音柱带有拾功能的提琴,提琴的音柱,中段的中间是空心的,在中段大头的一端,内部安装有拾音头;拾音头与中段之间有支架,中段上面有气孔。拾音头为动圈式拾音器。提琴的音柱被分为,中段、上段和下段,中段是大小头结构,一端是大头,一端是小头;大头一端为下段,小头一端为上段,小头的上端面与提琴的面板相接合,接合面与面板的弧度相匹配;大头的下端面与提琴的背板相接合,接合面与背板的弧度相匹配;上端面的支撑面积小于下端面的支撑面积。提琴共鸣箱内产生的声音信号穿过中段上面的气孔被的拾音头拾取。

技术领域
本发明涉及提琴的音柱,尤其是“音柱带有拾功能的提琴”,是一种有大小头的音柱,音柱能兼顾提琴的高低音,音柱还能让普通提琴变为电声提琴。
背景技术
大多数电声提琴是在琴码的下面安装了一个压电陶瓷拾音器,而压电陶瓷拾音器对低频音的响应效果非常差。声波也不是在共鸣箱内拾取,只是拾音器被弦压变形的信号,所以音质很差。还有在琴码内安装一个拾音器,琴码的安装空间非常小,且拾取的音也不是共鸣箱内的声音,所以音质也不好。一般小提琴高音的音质都较好,而高档小提琴的低音音质都明显优于中低档小提琴,这也就是说要让小提琴得到厚实的低音,在技术上是件很难的事。提琴的音柱是直立在琴体内部,靠近右边(高音)声孔,紧紧顶住面板与背板的一根小圆柱。音柱与低音梁一样是提琴构造上一个非常重要的部件。有人把低音梁比喻为提琴的心脏,那么音柱便是提琴的灵魂。因为音柱的作用除了支撑对抗琴马向面板的压力外,同时也担负着将面板的震动传递到背板的作用。它的位置向前后左右的任何小小移动,便可能改变整个琴的震动状态,也即是影响整个琴的音色。它的松紧程度、尺寸长短、直径大小、木纹疏密也一样无可避免的影响到琴的音色和音量。在提琴上,没有一样东西会比音柱更加吸引制琴者和演奏者去玩弄或调试。只要它的尺寸大小对,选料好,位置及松紧度正确,便会让这个提琴发出它的最好潜能。中国专利申请号:200520142853.5,“一种板壳式弦乐乐器用音柱”。其为圆柱形空心柱体侧壁上设置侧孔。这项专利申请提到的音柱与传统的音柱一样是圆柱形的,只是改为了空心的。对圆柱状的提琴音柱有人做过大量的实验,直径3毫米时高音明明亮但低音音质变差,直径9毫米时低音厚实但高音音质及音量变差;直径6毫米时高音及低音的音质综合性较好。一般来说,提琴的音柱的材料越硬,材料的直径越细,高音越明亮;材料软的直径大的低音的音质会好点。而优质的小提琴要求高音要明亮,低音要厚实,如何制作出兼顾两种需求的提琴音柱。传统的柱状结构的音柱,抗左右摆动的稳定性较差,低音声音较虚。
发明内容
为了完善提琴系列,本发明力图提供一种音柱带有拾功能的提琴,提琴的音柱,是一种有大小头的音柱,音柱能兼顾提琴的高低音,音柱还能让普通提琴变为电声提琴。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:音柱带有拾功能的提琴,提琴的音柱,中段的中间是空心的,在中段大头的一端,内部安装有拾音头;拾音头与中段之间有支架。中段上面有气孔。拾音头为动圈式拾音器。提琴的音柱被分为,中段、上段和下段,中段是大小头结构,一端是大头,一端是小头;大头一端为下段,小头一端为上段,小头的上端面与提琴的面板相接合,接合面与面板的弧度相匹配;大头的下端面与提琴的背板相接合,接合面与背板的弧度相匹配;上端面的支撑面积小于下端面的支撑面积。
音柱带有拾功能的提琴的工作方法,其特征是:来自提琴琴码的震动传到提琴的面板,面板将振动传递给音柱的上端面,上端面的支撑面积小,能使共鸣箱获得较好的高音;上端面的振动传到下端面,下端面在背板上的支撑面积大,且稳定性好,能使共鸣箱获得较厚实,稳重的低音音质;提琴共鸣箱内产生的声音信号穿过中段上面的气孔被拾音头拾取;音柱带有拾功能的提琴的安装方法,其一是在制作提琴时,面板与背板对粘的同时,安装提琴的音柱。其二是在背板上,在提琴的音柱的安装位置旁边,开一个直径大于提琴的音柱外径的孔,提琴的音柱从孔中安装进提琴的音箱内,再用盖板封住孔。
本发明的有益效果是,音柱带有拾功能的提琴,提琴的音柱是一种上小下大的结构,小头的上端面与提琴的面板相接合,保持提高提琴高音较好的特性;大头的下端面与提琴的背板相接合,提高提琴低音的厚实性。让提琴的音柱在整个音域范围内,能兼顾到高音明亮及低音厚实的音质。让提琴的低音更厚实,能提高提琴的档次。提琴共鸣箱内产生的声音信号穿过中段上面的气孔被的拾音头拾取,动圈式拾音器音频性能好,放置的位置又是共鸣箱中音柱的部位,高低音都能兼顾到,所以提琴音质比现有电声提琴的音质有较大的提高。

具体实施方式
在图中,音柱带有拾功能的提琴,提琴的音柱,中段1的中间是空心的,在中段1大头的一端,内部安装有拾音头8;拾音头8与中段1之间有支架7。中段1上面有气孔4。气孔4至少有二个,气孔4绕中段1的轴线均布;拾音头8的拾音面朝向小头,支架7用橡胶材料制作,能增加隔振的效果,减少提琴的音柱在振动时材料变形引起的杂音。拾音头8为动圈式拾音器。拾音头8通过导线送到扩音器,动圈式拾音器音频范围较宽,高低音能兼顾,声音的带有磁性,音质较好。提琴的音柱被分为,中段1、上段2和下段3,中段1是大小头结构,一端是大头,一端是小头;大头一端为下段3,小头一端为上段2,小头的上端面5与提琴的面板相接合,接合面与面板的弧度相匹配;大头的下端面6与提琴的背板相接合,接合面与背板的弧度相匹配;上端面5的支撑面积小于下端面6的支撑面积。上段2的材料的硬度大于等于下段3材料的硬度。中段是大小头结构,比传统的柱状结构的稳定性要好得多,低音发音显得坚实。本申请中提到的提琴,包括小提琴,中提琴,大提琴及低音提琴。
音柱带有拾功能的提琴的工作方法,其特征是:来自提琴琴码的震动传到提琴的面板,面板将振动传递给音柱的上端面5,上端面5的支撑面积小,能使共鸣箱获得较好的高音;上端面5的振动传到下端面6,下端面6在背板上的支撑面积大,且稳定性好,能使共鸣箱获得较厚实,稳重的低音音质;提琴共鸣箱内产生的声音信号穿过中段1上面的气孔4被拾音头8拾取;提琴的音柱的安装方法,其一是在制作提琴时,面板与背板对粘的同时,安装提琴的音柱。其二是在背板上,在提琴的音柱的安装位置旁边,开一个直径大于提琴的音柱外径的孔,提琴的音柱从孔中安装进提琴的音箱内,再用盖板封住孔。

1.音柱带有拾功能的提琴,其特征是:提琴的音柱,中段(1)的中间是空心的,在中段(1)大头的一端,内部安装有拾音头(8);中段(1)上面有气孔(4)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的音柱带有拾功能的提琴,其特征是:拾音头(8)与中段(1)之间有支架(7)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的音柱带有拾功能的提琴,其特征是:拾音头(8)为动圈式拾音头。
4.根据权利要求1所述的音柱带有拾功能的提琴,其特征是:提琴的音柱被分为,中段(1)、上段(2)和下段(3),中段(1)是大小头结构,一端是大头,一端是小头;大头一端为下段(3),小头一端为上段(2),小头的上端面(5)与提琴的面板相接合,接合面与面板的弧度相匹配;大头的下端面(6)与提琴的背板相接合,接合面与背板的弧度相匹配;上端面(5)的支撑面积小于下端面(6)的支撑面积。
