本发明涉及一种密封型调心球轴承,其特征在于包括外圈、内圈、保持架及位于保持架中的2列钢球,所述内圈与所述外圈之间设置有用于密封住所述内圈与所述外圈之间间隙的2个密封圈,2个所述密封圈设置在2列所述钢球的外侧,一个所述密封圈的外侧设有防尘盖,所述防尘盖过盈配合套装在所述内圈上;另一个所述密封圈的外侧设有挡圈及止动圈,所述挡圈套装在所述内圈上。本发明结构简单紧凑,制造成本低,改善密封性能及防腐蚀性,延长轴承的使用寿命,减少更换频次,减少维护工作量,降低使用成本,提高生产效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承,尤其是涉及一种密封型调心球轴承。
背景技术
现有的双列密封型调心球轴承为密封圈型的单密封,密封效果和防腐蚀性能较差,对于使用工况较差的领域中,如印刷机领域等,使用时轴承寿命短,更换频繁,维护工作量大,增加了使用成本,降低生产效率。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述的问题,进行了研究改进,提供一种密封型调心球轴承,结构简单紧凑,制造成本低,改善密封性能及防腐蚀性能,延长轴承的使用寿命,减少更换频次,减少维护工作量,降低使用成本,提高生产效率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下的技术方案:
一种密封型调心球轴承,包括外圈、内圈、保持架及位于保持架中的2列钢球,所述内圈与所述外圈之间设置有用于密封住所述内圈与所述外圈之间间隙的2个密封圈,2个所述密封圈设置在2列所述钢球的外侧,一个所述密封圈的外侧设有防尘盖,所述防尘盖过盈配合套装在所述内圈上;另一个所述密封圈的外侧设有挡圈及止动圈,所述挡圈套装在所述内圈上。
进一步的:
所述内圈的一端设有延伸段,所述延伸段的外圆周面上铣有一平面并开设有螺纹孔,紧定螺钉螺纹连接所述螺纹孔,所述紧定螺钉上设有防松螺母。
所述外圈上设有径向的注油孔。
所述内圈内孔的一端设有加长倒角,所述加长倒角的角度在10°~15°之间。
所述外圈一端的外圆周面上设有止动环。
所述内圈表面镀有锌镍合金层。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明公开的一种密封型调心球轴承,结构简单紧凑,制造成本低,改善密封性能及防腐蚀性,延长轴承的使用寿命,减少更换频次,减少维护工作量,降低使用成本,提高生产效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作进一步详细的说明。
如图1所示,本发明包括外圈1、内圈2、保持架3及位于保持架3中的2列钢球4,内圈2与外圈1之间设置有用于密封住内圈2与外圈1之间间隙的2个密封圈8,2个密封圈8设置在2列钢球4的外侧,一个密封圈8的外侧设有防尘盖5,防尘盖5过盈配合套装在内圈2上;另一个密封圈8的外侧设有挡圈7及止动圈9,挡圈7套装在内圈2上。一侧的防尘盖5与别一侧的挡圈7及止动圈9用于防止外物浸入,改善轴承的密封效果,延长轴承的使用寿命,在使用工况较差的领域中,减少轴承更换频次,减少维护工作量,降低使用成本,提高生产效率。
内圈2的一端设有延伸段21,延伸段21突出于外圈1,延伸段21的外圆周面上铣有一平面22并开设有螺纹孔,紧定螺钉6螺纹连接螺纹孔,紧定螺钉6上设有防松螺母11。紧定螺钉6用于固定内圈于相配轴上,防松螺母11用于防松。
外圈1上设有径向的注油孔12,注油孔12连通轴承座上的油孔,便于补充润滑脂,改善轴承的润滑状况,延长轴承的使用寿命。
内圈2内孔的一端设有加长倒角23,加长倒角23的角度在10°~15°之间,在本实施例中,加长倒角23的角度为15°,加长倒角23便于装配时轴承的导入。
外圈1的一端的外圆周面上设有止动环10,止动环10便于轴承的安装定位。
内圈2的表面镀有锌镍合金层,提高防锈性能,盐雾试验可达720小时,从而延长轴承的使用寿命。

1.一种密封型调心球轴承,其特征在于:包括外圈、内圈、保持架及位于保持架中的2列钢球,所述内圈与所述外圈之间设置有用于密封住所述内圈与所述外圈之间间隙的2个密封圈,2个所述密封圈设置在2列所述钢球的外侧,一个所述密封圈的外侧设有防尘盖,所述防尘盖过盈配合套装在所述内圈上;另一个所述密封圈的外侧设有挡圈及止动圈,所述挡圈套装在所述内圈上。
2.按照权利要求1所述的密封型调心球轴承,其特征在于:所述内圈的一端设有延伸段,所述延伸段的外圆周面上铣有一平面并开设有螺纹孔,紧定螺钉螺纹连接所述螺纹孔,所述紧定螺钉上设有防松螺母。
3.按照权利要求1所述的密封型调心球轴承,其特征在于:所述外圈上设有径向的注油孔。
4.按照权利要求1所述的密封型调心球轴承,其特征在于:所述内圈内孔的一端设有加长倒角,所述加长倒角的角度在10°~15°之间。
5.按照权利要求1所述的密封型调心球轴承,其特征在于:所述外圈一端的外圆周面上设有止动环。
6.按照权利要求1所述的密封型调心球轴承,其特征在于:所述内圈表面镀有锌镍合金层。
