The invention discloses a central shaft connecting device for a window, which comprises a connecting slide block, a central shaft connecting block and a plurality of fixing screws, wherein the connecting slide block is provided with a positioning threaded hole, the central shaft connecting block is provided with a through hole, the fixing screws are in threaded fit with the positioning threaded hole, the fixing screws are matched with the through hole, and the positioning threaded holes are multiple. Therefore, the connecting slide block is in sliding connection with the frame of the window, the middle shaft connecting block is fixedly connected with the middle shaft, and the middle shaft of the window can be connected with the connection. Through connecting slider and axis connecting block with set screw, set screw can insert different locating screw holes in order to realize the fixed connection of axis connecting block different positions, can with different specifications and the cooperation of window axis, the mounted position is nimble, simple to operate, installation processing cost is low.

Background
The existing central shaft connecting device for the window is characterized in that an integrally formed corner connector is clamped in and then expanded and fixed, the central shaft is spliced with the frame of the window, and then the central shaft is perforated. Therefore, the nut part of the rotary screw is matched with the open hole on the middle shaft, and the limit bolt can be inserted into the limit hole and the clamping groove part to fixedly connect the rotary screw with the middle shaft connecting block.
In some embodiments, the bottom bracket attachment device for a window further includes a lockscrew threadedly coupled to one side of the bottom bracket attachment block. Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 to 4 schematically show a center shaft coupling device for windows according to an embodiment of the present invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the center shaft connecting device for windows comprises a connecting slide block 1, a center shaft connecting block 2, a fixing screw 3, a rotating screw 4, a limit bolt 5 and a locking screw 6. Both sides of the connecting slide block 1 are provided with sliding grooves 11, and the connecting slide block 1 is in sliding connection with the frame of the window through the sliding grooves 11. The side of the middle shaft connecting block 2 is provided with a matching groove 25 matched with the middle shaft. The connecting slide block 1 and the middle shaft connecting block 2 are fixedly connected through a fixing screw 3, and a rotation screw 4 connects the middle shaft of the window with the middle shaft connecting block 2. Thus, the center shaft of the window is connected with the frame through the center shaft connecting device for the window.
The connecting slide block 1 is provided with positioning threaded holes 12, and the number of the positioning threaded holes 12 can be 2-3, preferably 3, in parallel. The middle shaft connecting block 2 is provided with a through hole, and the fixing screw 3 penetrates through the through hole and is in threaded fit with the positioning threaded hole 12. One end of the fixing screw 3 passes through the through hole on the middle shaft connecting block 2 and is screwed into the positioning threaded hole 12, so that the fixed connection between the connecting slide block 1 and the middle shaft connecting block 2 can be realized. The fixing screw 3 can be put into different positioning threaded holes 12 to realize the selection of the installation position, and can be matched with the installation of the middle shaft with different specification designs, so that the installation is convenient and quick.
The through hole comprises a clamping hole 21 and a positioning hole 22 which are communicated, the diameter of the clamping hole 21 is larger than that of the positioning hole 22, and the positioning hole 22 is in clearance fit with the fixing screw 3. After the fixing screw 3 passes through the clamping hole 21 and the positioning hole 22 and is in threaded connection with the positioning threaded hole 12, the end cap of the fixing screw 3 is positioned in the positioning hole 22.
One side of the positioning hole 22 is provided with a connecting hole 23, the connecting hole 23 penetrates through one side of the middle shaft connecting block 2 and is vertically communicated with the positioning hole 22, and the rotating screw 4 is matched with the connecting hole 23.
The turning screw 4 includes a nut portion 41, a shank portion 42, and a snap ring portion 43, which are integrally formed. The nut portion 41 is secured to one end of the threaded portion 42, and the nut portion 41 mates with an opening in a sidewall of one end of the bottom bracket. The retainer ring portion 43 is fixed to the middle portion of the screw portion 42, and a groove portion 44 is formed between the retainer ring portion 43 and the nut portion 41. The middle shaft connecting block 2 is provided with a limiting hole 24, the limiting hole 24 is parallel to and communicated with the clamping hole 21, and the limiting hole 24 is communicated with the edge of the connecting hole 23. The stopper pin 5 is engaged with the stopper hole 24 and engaged with the catching groove portion 44. The limiting holes 24 are arranged at two sides of the connecting hole 23, and the limiting bolts 5 are arranged at two sides and correspond to the limiting holes 24 one by one. By inserting the stopper bolts 5 at both sides of the turning screw 4, the turning screw 4 can be stably connected with the bottom bracket connecting block 2.
The lockscrew 6 is in threaded connection with one side of the middle shaft connecting block 2, one side of the middle shaft connecting block 2 is provided with a threaded connection position 26, and the lockscrew 6 is positioned in the threaded connection position 26. The screw connection site 26 may be provided on the opposite side to the connection hole 23. The lockscrew 6 is clamped between the middle shaft connecting block 2 and the middle shaft to prevent the middle shaft from loosening in the use process.

Center shaft connecting device for window, its characterized in that: the connecting device comprises a connecting slide block (1), a middle shaft connecting block (2), fixing screws (3), rotating screws (4) and limiting bolts (5), wherein the connecting slide block (1) is provided with positioning threaded holes (12), the middle shaft connecting block (2) is provided with through holes, the fixing screws (3) penetrate through the through holes and are in threaded fit with the positioning threaded holes (12), and the positioning threaded holes (12) are formed in multiple numbers;
the through hole comprises a clamping hole (21) and a positioning hole (22) which are communicated, the diameter of the clamping hole (21) is larger than that of the positioning hole (22), and the positioning hole (22) is in clearance fit with the fixing screw (3);
a connecting hole (23) is formed in one side of the positioning hole (22), the connecting hole (23) is perpendicular to the positioning hole (22) and penetrates through one side of the middle shaft connecting block (2), and the rotating screw (4) is matched with the connecting hole (23);
the rotary screw (4) comprises a nut part (41), a screw rod part (42) and a clamping ring part (43), wherein the nut part (41) is fixed at one end of the screw rod part (42), the clamping ring part (43) is fixed at the middle part of the screw rod part (42), a clamping groove part (44) is formed between the clamping ring part (43) and the nut part (41), a limiting hole (24) is formed in the middle shaft connecting block (2), and the limiting bolt (5) is matched with the limiting hole (24) and matched with the clamping groove part (44);
both sides of the connecting sliding block (1) are provided with sliding grooves (11);
the side of the middle shaft connecting block (2) is provided with a matching groove (25).
2. The window center shaft connection device of claim 1, wherein: the anti-loosening device further comprises an anti-loosening screw (6), and the anti-loosening screw (6) is in threaded connection with one side of the middle shaft connecting block (2).
