The elastic force of the elastic member 46 makes the support plate 45 bounce the leather to realize multiple collisions; the arrangement of the supporting plate 45 prevents the leather from being folded by winding, and improves the number of times of collision and the leather processing efficiency.
The drum ball 44 comprises an outer ball 49 and an inner ball 50, the outer ball 49 defines an outer ball cavity, the inner ball 50 is accommodated in the outer ball cavity and has a variable volume, the outer ball surface of the inner ball 50 is convexly provided with bristles 51, and the bristles 51 can extend out of the outer ball 49; the drum balls 44 effectively cooperate with the leather to enhance and improve the movement state of the leather, prevent the leather from being overlapped or wound, and improve the leather treatment efficiency. When the bristles 51 are accommodated in the outer ball cavity, the leather only contacts the outer ball 49, and the outer ball 49 impacts the leather to soften the leather; when the inner sphere 50 is enlarged, the brush hairs 51 extend out of the outer sphere 49, and when the leather contacts the rotary drum sphere 44, the brush hairs 51 are collided on the leather, so that impurities on the leather are brushed away.
Specifically, the outer sphere 49 is made of acid and alkali resistant plastic, and the outer sphere 49 is provided with a through hole; the inner ball 50 comprises a ball support 52 and an elastic ball skin 53, the elastic ball skin 53 surrounds a closed inner ball cavity 54, the ball support 52 is accommodated in the inner ball cavity 54 and supports the elastic ball skin 53, and the bristles 51 are molded on the surface of the elastic ball skin 53.
Optionally, the inner ball cavity 54 is filled with gas and liquid, and when the volume of the inner ball 50 is minimum, the brush hairs 51 are in the outer ball cavity; when the temperature rises, the volume of the inner sphere 50 is increased, so that the brush hairs 51 extend out of the outer sphere 49; the outer sphere 49 can resist the corrosion of the treatment liquid to avoid corrosion deformation, when the temperature in the inner sphere cavity 54 rises, the liquid is heated, the volume of the gas in the inner sphere cavity 54 becomes large, the elastic ball skin 53 is expanded to be overlapped with the outer sphere 49, and the brush bristles 51 extend out of the outer sphere 49 from the through holes.
Specifically, the outer sphere 49 is made of teflon, the gas filled in the inner sphere 50 is nitrogen, hydrogen or helium, the liquid is water, ether or ethanol, and the sphere support 52 expands after being heated. Along with the temperature rise in the rotary drum, the inner sphere 50 gradually expands, the bristles 51 gradually extend out of the outer sphere 49, when the temperature in the rotary drum is reduced, the volume of the inner sphere 50 is gradually reduced, the bristles 51 gradually retract into the outer sphere 49, the rotary drum sphere 44 correspondingly changes the shape under the temperature change, the leather is mainly used for avoiding the leather winding in the early stage, the leather is in full contact reaction with the treatment liquid, and impurities are brushed in the later stage so as to be suitable for different requirements in each stage.
The liquid in the inner ball cavity 54 occupies 1/3-1/2;
the outer diameter of the outer sphere 49 is 10cm-40 cm. The inner drum cavity 5 is provided with drum balls 44 of various sizes.
Alternatively, as another embodiment, as the temperature increases, the volume of the inner sphere 50 decreases such that the bristles 51 retract from outside the outer sphere 49 into the outer sphere 49; the sphere support 52 is made of scandium trifluoride.
Scandium trifluoride belongs to a negative thermal expansion material, and the volume is reduced at high temperature; the outer sphere 49 can resist corrosion of the treatment liquid to avoid corrosion deformation; in the early stage, the volume of the inner sphere 50 is the largest, the elastic sphere is overlapped with the outer sphere 49 under the support of the sphere support 52, and the brush bristles 51 extend out of the outer sphere 49 from the through hole to brush away impurities on the leather; at the later stage, along with the reaction in the rotary drum, the temperature is gradually increased, the volume of the ball support 52 is gradually reduced after being heated, the elastic ball skin 53 is reduced, and the brush hairs 51 are retracted into the outer ball 49, so that the leather is fully contacted and collided with the outer ball 49 and is soft; the drum balls 44 change their form accordingly under temperature change, primarily for brushing off impurities in the early stage, and for softening the leather after impurities are removed in the later stage, to meet different requirements in each stage.
Optionally, the leather drum device is further provided with a leather fixture 55, at least two pieces of leather are clamped and fixed on the leather fixture 55, and the leather is distributed in parallel at intervals; the leather clamp 55 comprises a first clamping plate 56 and a second clamping plate 57, wherein one end of the leather is clamped and fixed on the first clamping plate 56, and the other end of the leather is clamped and fixed on the second clamping plate 57; after the end parts of the leather are clamped and fixed by the first clamping plate 56 and the second clamping plate 57, when the leather rotates in the inner drum body 3, the leather is not easy to be wound together, the leather is convenient to unfold so as to fully contact with the treatment liquid, and when the leather is used for the leather softening treatment, the first clamping plate 56 and the second clamping plate 57 can play a role of knocking and beating the leather, so that the leather is soft; and after the leather is compressed and fixed by the leather clamp 55, the efficiency of feeding and discharging the leather is improved.
First splint 56 and second splint 57 all include main connecting rod 58 and press from both sides tight pole 59, and main connecting rod 58 is protruding to be equipped with spliced pole 60, press from both sides tight pole 59 and offer with spliced pole 60 assorted connecting hole, the tip of leather has been seted up the through-hole and has been established on spliced pole 60, press from both sides tight pole 59 cover and establish on spliced pole 60, the tip of leather receives the tight fixedly of clamp of two adjacent clamping rods 59.
The connecting column 60 of the main connecting rod 58 penetrates through a through hole at the end part of the leather, the clamping rods 59 are sleeved on the upper side and the lower side of the leather to clamp the leather, and after one piece of leather is clamped and fixed, the other piece of leather is sequentially penetrated upwards or downwards to realize the parallel fixation of multiple layers of leather. The clamping rod 59 not only plays a role in clamping and fixing the leather, but also enables the upper layer leather and the lower layer leather to have a space and not to be attached together.
The leather clamp 55 further comprises a silk screen 61, the silk screen 61 is connected with the first clamping plate 56 and the second clamping plate 57, and one silk screen 61 is arranged between every two adjacent leathers; one end of the wire mesh 61 is fixed to the clamping rod 59 of the first clamping plate 56, and the other end of the wire mesh 61 is fixed to the clamping rod 59 of the second clamping plate 57; the silk screen 61 between the two leathers can not only rub the leather surface, help the leather to remove hair and flesh, help the leather fiber to loosen, but also the removed hair can be attached and accumulated on the silk screen 61 and discharged together with the leather, thus reducing the probability of the suspension of the hair cluster.
Optionally, the mesh 61 is provided with small balls 62, and the surface of the small balls 62 is provided with conical teeth, which is beneficial to improving the friction force with the leather.
The first clamping plate 56 and the second clamping plate 57 are both made of acid and alkali resistant flexible bendable material; when the leather is rotated on the inner drum body 3, the first and second clamping plates 56 and 57 can be bent, so that the leather can be smoothly turned over and the noise is small when the leather collides with the inner drum body 3.
An air supply assembly is arranged between the outer drum body 2 and the inner drum body 3, the air supply assembly is connected with the outer drum body 2, and the air supply assembly faces the inner drum body 3 and ventilates inwards; air is supplied to the inner drum body 3 through the air supply assembly, so that the air flow in the rotary drum is promoted, meanwhile, the leather is prevented from being attached to the inner wall of the inner drum body 3, and the mutual collision and unfolding of the leather are promoted.
The air supply assembly comprises an air supply main 63 and a plurality of groups of air supply supports 64, each air supply support 64 comprises a guide pipe 65 and a plurality of air outlet pipes 66, the air outlet pipes 66 extend to the guide pipes 65 at intervals, the guide pipes 65 are connected with the air supply main 63, and the air supply main 63 is connected with air inlet pipes 67 outside the rotary drum; the guide pipe 65 extends along the axial direction of the inner drum body 3, and the air outlet pipe 66 is vertical to the inner drum body 3; the air inlet pipe 67 supplies air to the air supply main pipe 63, the air supply main pipe 63 conveys the air to the flow guide pipe 65, the flow guide pipe 65 divides the air to each air outlet pipe 66, the air is blown to the inner drum body 3 through each air outlet pipe 66, and the air can diffuse into the inner drum cavity 5 through the group holes 7 of the inner drum body 3, so that the air inlet to the inner drum body 3 is realized.
The cross section of the inner drum body 3 is polygonal, the air outlet pipe 66 comprises a fixed pipe 68, an extension pipe 69 and a spring 48, the extension pipe 69 is connected with the fixed pipe 68 in an inserting way, the extension pipe 69 is provided with an air outlet channel 70, the inner end of the extension pipe 69 is connected with the fixed pipe 68 through the spring 48, and the outer end of the extension pipe 69 is abutted against the inner drum body 3; since the cross section of the inner drum body 3 is polygonal, the extension tube 69 can be extended and retracted from the fixed tube 68 under the connection of the spring 48, so that the extension tube 69 can always abut against the inner drum body 3 to deliver gas to the inner drum cavity 5 when the inner drum body 3 rotates.
Alternatively, the air supply assembly surrounds the inner drum 3; the gas is blown to the inner drum 3 from a plurality of directions, and the gas supply part at the bottom is immersed in the treatment liquid, so that the treatment liquid is bubbled during gas supply, and the contact between the treatment liquid and the leather is promoted.
Optionally, the air supply assembly is positioned above the axis of the inner drum body 3; the air supply component blows air to the inner drum body 3 from top to bottom, and is positioned above the liquid level.
The end part of the air outlet pipe 66 is provided with an air outlet 71 facing the inner drum body 3, and the body of the air outlet pipe 66 is provided with a plurality of air holes 72; the air hole 72 is formed in the extension tube 69, and the air hole 72 is communicated with the air outlet channel 70; the gas in the gas outlet channel 70 acts on the inner drum 3 mostly through the gas outlet 71, and a small part of the gas diffuses in the outer drum cavity 6 through the gas holes 72.
The top of the outer drum body 2 is provided with an exhaust pipe 73, the exhaust pipe 73 is communicated with the outer drum cavity 6 of the outer drum body 2, and the exhaust pipe 73 discharges the exhaust gas in the drum outwards.
The air supply assembly is used for heating or radiating the rotary drum body, and both the radiation and the heating can be realized by the air supply assembly, so that the structure of the rotary drum is simplified.
An air supply pipeline is arranged outside the rotary drum body and comprises a first air channel 74, a second air channel 75 and a main air channel 76, the main air channel 76 is connected with the air supply pipe 67, a mixing chamber 77, a fan 78 and a flow regulating valve 79 are sequentially arranged on the main air channel 76, the first air channel 74 and the second air channel 75 are respectively connected with the mixing chamber 77, the first air channel 74 is provided with the fan 78, a heating chamber 80 and the flow regulating valve 79, an electric heating plate 82 is arranged in the heating chamber 80, and an electric cabinet 83 is arranged on the heating chamber 80; the second air path 75 is provided with a blower 78 and a flow regulating valve 79.
The hot gas supply is realized through the heating chamber 80 on the first gas path 74, the normal temperature gas is supplied to the second gas path 75, the hot gas of first supply and the normal temperature gas that the second gas path 75 supplied can be mixed in the mixing chamber 77, and adjust the supply proportion of hot gas and normal temperature gas through flow control valve 79 according to the demand to gas temperature, when needing to heat the inner drum cavity 5, first gas path 74 is opened, the selectivity of second gas path 75 is opened, hot gas is being sent into the rotary drum after mixing in the mixing chamber 77, and do not directly heat in the rotary drum, make the interior drum body 3 heating temperature be convenient for control and avoid scalding the leather. When heat dissipation needs to be performed on the inner drum cavity 5, only the second air path 75 is opened, and the waste heat and the waste gas in the rotary drum are discharged outwards by introducing normal-temperature gas.
The air supply pipeline also comprises a third air pipeline 84, the third air pipeline 84 is connected with the mixing chamber 77, the third air pipeline 84 is provided with a fan 78 and a flow regulating valve 79, and the exhaust pipe 73 of the outer drum body 2 is connected with the fan 78 of the third air pipeline 84; after the fan 78 of the third air path 84 sucks the waste heat and waste gas in the rotary drum through the exhaust pipe 73, the waste heat and waste gas is led to the mixing chamber 77, so that the waste heat and waste gas can be recycled, and the utilization rate of energy is improved.
Mixing chamber 77 has two exports, and an exit linkage is total gas circuit 76, and another exit linkage condenser 85, condenser 85 connect and retrieve liquid bucket 86, and when needing to admit air in the rotary drum, mixing chamber 77 is the same with total gas circuit 76, when need not admit air in the rotary drum, and mixing chamber 77 links to each other with condenser 85, and the exhaust waste heat waste gas of rotary drum is let in condenser 85, liquefies after the condensation, and the comdenstion water can recycle to leather washs.
The bottom of the outer drum body 2 is provided with a water outlet which is connected with a water discharge pipeline 87, the water discharge pipeline 87 is sequentially provided with a water discharge pump 88, a filter vat 89 and a return pipe 90, the water discharge pump 88 is connected with the water outlet and the filter vat 89, and the return pipe 90 is connected with the filter vat 89 and the liquid recovery vat 86; the waste liquid is pumped to the filter vat 89 by the drain pump 88, after being purified and filtered by the filter vat 89, is discharged into the recovery liquid bucket 86 through the return pipe 90 and is used for leather washing again, realizes cyclic utilization.

Claims (10)

1. A multi-purpose leather drum device comprises a drum body, a base and a driving mechanism, wherein the drum body is arranged on the base; an outer drum cavity is formed between the outer drum body and the inner drum body, and the inner drum body is provided with a group of holes; the leather drum device is provided with a liquid inlet component, an air supply component and an air supply pipeline, wherein the liquid inlet component is communicated with an outer drum cavity, the air supply pipeline is arranged outside the drum body, and the air supply component is arranged in the outer drum cavity and connected with the air supply pipeline; the cross section of the inner drum body is octagonal, each surface of the inner drum body is provided with a support plate, the support plates are connected with the inner wall of the inner drum body through elastic pieces, and the support plates are provided with liquid holes.
2. The multipurpose leather drum apparatus of claim 1, wherein the inner drum has a polygonal cross-section.

The multi-purpose leather drum device according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the liquid inlet component comprises a water pump, an outer water pipe, an inner water pipe and a rotary nozzle, the water pump and the outer water pipe are arranged outside the drum, the inner water pipe and the rotary nozzle are arranged in the outer drum cavity, the inner water pipe is fixedly connected with the outer drum body, the rotary nozzle is rotatably connected with a water outlet connector of the inner water pipe, a liquid storage barrel is arranged outside the drum, the water pump is connected with the liquid storage barrel and the outer water pipe, and the outer water pipe is communicated with the outer drum body and is connected with the inner water pipe.

The multi-purpose leather drum device according to claim 3, wherein the rotary nozzle is connected with the inner water pipe in a self-rotating manner through a nozzle connecting piece; the rotary nozzle comprises a water inlet rotating shaft and a plurality of rotating blades, the rotating blades vertically extend to the water inlet rotating shaft, the water inlet rotating shaft is provided with a water inlet flow passage, the rotating blades are provided with liquid spraying flow passages, and the water inlet flow passages are communicated with the inner water pipe and the liquid spraying flow passages.

The multi-purpose leather drum apparatus of claim 4, wherein the bottom surface of the rotating blade is a lower liquid spraying surface facing the inner drum, the lower liquid spraying surface having a plurality of lower liquid spraying ports; one side surface of the rotating blade is a side liquid spraying surface, the other side surface of the rotating blade is a pressure bearing surface, the side liquid spraying surface is provided with side liquid spraying ports, the side liquid spraying ports face to the pressure bearing surface of the rotating blade on the front side of the side liquid spraying ports, and the number of the side liquid spraying ports is gradually reduced along the rotation direction of the rotating nozzle.

The multi-purpose leather drum apparatus of claim 1 or 2, wherein the air supply assembly comprises an air supply main and a plurality of sets of air supply supports, the air supply supports comprise a guide pipe and a plurality of air outlet pipes, the air outlet pipes extend to the guide pipe at intervals, the guide pipe is connected with the air supply main, and the air supply main is connected with the air inlet pipe outside the drum; the draft tube extends along the axial direction of the inner drum body.

The multi-purpose leather drum device according to claim 1, wherein the air supply pipeline comprises a first air pipeline, a second air pipeline and a total air pipeline, the total air pipeline is connected with the air supply pipeline, a mixing chamber, a fan and a flow regulating valve are sequentially arranged on the total air pipeline, the first air pipeline and the second air pipeline are respectively connected with the mixing chamber, the first air pipeline is provided with the fan, the heating chamber and the flow regulating valve, and the second air pipeline is provided with the fan and the flow regulating valve.
9. The multi-purpose leather drum device according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of drum balls are arranged in the inner drum body; the drum ball and the leather are mixed together and can move in the inner drum body.

The multi-purpose leather drum device according to claim 9, wherein the drum ball comprises an outer ball body and an inner ball body, the outer ball body defines an outer ball cavity, the inner ball body is accommodated in the outer ball cavity and has a variable volume, and the outer ball surface of the inner ball body is convexly provided with bristles which can extend out of the outer ball body.
