The elastic member 46 may be a spring.
The outer drum body 2 is provided with an outer door 47, and the inner drum body 3 is provided with an inner door 48; the outer door 47 can be selected to be one door for feeding and discharging at the same time, and the outer door 47 can also be selected to be two doors for feeding and discharging; similarly, the inner door 48 may be selected to be one door for both feeding and discharging, and the inner door 48 may be selected to be two doors for both feeding and discharging.
After the outer door 47 and the inner door 48 are opened in sequence, leather is placed in the inner drum cavity 5, then the inner door 48 and the outer door 47 are closed in sequence, when the leather is cleaned, the treatment liquid is introduced into the outer drum cavity 6 and enters the inner drum cavity 5 through the group holes 7 on the inner drum body 3 to act on the leather, and the inner drum body 3 rotates to drive the leather to move centrifugally in the inner drum cavity 5 so as to be fully contacted with the treatment liquid and the inner drum cavity 5.
Both the outer door 47 and the inner door 48 are provided with transparent observation windows for facilitating observation of the working conditions inside the drum. The outer drum cavity 6 and the inner drum cavity 5 are both provided with temperature sensors 49; for monitoring the temperature of the feedback outer drum chamber 6 and the temperature of the inner drum chamber 5, respectively.

The leather drum device with the air supply mechanism comprises a drum body, a base and a driving mechanism, wherein the drum body is arranged on the base, and the driving mechanism is connected with the drum body; the air supply assembly surrounds the inner drum body or is positioned above the axis of the inner drum body; a plurality of pile heads are arranged in the inner drum body; the pile heads are fixed on the inner wall of the inner drum body, the pile heads are different in length and thickness, and the pile heads define a fluctuant impact surface; the pile head is vertical to the inner wall of the inner drum body, the cross section of the inner drum body is octagonal, each surface of the inner drum body is provided with a support plate, the support plates are connected with the inner wall of the inner drum body through elastic pieces, through holes for the pile head to pass through are formed in the support plates, and the support plates can longitudinally slide on the pile head; when the elastic element is not compressed, the impact surface is positioned between the support plate and the inner wall of the inner drum body, and when the elastic element is compressed, the support plate is positioned between the impact surface and the inner wall of the inner drum body; the supporting plate can be provided with liquid holes.

The leather drum device with air feeder of claim 1, wherein the air feeder assembly includes a main air feeder and a plurality of sets of air feeder supports, each set of air feeder supports including a plurality of air outlet pipes and a plurality of air guide pipes, the air outlet pipes extending at intervals along the air guide pipes, the air guide pipes being connected to the main air feeder, the main air feeder being connected to the air inlet pipes of the air feeder; the honeycomb duct extends along the axial direction of the inner drum body, and the air outlet pipe is vertical to the inner drum body.
