Background
In the building construction, after the wall is constructed, paint is sprayed on the wall to ensure the protective performance of the wall. The existing spraying operation basically adopts manual spraying, which not only has low working efficiency and large labor intensity, but also has the defects of uneven spraying, poor spraying effect and the like in the manual spraying.
At present, the research on the spraying operation by adopting machinery is also paid attention to in the market, the intellectual property office of the people's republic of China discloses a patent document with an authorization publication number of CN106812292A on 09.06.2017, and the name is a wall surface spraying machine for buildings.
Therefore, the wall surface spraying device for building decoration provided by the invention can realize different position adjustment of the spraying head, thereby ensuring the spraying efficiency; and the spraying uniformity is further improved by arranging the coating mechanism, so that the attractiveness of wall spraying is improved, and the working pressure of operators is reduced.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a wall surface spraying device for building decoration and a method thereof, which realize different position adjustment of a spraying mechanism by adopting a horizontal moving mechanism and a vertical moving mechanism and solve the problems of low manual spraying efficiency, narrow mechanical spraying area and the like in the prior art.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
the invention relates to a wall surface spraying device for building decoration, which comprises a rack, wherein a bottom plate is arranged at the bottom of the rack; a feeding device is arranged on the bottom plate; the feeding device comprises a material storage box; the material storage box is fixed on the bottom plate, and a feeding pump is arranged on one side of the material storage box; the feeding end of the feeding pump is connected with the material storage box through a first material conveying pipe; a feeding pipe is arranged at the discharging end of the feeding pump; a horizontal moving mechanism is arranged on the rack; the horizontal moving mechanism is provided with a vertical moving mechanism; the vertical moving mechanism is provided with a spraying mechanism; wherein the horizontal movement mechanism comprises a rack; the rack is fixedly arranged on the rack; a first sliding rail is arranged on one side of the rack; a first sliding block is arranged on the first sliding rail; a vertical plate is fixedly connected to the first sliding block; a first motor is arranged on the side surface of the vertical plate; a first gear meshed with the rack is arranged on the output shaft of the first motor; the top end of the vertical plate is fixedly connected with a horizontal plate; wherein the vertical movement mechanism comprises a second motor; the second motor is arranged on the horizontal plate; one side of the second motor is fixedly connected with a U-shaped seat; a rope winding shaft is arranged in the U-shaped seat; a second gear is arranged at one end of the rope winding shaft; a third gear is meshed with the second gear; the third gear is arranged on the output shaft of the second motor; two groups of positioning rods are symmetrically arranged on one side of the U-shaped seat and positioned on the horizontal plate; the top ends of the two positioning rods are connected through a top plate; a pulley is arranged on the top plate; the positioning rod is provided with a positioning sleeve in a matching way; a positioning plate is arranged on the positioning sleeve; a pull rope is fixedly connected to the positioning plate; one end of the pull rope is wound around the pulley and wound on the rope winding shaft of the U-shaped seat; wherein the spraying mechanism comprises an L-shaped plate; the L-shaped plate is arranged on one side surface of the positioning plate; a support is arranged on the L-shaped plate; a discharge pipe is arranged at the top end of the support; the discharge pipe is of an L-shaped structure; one end of the discharge pipe penetrates through the L-shaped plate and is connected with one end of the second material conveying pipe; the other end of the discharge pipe is provided with a spray head; and the spray head is provided with a control valve.
Furthermore, two groups of travelling wheels are symmetrically arranged at the bottom end of the rack.
Further, a feeding pipe is arranged on one side surface of the storage box.
Furthermore, two groups of second sliding rails are symmetrically arranged on the rack; the axis of the second slide rail is parallel to the rack; the two groups of second sliding rails are provided with second sliding blocks; the second sliding block is fixedly connected to the bottom surface of the horizontal plate.
Further, a leveling mechanism is arranged on the L-shaped plate; the coating mechanism comprises a third motor; the third motor is arranged on the L-shaped plate on one side of the bracket; an annular slide rail is arranged on one side of the third motor; the center line of the inner hole of the annular slide rail is superposed with the central axis of the spray head; a plurality of sliding rods are uniformly arranged on the annular sliding rail; the sliding rod is provided with a gear ring; the end face of the gear ring is parallel to the end face of the annular slide rail; a fourth gear is meshed with the gear ring; the fourth gear is arranged on the output shaft of the third motor; a supporting rod is arranged on one end face of the gear ring; one end of the supporting rod is provided with a leveling brush; the position of the coating flat brush corresponds to the position of the spray head.
Further, the second conveying pipeline is made of rubber.
A use method of a wall surface spraying device for building decoration comprises the following steps:
moving the whole device to a wall surface to be sprayed through a travelling wheel, and enabling a spray head to be opposite to the wall surface;
step two, the third gear drives the second gear to move by starting the second motor, so that the up-and-down movement of the spray head is realized; and moving the spray head to the topmost end of the device;
thirdly, the fourth gear drives the gear ring to rotate by starting the third motor, and the coating flat brush moves to the position right above the spray head;
step four, conveying the spraying liquid in the material storage tank into the spray head through the first conveying pipe and the second conveying pipe by starting the feeding pump; the flow rate is controlled by the action of the control valve;
and step five, enabling the first gear to move along the rack by starting the first motor, so that the horizontal movement of the spray head is realized, and further the spraying work is completed.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. according to the invention, the horizontal moving mechanism and the vertical moving mechanism are adopted to realize different position adjustment of the spray head, so that the whole device is prevented from moving back and forth when the wall surface is sprayed, the requirement of the spraying area of the wall surface is met, the spraying efficiency is further improved, and the spraying quality is ensured.
2. The wall surface spraying device has the advantages that the coating mechanism is arranged, so that the spraying uniformity can be effectively improved, the attractiveness of wall surface spraying is improved, the practicability of the wall surface spraying device is ensured, and the market acceptance of products is improved.
3. The wall surface spraying device is simple and reasonable in structural design, and has the advantages of high structural strength, convenience in operation, long service life and the like.
Of course, it is not necessary for any product in which the invention is practiced to achieve all of the above-described advantages at the same time.

Referring to fig. 1-3, the present invention is a wall surface spraying device for building decoration, including a frame 1, a bottom plate 101 is arranged at the bottom of the frame 1; the feeding device 2 is arranged on the bottom plate 101.

As shown in fig. 1-2, two sets of second sliding rails 308 are symmetrically arranged on the rack 1; the axis of the second sliding rail 308 is parallel to the rack 301; the two groups of second sliding rails 308 are provided with second sliding blocks 309; the second slide 309 is fixedly attached to the bottom surface of the horizontal plate 307.
As shown in fig. 1-2, a coating and leveling mechanism 6 is arranged on the L-shaped plate 501; the coating mechanism 6 includes a third motor 601; the third motor 601 is arranged on the L-shaped plate 501 on one side of the bracket 502; an annular slide rail 602 is arranged on one side of the third motor 601; the center line of the inner hole of the annular slide rail 602 is superposed with the center line of the spray head 504; a plurality of sliding rods 603 are uniformly arranged on the annular sliding rail 602; a gear ring 604 is arranged on the sliding rod 603; the end surface of the gear ring 604 is parallel to the end surface of the annular slide rail 602; a fourth gear 605 is engaged with the gear ring 604; a fourth gear 605 is provided on the output shaft of the third motor 601; a support rod 606 is arranged on one end face of the gear ring 604; one end of the support rod 606 is provided with a leveling brush 607; the position of the leveling brush 607 corresponds to the position of the spray head 504.
Wherein, the second material conveying pipe 204 is made of rubber.
A use method of a wall surface spraying device for building decoration comprises the following steps:
step one, moving the whole device to a wall surface to be sprayed through the travelling wheels 102, and enabling the spray head 504 to be opposite to the wall surface;
step two, the third gear 404 drives the second gear 403 to move by starting the second motor 401, so that the up-and-down movement of the spray head 504 is realized; and moving the spray head 504 to the topmost end of the device;
step three, the fourth gear 605 drives the gear ring 604 to rotate by starting the third motor 601, and the leveling brush 607 moves to the position right above the spray head 504;
step four, the feeding pump 202 is started to convey the spraying liquid in the storage tank 201 to the spray head 504 through the first conveying pipe 203 and the second conveying pipe 204; the flow rate is controlled by the action of the control valve 505;
and step five, the first gear 306 moves along the rack 301 by starting the first motor 305, so that the horizontal movement of the spray head 504 is realized, and the spraying work is further completed.
