The bolt realizes the function of preventing the bolt from falling off from the mounting hole due to the screwing of the bolt when the surgical instruments fixed together are loosened, and ensures the sterility of the instruments in the surgical environment.

Technical Field
The invention relates to a connecting structure, in particular to a bolt connecting structure of a surgical instrument, and particularly relates to a novel anti-drop bolt.
Background
At present, two parts are generally connected through bolts on the surgical instrument to form a complete product capable of realizing functions. The existing scheme is that one part is provided with a common threaded hole, the other part is provided with a threaded through hole, a bolt penetrates through the through hole and then is screwed into the threaded hole, and the two parts are fastened.
When a doctor needs to adjust or replace parts of the connecting apparatus in the use process, as the common bolt does not have the anti-falling function, the bolt possibly falls out of the hole in the process of loosening the bolt, and the part is polluted by falling on the ground with bacteria, so that the part cannot be used continuously.
The invention comprises the following steps:

Compared with the prior art, the novel anti-drop screw has the advantages that: 1. when the working piece is installed, the working piece is only required to be aligned with a slot of the matching main body, a bolt is used to pass through a through hole on the working piece, then the matching main body is screwed in through threads, in the process that the bolt continuously enters the threads, the exposed part of the anti-falling shaft is firstly contacted with the bottom of a threaded hole of the matching main body, the anti-falling shaft is extruded into the inside of the bolt main body along with the increase of the screwing quantity, the conical surface of the anti-falling shaft moves upwards to push the anti-falling main body to move outwards until the conical surface passes over the anti-falling main body, and meanwhile, the diameter difference between the conical surface and the exposed straight rod clamps the anti-falling shaft and the anti-falling main body until the working piece is completely installed in place; 2. in the loosening process of the bolt, the anti-falling main body extends out of the bolt main body, and the maximum circumscribed circle formed by the anti-falling main body is larger than the inner diameter of the threaded hole. If the anti-drop bolt is continuously loosened, the anti-drop main body can interfere with the threaded section of the matched main body to prevent the outward movement of the bolt, and meanwhile, the anti-drop main body and the threaded section of the matched main body have a certain gap, so that the bolt loosening can be successfully completed.
