the synchronous module, the two driving devices drive the corresponding clamping devices to move in position, the distance between the two clamping devices is increased, the two clamping devices tighten the first belt layer and the metal layer, the metal layer is divided into a plurality of metal elements, a scoring line is formed between the two adjacent metal elements, and the shielding adhesive tape is obtained.
Preferably, in the step S1, the clamping device is a clamping mechanical arm, and the two clamping devices are respectively used for clamping two sides of the first belt layer.
Preferably, in the step S1, the driving device is a driving motor, and the driving device is used for driving the clamping device to perform position movement.
Preferably, in the step S1, the synchronization module is configured to receive a control signal sent by the control device, and then the synchronization module performs synchronization control on the two driving devices according to the control signal sent by the control device.

Examples
Referring to fig. 1-3, the embodiment provides a discontinuous shielding tape for a data communication cable, which comprises a first tape layer 1, wherein a metal layer 2 is installed at the top of the first tape layer 1, the width of the metal layer 2 is smaller than that of the first tape layer 1, a plurality of score lines 3 are arranged at the top of the metal layer 2 at equal intervals, the metal layer 2 is divided into a plurality of independent metal elements 4 through the score lines 3, a part, corresponding to the metal layer 2, of one side of the first tape layer 1 is arranged to be a blank area, glue is filled at the joint between the bottom of the metal layer 2 and the top of the first tape layer 1, the length of the metal layer 2 is the same as that of the first tape layer 1, the blank area of the first tape layer 1 is used for preventing the metal layer 2 from being shorted, the first tape layer 1 is made of polyester material, and a part, corresponding to the metal layer 2, of one side of the first tape layer 1 extends out of the metal layer is arranged to be a blank area, so that the shielding tape is not broken in the stretching process, and further the shielding tape is better in the integrity, the whole shielding tape can not be broken in the process, and the blank area is not broken in the process of the first tape layer 1.
The embodiment also provides a manufacturing method of the discontinuous shielding tape for the data communication cable, which comprises the following steps:
s1: two clamping mechanical arms which are symmetrically arranged are prepared, each clamping mechanical arm is provided with a driving motor, and the two driving motors are synchronously controlled by a control device through a synchronous module;
s2: the first belt layer 1 is clamped between the two symmetrical clamping mechanical arms in the step S1, glue is smeared on the top of the first belt layer 1 through glue spreading equipment, and finally the metal layer 2 is bonded on the top of the first belt layer 1;
s3: the top of the metal layer 2 is scored by utilizing a scoring punch, then the two driving motors are synchronously started by a control device and a synchronous module, the two driving motors drive the corresponding clamping mechanical arms to move in position, the distance between the two clamping mechanical arms is increased, the two clamping mechanical arms tighten the first belt layer 1 and the metal layer 2, the metal layer 2 is divided into a plurality of metal elements 4, a scoring line 3 is formed between the two adjacent metal elements 4, and the shielding adhesive tape is obtained.

glue is filled at the joint of the bottom of the metal layer (2) and the top of the first belt layer (1), and the length of the metal layer (2) is the same as that of the first belt layer (1);
the blank area of the first belt layer (1) is used for preventing the metal layer (2) from being short-circuited.
2. A discontinuous shielding tape for a data communication cable according to claim 1, wherein said first tape layer (1) is made of a polyester material.
3. A method of manufacturing a discontinuous masking tape for a data communication cable, comprising the steps of:
s1: two clamping devices which are symmetrically arranged are prepared, each clamping device is provided with a driving device, and the two driving devices are controlled by a control device through a synchronous module;
s2: the first belt layer (1) is clamped between the two symmetrical clamping devices in the step S1, glue is smeared on the top of the first belt layer (1) through glue spreading equipment, and finally the metal layer (2) is bonded on the top of the first belt layer (1);
s3: the top of the metal layer (2) is scored by utilizing a scoring punch, then the two driving devices are synchronously started by a control device and a synchronous module, the two driving devices drive the corresponding clamping devices to move in position, the distance between the two clamping devices is increased, the two clamping devices tighten the first belt layer (1) and the metal layer (2), the metal layer (2) is divided into a plurality of metal elements (4), a scoring line (3) is formed between the two adjacent metal elements (4), and the shielding adhesive tape is obtained.
4. A method for manufacturing a discontinuous shielding tape for a data communication cable according to claim 3, wherein in S1, the clamping means is a clamping mechanical arm, and the two clamping means are respectively used for clamping both sides of the first tape layer (1).
5. A method for manufacturing a discontinuous shielding tape for a data communication cable according to claim 3, wherein in S1, the driving device is a driving motor, and the driving device is used for driving the clamping device to perform the position movement.
