本发明涉及一种油密封煤气旋塞阀，属于旋塞阀的技术领域。
背景技术
阀门是煤气管网上的重要设备，它是用来启闭管道通路或调节管道介质流量的，传统的旋塞阀采用铁质的阀塞，容易出现锈化现象，从而不能及时的关闭阀门，导致煤气泄漏的事故发生，本油密封煤气旋塞阀通过优质润滑阀塞，保证了阀塞不会发生锈化现象，确保阀门的正常使用。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明所要解决铁质的阀塞，容易出现锈化现象的技术问题，本发明提供一种油密封煤气旋塞阀。
工艺方案：一种油密封煤气旋塞阀，包括储油箱、注油管、套筒、O型橡胶圈、阀塞、阀体、下支承调节螺钉、圆锥齿轮、蜗杆、蜗轮、手轮杆、手轮，所述阀体底部与下支撑调节螺钉连接，所述阀体内设有阀塞，所述阀塞与套筒连接，所述套筒通过O型橡胶圈储油箱连接，所述储油箱内设有出油管，所述套筒与蜗轮连接，所述蜗轮与蜗杆连接，所述蜗杆与圆锥齿轮连接，所述圆锥齿轮通过手轮杆与手轮连接。
进一步，所述注油管穿过套筒位于阀塞的上方。
进一步，所述套筒可以360°转动。
本发明过优质润滑阀塞，保证了阀塞不会发生锈化现象，确保阀门的正常使用。

如图1所示：一种油密封煤气旋塞阀，包括储油箱1、注油管2、套筒3、O型橡胶圈4、阀塞5、阀体6、下支承调节螺钉7、圆锥齿轮8、蜗杆9、蜗轮10、手轮杆11、手轮12，所述阀体6底部与下支撑调节螺钉7连接，所述阀体6内设有阀塞5，所述阀塞5与套筒3连接，所述套筒3通过O型橡胶圈4与储油箱1连接，所述储油箱1内设有出油管2，所述注油管2穿过套筒3位于阀塞5的上方，所述套筒3与蜗轮10连接，所述蜗轮10与蜗杆9连接，所述蜗杆9与圆锥齿轮8连接，所述圆锥齿轮8通过手轮杆11与手轮12连接。
本发明过优质润滑阀塞，保证了阀塞不会发生锈化现象，确保阀门的正常使用。
工作原理：圆锥齿轮带动蜗杆运动，蜗杆带动蜗轮运动，蜗轮带动套筒运动，套筒带动阀塞开合。
